Abstract

Abstrak: Petugas Tuberkulosis atau yang dikenal sebagai Programmer TB mempunyai peranan penting dalam pengelolaan data TB, termasuk di Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah, ditemukannya capaian CNR BTA positif Kabupaten Sukoharjo tahun 2017 berada pada urutan terendah ke-3 setelah Kabupaten Semarang dan Kabupaten Magelang. Untuk mendukung pengembangan sistem informasi pendukung kebijakan Program TB maka diperlukan kegiatan untuk pelatihan penginputan data Tuberkulosis ke dalam SPK-TB  atau Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Tuberkulosis oleh programmer TB yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan pasien TB di lapangan.Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkakan kemampuan dan ketrampilan Prorammer TB di puskesmas untuk melakukan inputing data Tuberkulosis dengan menggunakan SPK-TB. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi analisis masalah dari mitra untuk menentukan masalahnya, identifikasi karakteristik Programmer TB puskesmas dengan membagikan kuesioner, analisis kebutuhan dan keputusan sistem dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan yang diperlukan Programmer TB, Sosisalisasi penggunaan SPK-TB pada peserta dan pelatihan pencatatan atau pengunpulan data TB puskesmas. Adapun peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 12 Programmer TB dari berbagai puskesmas di wilayah kerja Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan ketrampilan dari Programmer TB dalam melakukan inputing data dengan benar. Sehingga perlunya dukungan dari pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo untuk menggunakan SPK-TB dalam inputing data TB.Abstract:  Tuberculosis officers or known as TB Programmers have an important role in TB data management, in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, the finding of positive BTA CNR in Sukoharjo Regency in 2017 was the 3rd lowest after Semarang Regency and Magelang Regency. To support the development of information systems supporting policies for the TB Program, it is necessary to conduct training in the input of Tuberculosis data into the TB SPK or Tuberculosis Decision Support System by TB programmers who are directly related to TB patients in the field. TB at the community health center to input Tuberculosis data using SPK-TB. The method of implementing the activities includes problem analysis from partners, identification of the characteristics of TB Programmers at the community health center by distributing questionnaires, needs analysis and system decisions by identifying the needs needed by TB Programmers, socialization of the use of SPK-TB to participants and training in recording or collecting data on TB. The participants who took part in this activity were 12 TB Programmers from various hcommunity ealth centers in the working area of Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This activity shows an increase in the ability and skills of TB Programmers incorrectly inputting data. So the need for support from the Sukoharjo District Health Office to use SPK-TB in inputting TB data.

Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch Program in Mijen Primary Health Center Semarang was based on a variety of problems found inthe field, which is related to the management of medical records that has not been stored in a centralized,thus does not guarantee the continuity of a patient’s medical information. While the continuity of medicalinformation be required to ensure the safety of medical services for the patients. Even the MRD storagesystems applied in inpatient filing system was not purely decentralized filing because a patient’s MRD storedper treatment period, not combined in 1 (one) inpatient MRD folder. In addition, storage management ofinactive and timeless MRD were not orderly. Inactive and timeless MRD are stacked in the warehouse withoutdocumentation and certain procedures.Solutions offered are medical records management training for 10 (ten) employees who worked at the TPPRJ,TPPRI, outpatient filing and inpatient filing of Mijen Primary Health Center. Furthermore, the design andsocialization of fixed procedures (SOPs) in the management of medical records TPPRJ, TPPRI, outpatient filingand inpatient filing, implementation of retention and inactive MRD value, as well as SOPs on implementation ofinactive and timeless MRD storage. In addition, the brief assistance in revamping medical record managementsystem in Mijen Primary Health Center.Research pogramme was carried out for 8 (eight) months. Subjects were interviewed and trained includes 1(one) Head of the Primary Health Center , 4 (four) outpatient filing personnel, 2 (two) inpatient filing personneland 6 (six) patients of Mijen Primary Health Center Semarang. The secondary data sources are outpatient,emergency and inpatient register, medical record management policies, SOP of medical records management,expedition books, as well as MRD borrowing card. Moreover, researchers have carried out observations ofactive medical records management system in outpatient and inpatient filing, inactive and timeless at MijenPrimary Health Center as a basis for preparing SOPs.Results of the devotion to be expected to solve problems in active medical record management system reformin Mijen Primary Health Center which are still established in decentralization to centralization. Anothermethod resulting is to fix the storage of family folder into 1 (one) folder for 1 (one) of a patient’s medical recordnumber. Furthermore, achieve medical record documents (MRD) alignment model which has been implementTerminal Digit Filing (TDF) with six (6) digit medical record number, but still based on 10 (ten) sub region.Thus, retrieval of medical data are expected to be achieved. Abstract

