Abstract

Masalah yang menjadi kajian dari penelitian ini adalah mengenai Pengambilan Keputusan Pimpinan dalam Pengembangan Karir Karyawan. Salah satu faktor tersebut adalah sistem informasi manajemen yaitu sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkap dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen kepegawaian terhadap pengambilan keputusan pimpinan dalam pengembangan karier pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh hasil hipotesis alternatif yang menyatakan Terdapat Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (X) Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Pimpinan Dalam Pengembangan Karier Pegawai (Y) di Di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Worship is an obligatory thing for us Muslims, especially prayer. The purpose of this study was to test the calculation of prayer cycles based on Arduino Uno. System Development Methods In this study the authors use prototype development starting from the communication stage to system testing. Researchers want to make a tool that can help us in worship, namely the implementation of ultrasonic sensors to count prayer cycles based on Arduino Uno, with a rakaat counter by ultrasonic sensors and the brain from this system by Arduino as input and output. After testing the tool, and the tool is functioning properly, the rak'ah counter will count when we do prostration. Then with a prayer schedule has been set.reminder it will sound according to the delay that.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan instrument untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya kerja Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis statistik, sedangkan pengumpulan data untuk penyusunan instrumen menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan tinjauan literatur yang dikombinasikan dengan hasil FGD dengan ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrument penelitian adalah valid dan reliabel dengan nilai rata-rata kevalidan adalah 0,51 dan nilai reliabilitas adalah 0,86, maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen-instrumen yang dikembangkan untuk variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi, budaya kerja serta kinerja guru dapat digunakan untuk penelitian-penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is analyzing external factors and internal factors, so it will be possible to find out the most appropriate strategy formulation for BPR Bhakti Daya Ekonomi(BDE) in facing the increasingly fierce competition. The research method used is qualitative with data collection using interview and observation, while for data analysis using SWOT method which also use analysis of EFAS and IFAS. The results of this study indicate that the position of BPR BDE for Credit Employees products is located in quadrant IV. In this quadrant the bank is in a position where its internal advantage is relatively more dominant than its weakness. However, in facing of the environment, threat is relatively greater than the chances. This study recom­mend that BPR BDE should adopt a concentrated diversification strategy while still focusing on employee loans not only serving civil servants and TNI/POLRI, but adding new products that are credit products for private employees, which specifically target private employee markets, who already have a steady income.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an instrument to measure the influence of leadership, motivation, and work culture of principals on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative by using statistical analysis, while data collection for the preparation of instruments using questionnaires compiled based on literature reviews combined with the results of FGD with experts. The results showed that the research instrument was valid and reliable with an average validity value of 0.51 and the reliability value was 0.86, therefore it can be concluded that the instruments developed for leadership, motivation, work culture and teacher performance variables can be used for further studies. Abstract

State-Owned Enterprises are companies whose capital and ownership are owned by the State aimed at fulfilling the welfare of the community in various business fields, BUMN operations are supervised, controlled, and controlled by the State to serve the public interest and public services, so that they can be used as sources of state income with the risk of business activities. borne by the government, as for the products needed by the community, currently SOEs are made into clusters including tourism and support services, telecommunications and media clusters, energy, oil and gas clusters, health clusters, manufacturing clusters, mineral and coal clusters, food clusters and fertilizers, and plantation and forestry clusters. Pos Indonesia is a limited liability company in the service of dividing into six regions or regional divisions with divisions covering all provinces divided into 6 regions. PT Pos Indonesia itself is headquartered on Jl. Banda No. 20 Bandung City, West Java, with a total of 23,825 employees in 2019, at PT. Pos Indonesia there are several PT Pos Indonesia unions including the Indonesian Postal Workers Cooperative (KOPPIN). KOPPIN has a business in the field of financial institutions in the form of employee/worker cooperatives. In order to transform digital services, KOPPIN implements a savings and loan cooperative management information system. For this reason, the analysis starts from Information Technology infrastructure, analysis of the Savings and Loans Management Information System and analysis of the Cooperative Accounting Information System, so that the application application is in accordance with the needs. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of: (1) organizational culture and motivation on employee performance, (2) organizational culture on employee performance, (3) motivation on employee performance. The research design used in this research is causal quantitative research. In this study, the research subjects were employees who worked at KSP Karya Harta Jaya and the objects of research were organizational culture, motivation and employee performance. The population taken in this study is all employees who work at KSP Karya Harta Jaya which amounts to 25 employees. Data were collected by interviews, document recording and questionnaire methods, then analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) organizational culture and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, (3) motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The level of efficiency of a company in utilizing fixed assets can be measured by calculating the turnover of fixed assets to measure the level of profit generated in relation to its fixed assets by calculating the profitability ratio, proxied by return on assets. This study aims to determine the effect of fixed asset turnover on return on assets at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung. The research method used is descriptive with quantitative data types. While the type of research is explanatory level research that explains the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews and literature study. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results obtained show that there is no influence between the turnover of fixed assets on the return on assets at PT. BPRS HIK Parahyangan Bandung.

Abstract

The G20 Summit ended in November 2022, and one key point discussed at the meeting was food crisis mitigation. Some issues must be pointed out to overcome and anticipate the food crisis, especially in Indonesia. Hence, this paper aims to overview the plan of the Indonesian government that should be taken to anticipate and overcome the food crisis in Indonesia as the implementation of the agreement of G20’s Summit. This research is conducted using the literature review research method, which provides the output of existing data as well as a description of a discovery that can be used as an example for future research studies in compiling or making a clear discussion of the contents of the problem to be studied. The main result of this study is that G20 members need to step up cooperation and coordination to work closely with international organizations, the private sector, civil society, and other partners for poverty alleviation and improvement of food security and nutrition, and work toward inclusive and sustainable development, leaving no one behind. Thus, they will promote: (i) resilient and sustainable agriculture and food systems, (ii) open, fair, predictable, transparent, and non-discriminatory agricultural trade to expand food availability and affordability for all, and (iii) innovative agri-preneurship through digital agriculture to improve farmers livelihood in rural areas.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the importance of portfolio diversification and effective communication in managing financial risk in 2025. Changes in global economic conditions that are increasingly dynamic and complex require innovative and adaptive risk management strategies. Portfolio diversification is one of the main approaches to minimize losses and increase investment stability. In addition, transparent and accurate communication between market participants, investors, and financial managers plays an important role in making the right decisions. This research uses the literature study method and secondary data analysis to evaluate diversification and communication practices in the modern financial context. The results show that a combination of optimal portfolio diversification and effective communication can improve financial resilience amid global economic challenges. The findings provide important insights for investors, money managers, and policymakers in crafting more resilient financial strategies in the coming era. The result shows that the involvement of networks in social media affects the effectiveness of Fight the Haze campaign. Also, the social relations between organizations that are united under the alliance of Fight the Haze campaign are based on sentimental networks.
