Abstract

Worship is an obligatory thing for us Muslims, especially prayer. The purpose of this study was to test the calculation of prayer cycles based on Arduino Uno. System Development Methods In this study the authors use prototype development starting from the communication stage to system testing. Researchers want to make a tool that can help us in worship, namely the implementation of ultrasonic sensors to count prayer cycles based on Arduino Uno, with a rakaat counter by ultrasonic sensors and the brain from this system by Arduino as input and output. After testing the tool, and the tool is functioning properly, the rak'ah counter will count when we do prostration. Then with a prayer schedule has been set.reminder it will sound according to the delay that.

Abstract

The complexity of life in the world is the most difficult to anticipate when natural phenomena occur in the form of rain, earthquakes, landslides, volcanic eruptions, and whirlwinds. The natural event that causes an area to become a natural disaster most often is flooding, basically the rain that occurs can be predicted in terms of intensity, rainfall, volume, and time of occurrence. BMKG as a government institution that researches natural phenomena usually provides daily weather forecasts and the information can be obtained on websites and online media, TV, social media and other media, the Nangroe Aceh Darussalam Provincial Irrigation Service which is responsible for planning, handling, and construction of irrigation and The use of irrigation is challenged to make innovations using information technology and incorporating technically designed hardware telemetry (DED) to combine it into a flood early warning system, especially in river flows close to residential areas so that it can anticipate or mitigate flood disasters massively and informatively. to local governments, communities, media and other parties with an interest in the main tasks and functions of rescue. In developing and combining hardware, software, and brainware for this flood early warning system, the main focus was the use of Hawk Eye, high resolution CCTV operated using Igismap software, and Dynamic software, which successfully identified garbage in rivers that caused puddles, and sent signals and data to the Command Center (EWS Command Center).

Abstract

The digital agro-educational holiculture tourism museum in Purwakarta Regency has designed a digital exhibition, Visual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology to try to display cultural and educational tourism in the space using advanced technology and can pamper visitors while providing learning about horticulture. In communicating agro-educational audiovisual equipment and interiors that support the creation of an animated atmosphere combined with the conditions for seeding vegetable plants, fruit plants, ornamental plants, and biopharmaceutical plants in Purwakarta Regency, so that visitors can learn, see, and feel, and enjoy both inside museums or in a plantation area of 10 hectares in the tourist area of Giri Harja Tajug Gede, Cikopo Village, Bungursari District, Purwakarta Regency. The technique of presenting animated images of plants combined with artificial interiors creates a virtual biosphere that will amaze visitors. In this research the method used is a descriptive method which will describe the process of analyzing digital exhibition designs and recommendations in making detailed engineering designs for Diorama Horticulture, especially related to the use of audiovisual effect technology. 3D animation of horticulture and a trip to the Harja Mukti park

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of gadget use on the character of children in elementary school (SD). In today's digital era, gadget use is becoming increasingly common among children, which raises questions about its impact on their character development and mental health. This research uses a qualitative approach, by collecting data through in-depth interviews with parents, teachers and children in elementary schools, as well as direct observation of gadget use in the school and home environment. The research results show that excessive use of gadgets can affect children's psychological development, including anxiety, difficulty in managing emotions, and dependence on technology. However, the use of gadgets can also support the development of children's creativity and adaptive abilities. This research emphasizes the importance of a balanced and responsible approach to children's use of gadgets, with the aim of developing balanced social and emotional skills, as well as preventing negative impacts on their health.

Abstract

This study aims to implement an Internet of Things (IoT) system using an Arduino Uno integrated with an ESP8266 module as a network communication interface. The system is designed to enable remote control of electronic devices, particularly an LED, through an internet-based application. In this system, Arduino functions as the main data processing unit, while the ESP8266 module serves as a bridge connecting the system to a WiFi network. The research method includes hardware design, software development, and system testing, which covers WiFi connectivity, serial communication, output control, and system response. The testing results show that the ESP8266 module can connect to the WiFi network consistently with a 100% success rate and an average connection time of approximately 4.9 seconds. In addition, data communication between Arduino and ESP8266 operates properly, allowing the system to respond to user commands accurately and in real time. Based on these results, the developed system demonstrates stable and responsive performance, making it suitable for educational purposes as well as basic IoT implementation using Arduino

Abstract

Industry Four Point Zero manufacturing has transformed conventional production systems into intelligent, interconnected environments in which smart products play a central role. These smart products rely heavily on embedded systems to enable sensing, real-time control, communication, and autonomous decision-making under strict industrial constraints. This study aims to examine how embedded systems design influences the performance of smart products in Industry Four Point Zero manufacturing contexts, with particular attention to design attributes that support efficiency, adaptability, and reliability. A mixed-methods research design was employed, combining quantitative analysis of survey data collected from industrial practitioners with qualitative insights derived from case-based observations in manufacturing settings. The instruments focused on key embedded system design dimensions, including modularity, real-time responsiveness, communication efficiency, and system reliability, as well as corresponding smart product performance indicators. The results reveal that embedded systems design has a significant and positive effect on smart product performance, with communication efficiency and system reliability emerging as the strongest predictors of operational efficiency and fault tolerance. The findings demonstrate that smart manufacturing effectiveness is strongly determined by device-level design decisions rather than by higher-level digital infrastructures alone. In conclusion, the study highlights embedded systems design as a strategic foundation for smart products and underscores its critical role in achieving sustainable and resilient Industry Four Point Zero manufacturing.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped communication patterns in higher education institutions in building and maintaining their reputations. Media disruption—characterized by platform convergence, accelerated information flows, and increased public participation—requires universities to develop adaptive and data-driven digital communication management strategies. This study aims to analyze digital communication management strategies in enhancing the reputation of higher education institutions and to formulate a conceptual model relevant to the dynamics of the digital era.The research employs a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design involving three higher education institutions in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, social media observation, and analysis of communication policy documents. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, including open, axial, and selective coding procedures. The findings reveal that effective digital communication strategies consist of four main stages: strategic planning based on institutional positioning, narrative content production through academic storytelling, management of two-way engagement, and reputation monitoring based on digital analytics. The results also indicate that the integration of communication management and social media data analysis significantly contributes to strengthening public trust and enhancing institutional image. This study proposes the “Adaptive Digital Communication Strategy Model” as a conceptual contribution to the development of communication management in higher education institutions.
