Abstract

Mengingat kandungan energi yang tinggi dari bahan bakar plastik, maka potensi pemanfaatannya sebagai salah satu sumber energi memililiki prospek yang cukup bagus di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa Spesifik Grafity (SG) dan menganalisa Initial Boiling Point (IBP) dan Final Boiling Point (FBP) dari hasil distilasi. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah satu set instalasi pengolahan plastik yang dirakit secara manual dan limbah padat plastik. Sebelum reactor dipergunakan, sampah plastik dijemur terlebih dahulu pada panas matahari. Sampah plastik yang telah dikeringkan dan dipilah dari zat pengotor dan dipotong sampai kecil. Kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam tempat umpan reaktor. Setelah itu, pemanas reactor dioperasikan. Pembakaran plastic atau proses pirolisis dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dengan total massa limbah plastik 4000 gr dan menghasilkan 975 ml. Dari hasil uji SG sebanyak dia kali, diperoleh rata-rata SG dari hasil pirolisis adalah 0,75835 dengan Initial Boiling Point (IBP) 67oC. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa SG tersebut mendekati SG Kerosin dan hasil IBP berada pada 67 oC dengan FBP yang belum terdeteksi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana pengawasan implementasi peraturan diseminasi informasi publik terkait covid-19 kepada publik yang dilakukan oleh regulator dan lembaga pengawas, karena pendekatan yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teori terapan komunikasi krisis oleh Ludragen dan McMakin dengan asumsi teori mereka (1) Menentukan persepsi pemangku kepentingan dari berbagai faktor termasuk risiko, organisasi yang bertanggung jawab mengelola risiko, dan proses yang digunakan untuk mencapai keputusan (2) Menginformasikan, tidak membujuk (kecuali dalam konteks negosiasi yang disepakati) (3) Menyeimbangkan kebutuhan pemangku kepentingan yang bersaing (4) Membantu dalam mencapai resolusi yang semua pihak dapat hidup dengannya. Hasilnya menemukan bahwa pengawasan memang telah dilakukan dan terdapat sanksi diberikan bagi mereka pelanggar peraturan yang telah diregulasikan baik oleh Lembaga pengawasan seperti KPI maupun KOMINFO. Sejak awal, diseminasi informasi publik terkait covid-19 telah dimandatkan oleh Presiden RI bahwa agar informasi harus berasal dari satu pintu, namun dalam pelaksanaannya informasi dari satu pintu ini terbentur dengan kondisi demografis kasus covid-19 tiap daerah, dimana informasi terbagikan tak selalu sesuai kebutuhan maupun kendala dihadapi oleh pemerintah daerah, ditambah lagi masyarakat selaku publik banyak yang telah kehilangan kepercayaan terhadap Lembaga yang mendiseminasikan informasi publik serta kurangnya kemampuan dalam mencerna informasi tersebut.

Abstract

The continuous and increasing use of fuel, causing depleting and non-renewable petroleum reserves, has the potential to cause an economic crisis in the future. With the current depletion of petroleum reserves, it can encourage efforts to find alternative fuels. Biodiesel is a type of alternative fuel that is environmentally friendly and can be renewed because it is made from vegetable oil (biodiesel) mixed with diesel oil. This research was conducted to determine the specifications for the content of Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) in biodiesel B30 using the Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) method produced at the Laboratory of PT. X. The results of the analysis of the Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) content of BioSolar B30 products at PT. X on March 25, 2021, the fame earned 30%, on April 7, 2021 the FAME content obtained 29% met the specifications (On Specifications) stipulated by the Decree of the Director General of Oil and Gas SK No. 146.K/10/DJM/2020. Abstract

The role of fossil energy such as oil, natural gas, and coal in various economic activities is currently irreplaceable and has become a major need for the Indonesian people. The increasing needs of the community are sometimes not proportional to the results of the amount of production, as happened at Well 04 in the Delima Field, need surfactant injection because the production flow rate is decreasing. The purpose of conducting an economic analysis on this surfactant injection project is to detrmine whether choosing a surfactant injection method will produce appropriate profits. The system used in this economic analysis is PSC Cost Recovery using economic indicators NPV, IRR, POT, and Benefit to Cost. For sensitivity analysis using NPV Contractor, IRR Contractor, Contractor Take, and Government Take. Based on the results of calculations that have been carried out, the net profit value received by the contractor is 13.359.765 US$ and that received by the government is 16.420.258 US$. While the results of the sensitivity analysis that has been carried out, it is known that the most influential parameters are cumulative production and oil prices which are directly proportional.

Abstract

Medical records are files that contain records of documents regarding patient identity, examinations, treatment, actions and other services provided to patients. Medical records contain written or recorded information containing identity, anamnesis, support, diagnosis, services and medical actions that will be given to patients and treatment whether inpatient, outpatient or receiving emergency services (Permenkes RI No. 269 of 2008) . Increasing the effectiveness of recording medical record data accurately and quickly can take advantage of current technological advances through Electronic Medical Records (RME).
