Abstract

Abstrak:Fokuspenelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengelolaan Pembelajaran peserta didik dengan fokus penelitian secara khusus adalah: 1.Guru menyusun rencana pembelajaran,2.Guru melaksanakan interaksi pembelajaran, 3.Guru menilai interaksi belajar mengajar peserta didik, 4.Guru memberikan tindak lanjut hasil penilaian pembelajaran,5.Guru memberi bimbingan kepada peserta didik.Metode penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, angket dan observasi dan alat pengumpul data pedoman wawancara, angket dan data hasil observasi Rencana Kegiatan Guru.Kesimpulan: 1.Guru yang mengajar 59% membuat Rencana Kegiatan Harian. 2.  Guru dalam melaksanakan interaksi pembelajaran dengan peserta didik, 97% dapat menyebutkan potensi dan kekurangan peserta didik. 3.Guru menilai (evaluasi) interaksi pembelajaran dengan peserta didik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hanya terdapat 3% Guru yang menunjukkan lembar evaluasi penilaian pada saat proses pembelajaran. 4.Hasil penelitian Guru kurang mengoptimalkan hasil evaluasi pembelajaran dengan ditunjukkan 88%. 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan74% Guru membimbing peserta didik mengembangkan potensi.   Kata Kunci : Analisis, Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Guru Abstract:  The focus of research in this study is the Learning Management students with a research focus in particular are: 1.Guru prepare lesson plans, 2.Guru implement learning interaction, 3.Guru assess learners teaching and learning interactions, 4.Guru provide follow-up assessment of learning outcomes , 5.Guru give guidance to students. The research method in this thesis is descriptive, with data collection using interviews, questionnaires and observation and data collection tool interview, questionnaire and observation data of Teacher Activity Plan. Conclusion: 1.Guru who teach 59% make Daily Activity Plan. 2. Teacher in implementing the learning interaction with students, 97% could mention the potential and shortcomings of learners. 3. Teachers assess (evaluate) learning interaction with participants didik.Hasil research shows there are only 3% teacher evaluation sheet that shows the assessment during the learning process. 4. The results are less teacher learning to optimize the results of the evaluation indicated 88%. 5. Abstract

Di Masyarakat terdapat berbagai masalah kesehatan, salah satunya adalah masalah terkait obat.   Permasalahan terkait obat di masyarakat adalah kurang paham tentang penggunaan dan penanganan obat  dengan  benar.  Program yang dapat digunakan untuk pengelolaan obat yang baik dan benar adalah dengan  menerapkan  program  DAGUSIBU  (Dapatkan, Gunakan, Simpan, Buang). Penyuluhan kesehatan terkait cara penyimpanan obat yang benar yang dilakukan di Dusun Semawut bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang cara penyimpanan obat yang benar dan meminimalkan resiko akibat penggunaan obat yang rusak, tidak efektif, atau terkontaminasi selama penyimpanan. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan pemberian pretest dalam bentuk kuisioner lalu dilakukan edukasi dengan pemberian brosur dan ceramah tentang cara penyimpanan obat yang benar setelah itu dilakukan pengisian posttest dengan tujuan melihat seberapa besar pemahaman masyarakat terkait materi yang telah disampaikan. Adapun hasil penyuluhan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat yang sebelumnya sebesar 47% menjadi 92% setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Tim pengabdian masyarakat berharap program yang telah dilaksanakan di Dusun Semawut ini dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan dapat diaplikasikan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Hypertension is one of the public health issues requiring special attention, particularly in Banyuurip Village, Kedamean Subdistrict, Gresik Regency. Based on a preliminary survey, it was found that community awareness regarding hypertension management remains low, while the utilization of local herbal remedies has not been optimized. This community service program aims to enhance public understanding of the benefits of starfruit (Averrhoa bilimbi) juice and lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) stems as natural antihypertensive agents, as well as to provide training on their processing and usage. The activities were conducted on Thursday, January 18, 2024, targeting the women of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group. The program included health education, training on the preparation of starfruit juice and lemongrass stems, and monitoring the impact of these herbal remedies on the blood pressure of participating residents. Evaluations were carried out through pre-tests and post-tests to measure participants’ knowledge levels, as well as blood pressure measurements before and after the use of the herbal products. The results showed a significant increase in community understanding of hypertension and the benefits of local herbal remedies. Furthermore, most participants experienced a reduction in blood pressure after regularly consuming the herbal products introduced during the program. This initiative demonstrated that education and training in processing local herbal resources can be an effective strategy for improving public health. The utilization of starfruit and lemongrass as alternative treatments for hypertension is not only cost-effective but also supports community health independence.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemahaman masyarakat mengenai minuman herbal, khususnya pada tanaman pandan wangi sebagai minuman herbal antidiabetes. Diabetes merupakan penyakit kronis yang ditandai dengan tingginya kadar gula dalam darah. Daun pandan wangi, mengandung beberapa senyawa seperti, fenolik, flavonoid, vitamin E, dan asam askorbat, dapat disajikan sebagai minuman teh dengan penambahan bahan herbal lain seperti jahe. Jahe mengandung gingerol dan shogaol, senyawa aktif yang dapat merangsang pengeluaran insulin. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Banyuurip, Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik, dengan melibatkan 25 Ibu-Ibu PKK. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 68% responden mengetahui bahwa daun pandan dan jahe dapat digunakan sebagai teh herbal antidiabetes, namun 96% responden memahami materi yang dipaparkan dalam program edukasi. Program pengabdian ini memberikan edukasi dan informasi mengenai meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang manfaat pandan wangi dan jahe dalam mengolah tanaman sebagai minuman teh untuk penyakit diabetes.

