Abstract

Abstract: This study departed from the need of guidance of the Pantura society who experiences an alienation and a loss of meaning in the personal and social lives due to the absence of a relevant strategy to protect their lives. The people who were unable to get counsel were those who ultimately needed a spiritual counselors who could give direction to the emptiness of life they experienced. This study is aimed at finding the strategic formulation of the spiritual guidance based on the cultural values of the Hindu Buddhist Dayak Tribes of Bumi Segandhu Indramayu consisting of guidance of pepe, kungkum , blegir, and ngaji rasa which were relevant to develop a dimension of sense of the religiosity on the meaningfulness of life and diversity of their members. Accordingly, with the Bumi Segandhu spiritual guidance strategy, every individual could achieve an optimal development and achievement of self-actualization in the middle of the community after attending a spiritual guidance in this community. Bumi Segandhu spiritual guidance was the guidance strategy to develop the dimensions of religiosity of the Hindu Buddhist Dayak community of Bumi Segandhu Indramayu. Their participation in spiritual guidance was expected to provide an understanding, appreciation and practice of the meaningful lives after returning to their community.الملخص: كانت خلفية هذا البحث حاجات المجتمع في السواحل الشمالية (Pantura) إلى التوجيهات والتوعيات الدينية، وهم عاشوا منعزلين وضاع عنهم معنى الحياة الفردية والحياة الاجتماعية. وهذا لعدم الاستراتيجية المناسبة للمحافظة على حياتهم. احتاج هذا المجتمع الضعيف دينيا إلى التوعيات الدينية لتوجيه حياتهم إلى ما هو أفضل. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الحصول على خطوات استراتيجية للتوعية الدينية على أسس ثقافية لمجتمع Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandhu Indramayu ، وهذه التوعيات تكوّنت من pepe, kungkum , blegir و ngaji rasa المناسبة لترقية الجانب الديني في معنوية الحياة والتديّن لأعضاء المجتمع، حتى يحصل كل منهم – بهذه التوعيات الدينية – على النموّ الجيّد والحصول على التكيّف في مجتمعه بعد مشاركته في هذه التوعية. كانت هذه التوعية الدينية Bumi Segandhuهي استراتيجية للتوعية بهدف محاولة تنمية الجانب الديني للمجتمع Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandhu Indramayu . ومشاركة هذا المجتمع في هذه التوعية ليحصلوا على الفهم والوعي وتطبيق الحياة ذى معنى بعد عودتهم إلى أوساط مجتمعهم Abstrak: Penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan bimbingan terhadap masyarakat Pantura yang mengalami keterasingan dan kehilangan makna dalam kehidupan pribadi dan sosialnya karena tidak adanya strategi yang relevan untuk mengayomi kehidupan mereka. Kondisi masyarakat demikian memerlukan pembimbing-pembimbing spiritual yang mampu memberikan arahan kepada kehampaan hidup yang mereka alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan rumusan strategi bimbingan spiritual berbasis nilai-nilai budaya Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandhu Indramayu yang terdiri dari bimbingan pepe, kungkum , blegir, dan ngaji rasa yang relevan untuk mengembangkan dimensi religiusitas pada kebermaknaan hidup dan keberagamaan para anggotanya. Dengan strategi bimbingan spiritual Bumi Segandhu, setiap individu dapat mencapai perkembangan yang optimal dan pencapaian aktualisasi diri di tengah-tengah masyarakat setelah mengikuti bimbingan spiritual di komunitas ini. Bimbingan spiritual Bumi Segandhu merupakan strategi bimbingan sebagai upaya untuk menumbuhkan dimensi religiusitas Komunitas Suku Dayak Hindu Budha Bumi Segandhu Indramayu. Keikutsertaan mereka dalam bimbingan spiritual ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman, penghayatan dan praktek-praktek hidup yang penuh makna setelah mereka kembali ke tengah-tengah masyarakat.Keywords: Bimbingan Spiritual, religiusitas, Nilai Budaya