With the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic at the end of 2019, Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is now more important than ever. This is inextricably linked to people's habits in maintaining their health, so that they are not exposed to Covid-19 disease. As information technology advances, so does the form of media used in learning. As a result, a video game about PHBS has been created to aid in learning and increase the knowledge of teachers at Aisyiyah Kindergarten in Surakarta City. The goal of this activity is to provide kindergarten teachers with training on how to use PHBS video games. This activity is carried out in stages, such as problem analysis, identifying teachers' characteristics, socializing about the use of interactive learning media, analyzing partner needs in interactive learning media, and training the use of PHBS video games. The activity resulted in an increase in PHBS knowledge as well as an increase in teachers' ability to use PHBS video games. The creation of PHBS video games is critical in order to assist teachers in providing PHBS material to their students.

Abstract

Aim: This paper aims to design a decision support system in Maternal and Child Health services or MCH that can monitor cases of pregnant women and prevent maternal deaths because maternal deaths are still found in Semarang. Indonesia. Method =  Research and Development with system development using the System Development Life Cycle method, which includes studying user needs, analyzing the system used, determining the form of the system being developed, and designing the Maternal Decision Support System. The sample of this research is in the form of MCH service data in 2019 - 2021. Meanwhile, respondent data collection is carried out by interviewing MCH Program Holders and observing the system used, analyzing MCH data, and designing a region-based Decision Support System using PHP programming and MySQL database. Result: The development of an MCH decision support system application that can support the area-based MCH program is https://spk-maternal.com/. It is easy to use by officers at the community health centers and the Health Office to monitor pregnancy history to reduce maternal mortality. Conclusion = Results of our study indicate that a district-based decision support system is easy to use to reduce maternal mortality. The study's findings indicate a need for tremendous support from the government to make policies based on a decision support system for appropriate maternal and child health services.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records, which regulates electronic medical records. Methods: This research is juridical research with a statutory approach. Thus, this study only analyzes the rules and regulations related to legal or policy issues related to the digitization of medical records. Results: The obligation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in Indonesia has legal certainty with the ratification of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. This obligation has administrative consequences in the form of a written warning and/or recommendations for revocation or revocation of accreditation status for Health Service Facilities that commit violations. The provisions of this policy must go into effect no later than December 31, 2023. Conclusion: Three new things are regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022: the electronic system of electronic medical records, activities for organizing electronic medical records, security, and protection of electronic medical record data.

Abstract

Kasus Tuberculosis atau TBC masih banyak dijumpai di Indonesia, khususnya di Wilayah Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Besar dan luasnya permasalahan akibat TBC yang mengharuskan semua pihak berkomitmen dan bekerjasama dalam melakukan pencegahan dan pengendalian TBC karena kerugian yang diakibatkannya sangat besar bukan hanya dari aspek kesehatan tetapi juga dari aspek sosial maupun ekonomi, dengan demikian TBC masih menjadi ancaman terhadap cita-cita pembangunan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat secara menyeluruh. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Tuberculosis atau SPK-TB berbasis desa telah diterapkan, namun sejauh mana penerapannya untuk meningkatkan pencarian suspek TBC dengan dukungan dari kader TBC di desa. Masalah yang ditemukan yaitu belum munculnya dukungan dari para kader kesehatan dalam membantu pelaksanaan penjaringan suspek TBC dengan menggunakan SPK-TB di wilayah Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Sehingga penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk membuat Model Pemberdayaan Kader Tuberculosis dalam rangka mendukung Pemberantasan Tuberculosis yang berbasis SPK-TB. Metode yang daigunakan adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan SPK-TB. Adapun mitra yang terlibat adalah Programmer TB dan kader kesehatan Puskesmas Kartasura, Kabupaten Sukoharjo sebanyak 5 Orang. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan SPK-TB sudah diterapkan di Puskesmas Kartasura, namun masih mengalami kendala yaitu peranan Kader Tuberkulosis belum optimal untuk penggunaan SPK-TB di lapangan dan adanya kesibukan dari petugas sehingga belum melakukan updating data pada sistem ini

