Abstract

Traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta offer many unique things for both locals and tourists. There has yet to be an effort to centralise information on traditional markets which highlights its characteristics, including its uniqueness. Through this study, we designed a REST API that provides a service to access information on traditional markets in the city of Yogyakarta. The information available includes class, alternative names, location, description, history, facts, facilities, uniqueness, photos, and stalls. This service can be used by governments or other parties through external applications ensuring data accuracy. We used an incremental approach made of three iterations. Each iteration consisted of needs analysis, system design, API development, and testing and evaluation. This approach provided a more focused and targeted development based on the functional needs of each iteration. Each iteration was tested both on Postman and a web application. The result of this REST API is a JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) which can be easily processed by external applications.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company that supplies automotive spare parts with a complex business workflow. One project consists of several jobs involving a series of steps and different sections of the department. In this study, we developed a web-based project tracking system using rapid application development based on a set of user requirements. The system was tested using black box testing which indicated success in response to its functionality. The result successfully provided employees the means to select a job according to their order, upload files, write notes, and pass the job to the next section when done. For Inspection and Assembly, the testing showed success for returning jobs to Design when revisions were required. Assembly was also able to declare project completion when every job has been fully executed by its respective sections. Every stage of the project was successfully recorded which provided information on the progress of each project to the management. Furthermore, our testing also found the system to be capable of providing a facility for customer to track the progress and duration of their project anywhere and anytime by entering a project code.

Abstract

Paroki Keluarga Kudus Yogyakarta want to implementing information technology system on its medical service activity because its administration process was not effective and efficient at all. But the problem is they didn't have any human resources that capable to implementing information technology system. So, they ask Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana to accompany them for implementing information technology on their medical service activity.

Abstract

In this study, it will be explained how to create a data mart in a retail business to answer the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) inventory of goods which will be visualized in the form of a dashboard to make it easier for company executives to see the condition of inventory in stores. In making a data mart, it will be explained how the ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading) process from a transactional database from 9 stores becomes a data mart. The data mart in this study was built using a star schema and produced 4 dimension tables and 1 fact table. Star schema is used to simplify the query process when you want to display data on the dashboard. After the dashboard has successfully visualized the data, then testing is carried out on users using the UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) method to find out how the user experience when using the dashboard. From this study, it was found that the dashboard was able to visualize the total inventory of goods, consigned goods inventory, non-consigned trunk inventory in monthly, semester, quarterly, and annual periods. And excellent results on 6 scales of User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dapat digunakan dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pertanian. Dutatani adalah web portal pertanian yang telah berhasil membantu petani dalam mendukung peningkatan efisiensi, efektifitas, dan produktivitas pertanian. Dutatani telah dibangun berbasis web dan diperlukan versi mobile agar dapat digunakan dengan lebih personal oleh para petani.  Pengembangan Dutatani versi mobile memiliki masalah dalam ekualitas dengan versi webnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Feature Driven Development (FDD) untuk menghasilkan sistem Dutatani berbasis mobile yang memiliki ekualitas dengan versi web portalnya dengan tingkat adaptasi yang mudah dan minimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan sesuai tahapan FDD dan pengujian menggunakan User Experiences Questionnaire (UEQ) pada mobile version. Daftar fitur yang dikembangkan pada FDD didapatkan dari penelitian sebelumnya menggunakan WebQual.  FDD tepat digunakan dalam mempermudah pengembangan fitur untuk memastikan ekuitas antara dua platform dan efisien dalam mempermudah mengintegrasikan fitur Dutatani versi web dan mobile dengan hasil maksimal dalam rangka pengembangan sistem jangka panjang dan penelitian berikutnya.   Selain itu Dutatani mobile juga telah dilakukan uji UEQ terhadap petani di bagian modul portal, data, dan fitur menunjukan tingkat good dan excelent.

