Abstract

Abstract: Gili Iyang Island has high oxygen level potential which is more than 20% with lower pollution percentage compared to other regions in Indonesia. The result of oxygen in Gilli Iyang Island was done by LAPAN in 2006 and BBTKL-PP in 2013. It reached 20,9% up to 21,5%. The oxygen level affects Gili Iyang Island becoming tourist destination to take oxygen therapy. However, the activity isn’t supported by adequate facilities, so that an oxygen therapy center is necessary to meet those needs. The design proposal rises a problem is designing a healthy oxygen therapy facility that hold the local natural circumstance. Environmental issues in Gili Iyang Island which is still pure and healthy responded by Green Building concept application in Oxygen Therapy Center. The Oxygen Therapy Center focusing on the application of green building concept to respond the environmental issue of Gili Iyang Island. The Green Building concept based on six criterias in accordance with the Greenship: Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI): appropriate land use, energy efficiency and conservation, water conservation, resource and material cycle, health and comfort in space, and environmental management building. The concept is trying to afford a healthy and nature-synergy building design so than it can support oxygen  therapy process and energy-saving building. Abstract

There are many communities, teen clubs and events held in the city of Kebumen, this is a sign that the local youth have the potential to show the creativity and existence. This phenomenon needs to be balanced with the provision of a wide range of facilities to accommodate youth activities such as sports facilities, arts facilities and community facilities. The facility in the city of Kebumen still minimal and insufficient for the scale of the city. Design Youth Center in Kebumen City aims to get the design of the building to facilitate sports activities, arts and community activities into the shape of the building is able to accommodate youth to enhance the creativity of teenagers. Design issues are: how the expression of space and form of the building that can accommodate the adolescent approach to Architectural Psychology is then translated into the design of the container Youth Center in Kebumen. The method used is a method of designing the architecture, from the collection of data was then analyzed by functional programming, programming performance and architectural analysis. Concept design: Architectural Psychology applied to the expression of space and forms building Youth Center is expected to bring the design of the building is able to accommodate adolescent psychology to be more creative in the activities in it. Keywords: Adolescent, Architecture Psychology (psychophysical aspects), Creativity, Kebumen, Youth Center.

Abstract

The design of Sarangan Lake resort done by the needs of tourist on its area, unfullfield of tourist needs on accommodation facilities, increasing number of uncare building towards negative impact to the environment, so the purpose from this design is to get a building design that could provide accommodation facilities to the tourist of Sarangan Lake, with the design that concern about environment. The design issue is how ecological architect can be applied into design of Sarangan Lake resort. Design method is using architectural design, started from initial idea, preliminary understanding of architecture about the planned object, research and problem formulation, literature study as substantial reference, data analysis and information, analysis of general and specific approach towards designed object and formulation of design concept, analysis of design concept approach which more specific about the to-be-designed object, and architectural design transformation and preliminary design as well. The result is a design concept of resort hotel facilities as lodging accommodations by applying the characteristic of the ecological architect to the building design.

Abstract

Design of the School of Natural Bengawan Solo in Klaten motivated by formal school education as children when space is in fact still can not be said to ideal for education and develop interest in the child's talents. Education became a fundamental necessity for everyone today. This then raises the idea to present alternative educational space able to accommodate the needs of children to learn, play, and explore. Empowering communities to be able to optimize the potential to become one of the important objects in presenting educational space. Bengawan Solo river and wood craft into the potential of rural communities Gondangsari, Juwiring, Klaten. Potentials possessed villagers Gondangsari not managed properly due to lack of containers in order to accommodate and develop this potential. Design issues are: how to design an alternative education space and bring the space community development based on the application of Ecological Architecture into the design of the School of Natural Solo. The method used is a method of architectural design that blends the essence of Ecological Architecture according to Heinz Frick and Kenneth Yeang in accordance with the design of the School of Natural Solo. Then blend the essence of Ecological Architecture into the design strategies in the design essence a result of interaction of school, nature, and potential kawaasan. The result is a draft design of an educational facility such as classrooms, laboratories of nature, community development space, exhibition space and its supporting buildings which also functions as a precedent alternative education for the visitors.