Abstract

Abstrak: Kasus Tuberkulosis atau TB saat ini masih ditemukan terutama di Indonesia padahal target WHO untuk menurunkan insidens sebesar 80% pada tahun 2030. Sensor-TB merupakan nama untuk alat menggunakan aplikasi sensor dari tanda-tanda vital yang dimiliki oleh seseorang khususnya pada penderita TB positif. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan tentang penggunaan aplikasi sensor TB. Metode yang digunakan untuk kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi Sensor TB untuk pemantauan Pasien Tuberkulosis. Adapun mitra yang terlibat adalah Pengelola Program TB Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Kepala Puskesmas, Programmer TB dan kader kesehatan Puskesmas Kartasura dan Puskesmas Bulu, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah sebanyak 13 Orang. Hasil yang dicapai menunjukkan bahwa Aplikasi Sensor-TB yang dibuat berupa bentuk gelang tangan telah dilakukan uji coba dengan menggunakan data pasien TB yang sesuai Puskesmas yang hadir, dan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan sebesar 100% dari sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.Abstract: Cases of Tuberculosis or TB cases are currently still found mainly in Indonesia even though the WHO target is to reduce the incidence by 80% by 2030. The TB-Sensor is a tool that uses sensor applications of vital signs owned by a person, especially in people with positive TB. The purposethis activity is to improve the health workers knowledge about the use TB-sensor applications. . The method used for this activity is socialization and training on using Sensor TB Application for monitoring Tuberculosis Patients. The partners involved were the TB Program Manager of the Sukoharjo District Health Office, the Head of Puskesmas, the TB Programmer, and 13 health cadres of Puskesmas Kartasura and Puskesmas Bulu, Sukoharjo District, Central Java. The results show that the TB-Sensor Application made in the form of a hand bracelet has been tested using TB patient data according to the attending Puskesmas, and there is an increase in health workers' knowledge by 100% from before after training.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis atau TBC masih banyak dijumpai di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Sukoharj0. Besar dan luasnya permasalahan akibat TBC yang mengharuskan semua pihak berkomitmen dan bekerjasama melakukan pencegahan TBC karena kerugian yang diakibatkannya sangat besar bukan hanya dari aspek kesehatan tetapi juga dari aspek sosial maupun ekonomi, sehingga TBC masih menjadi ancaman terhadap cita-cita pembangunan bangsa Indonesia. Masa remaja adalah masa peralihan yang begitu pesat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik, emosi dan psikis. Masih ditemukannya TBC menjadikan risiko pada kesehatan remaja, sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian yaitu penularan TBC dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas dan keaktifan saat remaja khususnya pada siswa SMP. Keterbatasan akses informasi mengakibatkan kurangnya tingkat pengetahuan, sifat dan perilaku berisiko pada remaja. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini yaitu memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang Penularan TBC pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gatak Kabupaten Sukoharjo sebanyak 44 peserta yang dilakukan secara luring dengan diskusi interaktif yang diawali pre-test oleh peserta dan pengisian pos-test setelah kegiatan telah dilaksanakan. Metode yang daigunakan untuk kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan tentang pengetahuan TBC pada remaja. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa berdasarkan rata-rata nilai post-test = 13,34 > nilai pre-test = 9,81. Perlunya komitmen bersama antara pihak sekolah, puskesmas serta Dinas Kesehatan agar Program pencegahan penularan TBC dapat berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Basil Mycobacterium Tuberculosis adalah penyebab utama penyakit menular yang dikenal sebagai Tuberkulosis Paru. RSUD dr. Adhyatma, MPH Semarang memiliki 125 pasien TB paru pada tahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis persebaran kasus TB di Kota Semarang menurut jenis kelamin, usia, per kecamatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripsi melalui observasi data sekunder. Pembuatan peta menggunakan aplikasi (QGIS). Hasil menunjukkan Sebagian besar kasus TB Paru adalah pada laki – laki, kelompok usia dewasa dan anak, dan domisili di Kecamatan Ngaliyan, Semarang Barat, Tugu, dan Mijen. Faktor yang berhubungan dengan TB Paru adalah kebiasaan merokok, pola hidup kurang sehat, status gizi, kurang istirahat, rumah tidak sesuai standar, lingkungan tidak sehat, interaksi sosial, perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan, dan Pendidikan. Saran penyuluhan kesehatan tentang penyakit TB Paru sebaiknya dilakukan di Kecamatan dengan kasus tertinggi di Kota Semarang. Peta persebaran kasus TB dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui informasi dan memantau perkembangan persebaran kasus TB di Kota Semarang.

Abstract

The lack of a decision support system for the Tuberculosis or TB Program implemented in the Sukoharjo Regency Office has resulted in a gap or mismatch between the estimated number of TBC cases and the discovery of TBC cases in the field so that the decisions taken so far are only based on the discovery of existing TBC cases. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of SPK-TB in supporting the village-based Tuberculosis Suspect Screening Program. The research method used the Mix-method method which combines qualitative and quantitative research types. The research subjects consisted of 12 TBC information system users at the public health center and the Health Office. The results showed that the system that had been developed and tested at each user level, especially the head of the health centre, was well accepted and used as intended. This shows that system acceptance before and after testing with the TAM method has increased the average value. It is recommended that this SPK-TB be implemented immediately so that the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of TBC officers and the Health Office can be known.
