Abstract

Laston adalah salah satu tipe perkerasan aspal yang paling sering digunakan di Indonesia. Terdiri atas 3 lapis, yaitu AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course), AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete - Binder Course), dan AC-BASE (Asphalt Concrete-Base) sebagai pondasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana manfaat penggunaan ban dalam bekas kendaraan roda empat sebagai bahan tambahan pada campuran AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete - Binder Course) yang diharapkan penggunaannya dapat meningkatkan mutu perkerasan lentur jalan raya dan sekaligus salah satu langkah penanganan pengurangan sisa penggunaan limbah ban dalam bekas yang tidak terpakai.  Untuk mengetahui pengaruh ban dalam bekas, dibuat komposisi campuran dengan 5 (lima) variasi kadar aspal. Berdasarkan Tes Marshall dengan komposisi tersebut diperoleh nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) sebesar 7,7%, stabilitas 1450 kg, nilai rongga dalam agregat (VMA) 22,30%, rongga dalam campuran (VIM) 4,50%, rongga terisi aspal (VFB) 80%, hasil bagi Marshall (MQ) 450,60 kg/mm. Abstract

Pada  saat   ini   masyarakat   tengah   menghadapi   musim   Pandemic  Covid-19 khususnya di Palangka Raya, Kalimantan Tengah yang menyebabkan perilaku bertransportasi pun berubah, pengguna dan penyelenggara/operator transportasi perlu beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru (new normal) dengan dilakukan pembatasan jumlah penumpang sebesar 50%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya Biaya Operasional Kendaraan, tarif pokok dan tarif dasar penumpang angkutan antar jemput jurusan Palangka Raya-Kuala Kurun pada CV. Mutiara Travel yang dikeluarkan pada musim Pandemic Covid-19 ini. Hasil perhitungan saat musim Pandemic Covid-19 diperoleh nilai BOK sebesar Rp3.155,13/kend-km; tarif pokok sebesar Rp. 113.584,68/pnp; tarif dasar sebesar Rp.124.943,14/pnp dan disaat keadaan normal besarnya tarif pokok yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp.81.131,91/pnp; tarif dasar sebesar Rp.89.245,10/pnp dengan   tarif umum yang berlaku sebesar Rp.150.000,00/pnp, ini memberikan cukup keuntungan bagi penyedia jasa CV. Mutiara Travel jurusan Palangka Raya- Kuala Kurun dan lamanya penyedia jasa dapat kembali modal dengan metode Payback Period adalah 2 tahun.Kata Kunci : Transportasi, BOK, Penyedia Jasa, Tarif, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

A filler is one of the elements or materials that must be present in the hot asphalt mixture. To overcome the lack of filler content, cement or lime is usually used, but in some areas in Indonesia it is sometimes not easy to get cement and the price is relatively more expensive. Therefore, this study tries to examine the effect ofusing rubber shell ash as an additional filler in the asphalt mixture. This study aims to analyze the physical properties, Marshall characteristics, and the optimum value of Rubber Shell Ash using the Asphalt Institute method on a mixture of Lataston Lapis Foundation type HRS-Base (Hot Rolled Sheet -Base). Results Basedon calculations without the addition of rubber shell ash filler, it was found that KAO of 7.35% obtained a Stability value of 900.00 kg, Flow of 3.16 mm, Void in the Mineral Aggregate of 20.7%, Void in the Mix of 4.51%, Void Filled by Bitumen is 77.60%, Marshall Quotient is 285.00 kg/mm. Then it is planned to add 3 variations of Rubber Shell Ash with levels of 1.5%, 3%, and 5%. The best results were obtained with the addition of 5% Rubber Shell Ash with a total filler of 9%, the Stability value was 941.35 kg, Flow was 3.15 mm, the Void in the Mineral Aggregate was 19.70%, the Void in the Mix was 3%, Void Filled by Bitumen was 84, 77%, Marshall Quotient of 300.01 kg/mm.

