Abstract

Program bimbingan dan konseling berbasis nilai-nilai budaya dalam penelitian ini didasari pemikiran bahwa, perubahan sosial-budaya yang begitu cepat dan masif membuat peserta didik mengalami kesulitan untuk menyesuaikan diri. Ketidakmampuan menyesuaikan diri baik terhadap tuntutan lingkungan sosial budaya (keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat) maupun terhadap kebutuhan pribadi, menyebabkan peserta didik berperilaku amoral yang bertentangan dengan norma (nilai), sehingga peserta didik membutuhkan bantuan bimbingan dan konseling untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai budaya sebagai pedoman dalam menyesuaikan diri. Layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang berakar pada budaya Indonesia, memerlukan sebuah konsep teoretik dan empirik yang mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya pada seluruh bahan dan proses layanan bimbingan dan konseling sehingga mampu mengakselerasi pertumbuhan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan research and development. Hasil pengujian lapangan menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan dan konseling berbasis nilai-nilai budaya efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri peserta didik, baik dari segi aspek maupun pada tiap indikatornya. Program ini dapat diimplementasikan di sekolah-sekolah dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian diri peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the effectiveness of group counselling services with cinema education techniques can increase self-confidence in entrepreneurship of students in adolescent foster care and women's work. The type of research used is Experimental Research to look for influences on specific treatments. The sample in this study were adolescent social care institutions for adolescents and 2016/2017 women's works which amounted to 8 students, consisting of 8 male students. Data collection techniques used are scale and observation. Data analysis using hypothesis testing paired sample t-test to calculate the comparison of the results of the average pretest and posttest of students. Based on the results of the hypothesis it is known the value of sig. (2-tailed) Which is 0.002 <0.05, which means that there is a significant difference between pretest and posttest. The pretest results showed that the average scale of students' suspensions was 81.13, which was included in the category of moderate social prejudice and for the suspension of posttest scores of students, 91.75 was involved in the high class. From these data shows that there is an increase in self-confidence in entrepreneurship of students after the group counselling services with cinema education techniques are implemented

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the group counseling services with psychodrama techniques can reduce the aggressive behavior of students in class XII IPA at MA Hidayatul Insan. Popu; asi in this study were 25 students. The sample population of this study consisted of 8 students. Sampling is determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and scale of aggressive behavior. The method used is the Equivalent Time Series Design Experiment. Analysis of the data used in this study using the Wilcoxom test formula, namely by comparing the results of the pre-test and post-test with the help table to test Wilcoxom. The calculation used is comparing the smallest level of the pre test and post test with the table of critical prices in the Wilcoxom test. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion above, it can be concluded that the group counseling services with psychodrama techniques can reduce aggressive behavior in students of class XII IPA MA Hidayatul Palangkaraya Insan. This is based on the results of the test conducted by Wilcoxom, showing that aggressive behavior decreased by an average of 54.63 to 22.25, with an average number of decreases of 32.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui profil motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Selat Kuala Kapuas, (2) mengetahui efektifitas program bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik di SMPN 1 Selat Kuala Kapuas. Metode yang di gunakan penelitian adalah menggunakan rancangan penelitian Tindakan kelas Bimbingan dan Konseling ( PTKBK ) yang berusaha memecahkan atau menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi pada situasi sekarang. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah observasi dan angket. Sedangkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan statistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hal ini dapat di lihat dari penelitian pre test hasil yang di peroleh 64% dan pada penelitian post test yang diperoleh 95% . Kemudian secara statistik di peroleh harga P=000 yang menunjukan bahwa harga P jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05. Yang berarti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima.

Abstract

Sejatinya ilmu komunikasi adalah ilmu yang dapat dipelajari oleh semua orang melalui interaksi sosial. Pada hakikatnya, bayi tidak lahir dengan pemahaman yang jelas tentang siapa diri mereka. Sebaliknya, seseorang akan mengembangkan diri pada proses komunikasi dengan orang lain. Seperti saat mengimpor atau menginternalisasi perspektif Sejatinya ilmu komunikasi adalah ilmu yang dapat dipelajari oleh semua orang melalui interaksi sosial. Pada hakikatnya, bayi tidak lahir dengan pemahaman yang jelas tentang siapa diri mereka. Sebaliknya, seseorang akan mengembangkan diri pada proses komunikasi dengan orang lain. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan pengabdian yaitu assessment phase, implementation phase, dan evaluation phase. Materi pelatihan yang disampaiakan secara klasikal dapat diterima dan dipahami peserta pelatihan karena dalam penyampaianya mengunakan beberapa media yang mendukung diantaranya yaitu white board, spidol, laptop, LCD sehingga mempermudah dalam penyampaian kepada peserta pelatihan. Metode klasikal dan dipadukan dengan kelompok serta ada praktik secara langsung menambah skill secara langsung sehingga menambah pengalaman langsung dalam pelatihan komunikasi dan keterampilan konseling yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Parental support to reduce learning insecurity is very important so that self-confidence and security in children can increase. This study aims to determine parental support to reduce student learning insecurity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Insecure is more experienced by students with a quiet and quiet character. The emergence of a lack of confidence, shame, anxiety, and insecurity makes students less comfortable when studying at school and at home. In addition, students who experience this make them students who are less active, less creative, and dare not express their opinions or ideas when learning takes place, so there needs to be motivation given from parents to children when studying at home, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic where the school holds an online learning program that requires parents to be more active in paying attention to children while learning. Parents must provide more support to reduce the insecurity that grows in children, especially lack of confidence and shame so that they can Cause excessive feelings of anxiety and trigger feelings of insecurity when socializing at school.

Abstract

Background: the learning outcomes of students have not met the Minimum Completeness Criteria 73 set by the school. This can be seen from the average score of students in the form of Mid Semester Tests from economic subjects of 58.54 or an average completeness of 31% of 164 students consisting of 114 students who have not completed the class. Aim: This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the environment and family on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of students in class XI IPS Senior High School 4 Palangkaraya. Method: This research includes quantitative research, the population in this study were all students of class XI IPS Senior High School 4 Palangkaraya totalling 164 students with a sample representing the entire population of 116 students. Data collection is done by questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques using cycles: normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. Results and Dıscussion: The results showed that: (1) there is an effect of learning discipline in economic subjects of students in class IX IPS obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then learning discipline is declared to have an effect on learning outcomes of 22.2%, obtained from the results of the coefficient of partial determination. (2) there is an influence of the family environment of economic subjects for students in class IX IPS obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then learning discipline is declared to have an effect on learning outcomes by 25.3%, obtained from the results of the partial determination coefficient. (3) there is an influence of learning discipline and family environment on the economic subjects of class IX social studies students obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then learning discipline and family environment are declared to have an effect on learning outcomes by 47.5%, obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination.