Abstract

Gereja Kristen Jawa Klasis Klaten Timur memiliki banyak jemaat yang perekonomiannya mengandalkan usaha kecil atau UMKM. UMKM tersebut belum bisa berkembang dengan baik karena tidak adanya pemasaran yang memadai. Oleh karena ini pengurus Klasis berupaya untuk memajukan UMKM tersebut. Namun Klasis masih belum memiliki data-data UMKM yang ada di seluruh Klasis. Pada pengabdian ini, penulis berupaya untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website, di mana Klasis dapat dengan mudah mengetahui jumlah, lokasi pada peta, dan produk dari UMKM. Pada penulisan ini akan bertujuan dalam merancang blue print dalam pembuatan sistem. Sehingga pada saat implementasi sistem dapat dilakukan dengan lancar. Sistem Informasi berbasis Website akan menampilkan informasi mengenai UMKM yang kiranya dapat memberikan pengetahuan pada pengunjung halaman web.

Abstract

Technology began to develop rapidly at that time. Many tools have been invented to facilitate human work, one of which is the Quick Response Code. QR Codes are two-dimensional matrix codes or barcodes created to allow scanners to respond quickly and receive data quickly. QR Codes can be used to manage the attendance of students, teachers, and school staff. This study defines a QR Code work system for student, teacher, and staff badges to manage student, teacher, and staff activity data and keep track of all students attending school. employee activities. This study uses the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle method. The key component of the system is a webcam scanner that reads QR Codes filled with master keys for student, teacher, and staff data. Attendance plays an important role in all institutions. This can lead to errors on the part of the school or students. For example, inefficient use of paper, absenteeism, missing monthly reports, missing wastepaper, etc. In addition, handwritten attendance carries the risk of absenteeism due to corruption of attendance data, which can lead to carelessness by employees and students.

Abstract

Currently, hospitals under the Christian Foundation for Public Health (Yayasan Kristen untuk Kesehatan Umum - YAKKUM) operate information systems independently. This implies that each hospital builds and manages its information system independently without systematic involvement with other hospitals. This triggers the emergence of heterogeneous data, necessitating data integration. In enterprise-scale applications, integration issues among application system components will increase with the growing needs and complexity of the application. One way to address this is by implementing middleware with a choreography approach as an intermediary between services. The system implements Axon Server as a message broker configured with an event handler in tracking processor mode. Each service has its own database supported by the implementation of infrastructure using Docker. The system is tested based on scenarios testing the reliability of data transactions between services in rollback or compensating transactions, choreography, and event consumption. Test results indicate that all testing scenarios were successfully executed even when services underwent a reboot during the testing process. Additionally, testing with unit tests, component tests, and integration tests successfully completed 46 test cases per 46 total test cases for the User Service and 27 test cases per 27 total test cases for the Auth Service. However, the test results also revealed anomalies or bugs when processing data transactions based on the saga pattern.

Abstract

Belanja online telah menjadi kebiasaan yang umum di kalangan konsumen modern, namun masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan seperti ketidakmampuan untuk mengevaluasi produk secara langsung dan risiko penipuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe situs belanja online yang memanfaatkan teknologi Mid Air Haptic untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi produk secara virtual. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan fokus pada tahap-tahap Requirement, Design, Implementation, Testing, dan Evaluation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototipe yang dikembangkan berhasil mengintegrasikan tampilan produk dalam format 2 Dimensi dan 3 Dimensi serta interaksi dengan teknologi Haptic. Evaluasi dari pengguna menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan teknologi Haptic untuk mengeksplorasi produk, meskipun ada beberapa kendala terkait ergonomi antarmuka pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan aplikasi belanja online yang lebih interaktif dan menarik, serta menegaskan potensi teknologi Haptic dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dalam konteks belanja online.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dibangun sebuh system menggunakan incremental model sebanyak tiga kali inkremen. Pendekatan incremental model dianggap cocok untuk pembangunan sistem rencana strategis di Yayasan SATUNAMA karena perangkat lunak yang dikembangkan dapan diproduksi lebih awal. TErdapat dua pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem rencana strategis yang dibangun yaitu menggunakan black box testing dan User Acceptance Test (UAT). Black box testing dilakukan pada setiap akhir inkremen untuk menguji fungsionalitas dan memastikan bahwa sistem berjalan dengan semestinya. User Acceptance Test dilakukan setelah sistem sudah selesai dikembangkan secara utuh dan diujikan kepada 2 responden di Yayasan SATUNAMA yang nantinya akan mengakses sistem ini. Hasil dari User Acceptance Test menunjukkan ada hasil yang positif dan memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna dalam mengelola rencana strategis secara terstruktur.