Abstract

Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is a fast, convenient, safe and timely bus infrastructure, vehicle, and system in Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The emergence of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is something that is expected to be able to answer the needs of the community for the need for safe and comfortable tourism transportation. With the existence of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) transportation, researchers conducted a study to find out the public's interest in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) transportationin Palangka Raya City. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and interviews to 100 respondents. Data analysis with the SPSS program using the logit binary method. From this analysis we can see factors of public interest in using Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Based on the results of research, people are interested in using Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) transportation. Based on the result of research, people are interested in using Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) transportation, which is influenced by vehicle ownership, experience using tourist buses within the city and frequency of travel in a month. Based on theresults of data analysis of tariff variables, it was found that 24% of the public disagreed if the tariff wasset and 76% of the public agreed if the tariff was set.

Abstract

The role of transport is crucial as the population grows. Many river transporters use this river transport route as a round trip access from the city to the district and province. At the beginning of the research, the data collection in this study was by making direct observations (observation) and distributing questionnaires. Then an analysis of the performance evaluation and passenger satisfaction of speedboat transport with the performance formula method and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method with the aim of evaluating service performance and analysing the level of passenger satisfaction with river transport. Based on the results of the evaluation of speedboat river transport performance services for an average load factor of 112.14%, service frequency of 1 vehicle per day, waiting time 30 minutes, travel time 4 hours with a speed of 33.68 km/hour. In the analysis of Importance Performance Analysis on the top priority on the variable availability and appearance of fire extinguishers, availability of buoys, passenger capacity on transport, comfort on the trip, cleanliness in transport, availability of visible departure schedules. Quadrant 1 needs improvement in improving the quality of speedboat transport services.

Abstract

Ruas Jalan Medan – Berastagi KM 30 – 50 merupakan area yang memiliki tingkat kepadatan lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi dan memiliki kecelakaan lalu lintas. Ruas jalan tersebut merupakan daerah menuju kota wisata sehingga tingginya kepadatan lalu lintas. Lokasi ruas jalan yang akan diteliti adalah jalan lintas Medan – Berastagi km 30 + 000 s.d km 50 + 000. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis daerah rawan kecelakaan dengan menentukan titik blacksite dan blackspot sehinnga dapat diambil tindakan yang sesuai untuk memberikan solusi mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas pada ruas jalan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan lokasi rawan kecelakaan adalah metode AEK ( Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan ). Jumlah kecelakaan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2024 dengan total kejadian 50. Jumlah korban kecelakaan tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2022 dengan total 99 korban dan terendah pada tahun 2023 dengan jumlah 50 korban. Berdasarkan meteode AEK ( Angka Ekivalen Kecelakaan), metode BKA (Batas Kontrol Atas), dan metode UCL (Upper Control Limit) menunjukkan bahwa pada segmen 4 dan 5 Sta ( 42 + 000 – 50 + 000 ) adalah daerah rawan kecelakaan untuk tahun 2020, untuk tahun 2021 daerah rawan kecelakaan berada pada segmen 3 Sta ( 38 + 000 – 42 + 000 ), untuk tahun 2022 daerah rawan kecelakaan berada pada segmen 3 Sta ( 38 + 000 – 42 + 000 ) dan utuk tahun 2023 dan 2024 tidak ada daerah rawan kecelakaan. Oleh karena itu alternatif pencegahan dan penanggulangan daerah rawan kecelakaan dengan memberikan penyuluhan keselamatan berkendara bagi pengguna jalan, perbaikan jalan yang rusak, dan penambahan marka jalan. Alternatif ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan lalu lintas dan jatuhnya korban di jalan lintas Medan – Berastagi Km 30 – 50.

Abstract

The study purpose. This research aims to design the thickness of flexible pavement on Perintis Road, Palangka Raya City, by applying the 2024 Pavement Design Manual (MDP 2024). The study emphasizes the need for reliable road infrastructure that can accommodate increasing traffic volumes and ensure durability, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Materials and methods. The data used in this study include the California Bearing Ratio (CBR) values obtained from field testing with a Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) and the Average Daily Traffic (ADT). Field surveys were conducted along the designated road segment to collect both traffic and soil strength data. Results. The field test results show that the segment’s CBR value is 7.006%, while the ADT is 516,000 passenger car units (pcu) per day. Based on the analysis using MDP 2024, the required flexible pavement thickness is 315 mm. This design consists of a surface layer of 65 mm (30 mm HRS-WC and 35 mm HRS-Base) and a subbase layer of 250 mm. Conclusions. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for road infrastructure planning in Palangka Raya and other regions. The recommended design ensures technical feasibility, cost efficiency, safety, and long-term sustainability.
