Abstract

Batik Semarangan SMEs are required to increase their competitive advantage along with the revival ofbatik industry in various regions and the entry into force of the Economic Asean Community andglobal free market. This study   examined the role of innovation and partnership in improving thecompetitive advantage of Batik Semarangan SMEs. Data used in the study is primary data  which isobtained  through in-depth  interviews and focus group discussions. The population wereentrepreneurs and craftmen in Batik Semarangan SMEs. The result of descriptive analysis shows thatentrepreneurs and craftsmen Batik Semarangan growing well, judging from the number and productdevelopment. The entrepreneurs and craftsmen Batik Semarangan understand the importance ofimproving the competitive advantage of Batik Semarangan. Depth interview and observations‘s resultsdemonstrate that Batik Semarangan SMEs have to innovate although there are still many obstacles,but quite succses. The perpetrators in SMEs Batik Semarangan had to develop creativity, confidenceand empowerment in fostering innovation and partnerships. But this time Batik Semarangan SMEs isstill lacking in partnership, so marketing Batik Semarangan still limited. To examine the role of innovation and partnership on competitive advantage of SMEs Batik Semarangan used analysis Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results are ; empowerment have positif relationship to partnership ;   creatifity and adaptability have positive relationship to innovation; partnership haspositive relationship to innovation; innovation has positive relationship to competitive advantage. Unfortunately, trust has no effect to partnership;  partnership has no affect to competitive advantage.   Keywords: competitive advantage, innovation, partnerships, SMEs

Abstract

Usaha tahu Bakso telah berkembang pesat  dan semakin banyak pelaku usahanya, sehingga menimbulkan persaingan  yang ketat di daerah Ungaran. Dengan persaingan yang ketat ini tahu baxo bu Pudji harus dapat bertahan  diantara munculnya kreatifitas-kreatifitas baru dalam perluasan produk tahu bakso. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: mengetahui potret usaha tahu Baxo bu pudji Ungaran dan mengetahui sumber daya perusahaan yang dimiliki usaha tahu baxo Bu Pudji sehingga mampu bertahan hingga saat ini. Desain Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Holistic Single Case Study yaitu penelitian yang menempatkan sebuah kasus sebagai fokus dari penelitian. Jumlah unit analisis hanya satu bahkan sama sekali unit analisisnya tidak dapat dijelaskan, karena terintegrasi dengan kasusnya. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dimana mendasarkan pada data-data yang digunakan responden atau informan kunci yaitu: Pak Pudji, Ibu Pudji, satu orang anaknya dan satu orang karyawan yang bekerja sudah lama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberanian usaha merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun kesuksesan usaha, juga didukung oleh kontrol kualitas yang dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Juga memiliki prinsip kepasrahan yang dapat menjadi pedoman seluruh stakeholder usaha itu. Kekeluargaan juga memilki makna yang sangat dalam bagi karyawan, pemilik serta pihak yang berkaitan dengan usaha maka usaha tersebut akan menemukan kesuksesan yang sangat luar biasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity (CR) to profitability (ROA) through capital structure (DR) at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2013-2017.The samples taken by purposive samplingof manufacturing companies the period 2013 - 2017.The test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that liquidity (CR) directly and indirectly has no effect on profitability (ROA) through capital structure(DR) and showed no significant results.

Abstract

AbstrakManusia merupakan sumber daya terpenting dalam suatu organisasi, instansi atau perusahaan tanpa aspek manusia sulit kiranya organisasi untuk mengemban misi dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Dapat dikatakan juga apabila faktor manusia tersebut tidak ada maka organisasi yang bersangkutan juga tidak ada karena pelaku atau objek yang hendak dituju oleh suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan kolektor PT. Cakrawala Citramega Multifinance Cab. Semarang. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengambilan yang digunakan yaitu sampling jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 karyawan kolektor. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, kepemimpinan dan motivasi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi Karet KebunSukamangli di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi karet kebunsukamangli di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang sejumlah 339 karyawan. Sedangkan sampelsejumlah 77 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasipenelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Sukamangli PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Analisisyang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan danpositif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Semarang. Lingkungan kerjamemiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. PerkebunanNusantara IX Semarang. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadapkinerja karyawan di PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keputusan pembelian, motivasi dan persepsi produk batik antara konsumen pria dan wanitadi Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif komparatif. Populasipenelitian ini adalah jumlah total konsumen pria dan wanita di PGS dan PasarKlewer yang jumlahnya tidak terbatas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100responden (50 responden PGS dan 50 responden Pasar Klewer) menggunakanteknik non-probability sampling, yaitu metode purposive sampling danconvenience sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan ujit sampel independen. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam keputusanpembelian dan motivasi konsumen antara konsumen pria dan wanita, tetapi tidakada perbedaan dalam persepsi konsumen antara konsumen pria dan wanita.Kata kunci: Keputusan Pembelian, Motivasi Konsumen, Persepsi Konsumen,Gender

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the absorption of labor in terms of competencyaspects and to determine the relevance of the world of education in terms of competence withthe world of work. This type of research is qualitative. The sampling of data sources was done bypurposive and snowball. Data collection techniques by using triangulation (combined). The dataanalysis is inductive or qualitative in nature and the research results emphasize meaning ratherthan generalization. Students opportunities in the world of work in terms of competence are verylow, this can be shown based on data on the increase in the number of the workforce which isnot accompanied by an increase in the labor force participation rate. It is hoped that theAcademics will open an entrepreneurship-based curriculum where every student is expected tohave the ability and potential to become an entrepreneurial spirit. The relevance of the world ofeducation in terms of competence with the world of work is still low even though public access tohigher education continues to increase. This is reflected in the low labor absorption of collegegraduates. The relevance of college graduates to the need for labor is an important factor inefforts to prevent unemployed graduates, in this case it is necessary to determine strategicpolicies and superior programs in order to realize quality higher education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, and placement of employees on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia Main BranchSemarang. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Thisresearch was conducted on 114 employees from various levels and departments at PTPos Indonesia Main Branch Semarang. The data collection technique uses thequestionnaire method which is then processed using the SPSS program. While the datatesting techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test with AlphaCronhbach, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linearregression analysis, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that recruitment has no significant and negative effect on employee performance, selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, placement has no significant and negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance (Case Study at CV. Vin_Case). The population used in this study were all employees of CV. Vin_Case totaling 45 employees. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear analysis with the dependent variable being Employee Performance, while the independent variables are Competence, Discipline and Motivation. In this study using saturated sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques where all members of the population are used as samples. Then the data collection method was through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 21. Data analysis techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Competence (X1), Discipline (X2) and Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination 58.6 percent of employee performance can be explained by independent variables in this study, while the remaining 41.4 percent is explained by variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive work environment, employees face various challenges that can trigger stress, such as work target pressure, high task demands, and an imbalance between personal life and work. Stress that is not managed properly can have a negative impact on employees' mental health, which ultimately affects productivity, job satisfaction, and the work atmosphere in the company. Therefore, companies need to take an active role in helping employees manage their stress through various strategies, one of which is stress management training. The objective of this community service is to enhance employees' understanding of the importance of identifying stress sources, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and improving mental well-being to prevent performance decline. The implementation method involves stress management training to prevent a decline in work productivity. The results of the activity showed that employees were able to understand the importance of stress management, how to manage stress at work, and set priorities using the Eisenhower Matrix and a To-Do List app, enabling them to complete tasks on time based on their priority scale.