Abstract

Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR TB) is caused by an organism that is resistant to at least isoniazid and rifampisin, the two most potent TB drug. Immune response to against Mycobacterum tuberculosis infection is related to the function of immunity. The function of interferon-γ (pro-inflammatory) is to activate macrophages, to stimulate antimicrobial molecules (to reactive oxygen species and nitric oxide), and to inhibits interleukin-10. Interleukin-10 function is to triggers humoral immunity, to inhibit IFN- γ. This study aimed to analyze level changes and the correlation with clinical data, also months of MDR TB patients who received standard OAT therapy. This was an observational study using cross sectional design. There were 29 patients who received standard MDR TB OAT therapy from 1-24 months, who met the inclusion criteria. Then, the patients were divided based on duration of the therapy, which are the initial/intensive and advanced phase. The initial phase divided into 2: first one is for 1-4 months therapy's time (5 patients) and the second one is for more than 4-8 months (6 patients). Then, the advanced group divided into two groups again, which are third group with more than 8-16 months (13 patients) and fouth group with more than 16-24 months (5 patients). Then, measured serum concentration IFN-γ, IL-10 at the start of the study and 4 weeks later with the ELISA method. This research during the period July-December (6 months). IFN-γ post concentrations were decreased by 39.14 ± 139.12 pg/mL (p > 0.05). The concentration of IL-10 was decreased by 33.93 ± 109.20pg/mL (p>0.05). Based on the TB score bandim method during pre and posts results were 1 patient experienced severity change from severity class 1 to 2, 1 patient from severity class 2 to 1, 1 patient remained in severity 2 and 26 patient remained in severity 1. The results showed that serum IFN-γ and IL-10 levels in initial/intensive and advanced phase patients who received MDR TB regiment after four weeks did not changed,

Abstract

Penggunaan obat yang rasional merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas terapi dan mencegah efek samping yang tidak diinginkan. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang memahami cara penggunaan obat yang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat tentang penggunaan obat yang rasional melalui edukasi di Desa Watugolong, Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, serta pembagian media edukasi seperti leaflet. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang penggunaan obat yang benar, termasuk pentingnya membaca label obat, memahami dosis yang tepat, serta menghindari penggunaan antibiotik tanpa resep dokter. Dengan adanya program ini, diharapkan masyarakat lebih bijak dalam menggunakan obat sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan mereka.

Abstract

The potential of deep learning in the context of English teaching is essential so as to increase student engagement and learning outcomes through some innovative learning models. However, few studies address the effect of deep learning in English classrooms from vocational high school students’ perspectives, mainly in Indonesian context. This study aims to disclose the students’ perceptions on the implementation of deep learning at vocational high schools, considering quantitative and qualitative data. The participants of this study are 191 students from four vocational high schools in Eastern Jakarta, Indonesia. The study employed a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative and qualitative data. The data were collected through an online questionnaire, comprising closed and open-ended questions. The data were then analyzed with descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The results show that students have positive responses on their mindfulness, meaningfulness, and the enjoyment in English language teaching. Qualitatively, students found English very important for their career and considered the learning materials provided by English teachers relevant. Additionally, the students felt motivated to learn English for the enhancement of creative and critical thinking. This study recommends refining deep learning practices for effective and meaningful English learning environments.