Abstract

Lifeskills counseling attempts to help clients gain strength and eliminate the weakness of their thinking and acting skills; and gain an understanding of the language of skills, namely the ability to think and analyze their behavior in the form of skills. The purpose of this community service is to give lifeskill counseling services intensively to the participants in the program through the implementation of lifeskill counseling activities in the lifeskills program at the Social House of Bina Remaja dan Karya Wanita (PSBRKW) “Majar Tabela” Palangka Raya of Central Kalimantan Province. Implementation of lifeskill counseling services truely has a strong impact on the anchoring process for participants who are participating in the program so that the participants have the ability to understand the most useful affective values of their lives after leaving the program: first, they understandthe others; Second, they are be able to anticipate, recognize, and strive to meet the needs of friends around them; Third, they are be able to feel the needs of others' development and try to increase their abilities; Fourth, they are be able to open opportunities through association with various people and able to overcome the problem of difference.

Abstract

Leadership is a person’s ability to convince and motivate others to do something that are related to the common goals. The leadership involved the process of convincing in determining the goal of organization, motivating the attitude of the participator to reach the goal, convincing to improve their group and culture. Leadership is a formal position, that ask to get facilities and services from the constituents that should be served. Although among the leaders that when they are inaugurated said that the position is a trust, but in fact, there is very little or it can be said almost no leader that truly implementing the leadership from their heart, that is a serving leader. Even that needs to be a note here is how a leader must have a vision in building an independent soul, views, thoughts, attitudes and behaviors of all of the people at one the leader in order to be oriented to the progress and modern, so Indonesia become a big nation and be able to have competition with the other nations in the world. A truly leader always worked hard to improve himself before the leader busy to improve the others. The leader is not only a title or position that given from the outside but something that it grows and evolves from the inside of the person.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a proactive and systemic effort in facilitating individual to achieve his/her optimal development, the development of effective behavioral, the development of environmental development, and the enhancement of the functioning of the individual in his/her environment. Currently, it has occurred the change of the approach of paradigm in guiding and counseling, that is from the approach that oriented to the traditional, remedial, clinical, and centered on the counselor to the development and preventive oriented approach, namely Developmental Guidance and Counseling, or Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling. This study on paradigm of guidance and independent counseling used descriptive approach or describing a problem based on a literature review of existing literature or guiding books that related to the current study. In the implementation of this writing focused on the study of literature by using historical study, which is trying to explore the concepts and paradigm of guidance and independent counseling (which is trying to explore the concepts and paradigm of independent guidance and counseling), through studies and book sources that are relevant to the discussion of this study. The new paradigm of the re-concept of guidance and counseling can be done in a systematic and programmed to be more independent in a counselor. There are two inevitability that should be prioritized in the re-concept processes, namely; Tawhid education as a center of education and teaching that will give the philosophy of the other elements and moral education as the mission of the educational objectives.

Abstract

Bibliotherapy as a technique in the activities of guidance and counseling services at the moment is becoming a necessity in the world where both readings based information in the form of digital print out or have been so familiar with the people who are also experiencing problems in the individual development of their social life . Bibliotherapy often referred to reading theraphy, which is in the process someone who is having problems asked to read books that are helping themselves and motivate in order to promote healing. Read about the difficulties others similar to them, can provide awareness and understanding of the problems faced. This research use descriptive approach or describing a problem based on literature review of existing literature or books in accordance with the guidelines of this study. In the implementation of this paper focuses on the study of literature study using historical study (Dirasat al - Tarikhiyah), which is trying to trace the concepts biblioteraphy, through studies and sources of books on therapy that are relevant to the discussion of this study . Reading activities in bibliotherapy uses age-appropriate books in the treatment and therapy is usually followed by discussions on the topic of life issues in accordance with the experienced conditions. Bibliotherapy is used by school counselors, social workers, health nurses, teachers and librarians. The use of the book as a therapy to support the needs of children in the process information to increase understanding and raise awareness of the problems experienced.

Abstract

In the perspective of the development of one's religiosity can be developed through touches the other side that can bring spiritual and inner shades religious person. It can be touched by some form. The forms that try to offer in this study is about Qasidah Burdah (QB) developed at boarding school and in some majlistaklim in public life can be categorized as an internalization of values in the media application using music as a medium. Researchers used a qualitative approach in this research to complete the study. Researchers believe using this approach because the problem in this study is very holistic, complex, dynamic and full of meaning that is not possible data on the social situation captured by quantitative research methods such as test instrument. Moreover, the authors intend to understand the social situation in depth, find the strategy pattern, hypotheses and theories associated with this research study. The content of the values of Sufism in Qasidah Burdah still have suitability (relevance) to the teachings of Islam in terms of both goals (for the human form in order to be a perfect human being (insan kamil) as a servant of God and as a vicegerent on earth) and material (faith, Sharia and morals). Therefore, Qasidah Burdah can be used as a reference or references in the individual maturation process, especially in Indonesia.

Abstract

The basic component that makes up the human person who is recognized by Islam is the body, soul, and mind. Therefore, the education of children, in general, can be divided into three main groups. If it fails to determine the orientation of education, obviously also resulted in failure in achieving business results performed. The three components are the united of whole and round. Therefore, concern for these components must be balanced, should not be biased. In another word, that the orientation of the education of children patterned into three main objectives, namely: the purpose of education, physical, spiritual educational purposes, and educational purposes aqliah.

Abstract

One of the cultural bases of pesantren is a form of pesantren education that is characterized by traditionalism. Islamic boarding schools as one of the educational institutions where students learn social skills should continuously improve the way to help students develop positive social skills, both within the pesantren and in the community. In implementation, social skills do not sufficiently ensure the success of the pesantren; interventions are not limited to teaching and training for students; but pesantren should develop an environmental culture that facilitates by instilling an increase in social skills into a comprehensive and disciplined pesantren management system, emphasizing relationship-bulding between students; religious teachers and pesantren leaders (Kiyai) and between pesantren and families, as well as pesantren provide effective behavioral management and academic instruction. The concept and stages of counseling life skills within a santussalam Babussalam district of Kapuas Regency are new things that exist in the world of messaging, including components to develop relationships, identify and clarify problems, assess and redefine problems in the form of skills, formulate goals and plan interventions, intervene to develop self-helping skills, and end and consolidate self-help skills. The manifestation of the students' social relations abilities at the Babussalam Islamic boarding school can be seen in the Ability to Empower and Build Skills.

Abstract

The truth is that humans are religious (homoreligius) beings and their fithrah is a spiritual being who always strives to always be in a healthy mental state, so that a happy, inner and inner life. He has the perfect spiritual intelligence potential to achieve "spiritual wellness", namely the happiness of true life as a form of divine gift. For this reason, Guidance and Counseling services as a form of interpersonal relationships should adhere to religious values while helping, directing, and guiding individuals to develop spiritual intelligence to reach meaningful life and complete and integrated happiness. Because religious values are fundamental, absolute, and universal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan bercerita dengan menggunakan media boneka tangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi verbal peserta didik kelompok B di RA Mawaddah Palangka Raya.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimental design dengan pendekatan one group pretest posttest desaign. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelompok B yang terdiri dari 4 kelas yaitu sebanyak 67 peserta didik. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 8 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan rumus uji-T (One Sample Test) sistem penghitungan menggunakan bantuan program software SPSS (Statistick package sosial science) under windows versi 19.00. Hasil penelitian terdapat peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi verbal ditandai kesulitan dalam menyampaikan informasi ketika berkomunikasi sehingga lawan bicara tidak memahami maksud yang disampaikannya, pelatihan bercerita dengan menggunakan media boneka tangan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi verbal pada peserta didik kelompok B terbukti dengan t tabel < dari t hitung (1,753< 24,975) yang artinya pelatihan bercerita dengan media boneka tangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi peserta didik di RA Mawaddah Palangka Raya
