Abstract

Guru sebagai professional dituntut memiliki keterampilan Komunikasi. Tidak terkecuali bagi guru di sekolah dasar, mereka belum sepenuhnya memahami layanan konseling secara mendalam. Komunikasi dalam komunikasi konseling, bisa dilihat sebagai bagian kualitas pribadi guru BK. Dalam penyelenggaraan praktik konseling, Guru mengandalkan penggunaan sejumlah keterampilan, salah satunya yaitu kemampuan berkomunikasi yang merupakan keterampilan mikro konseling. Terdapat dua kategori utama keterampilan konseling yang harus dimiliki Guru sekolah yaitu keterampilan komunikasi dan bertindak, serta keterampilan pikiran. Keterampilan komunikasi dan bertindak melibatkan perilaku eksternal, dan keterampilan pikiran melibatkan perilaku internal Guru. Keterampilan komunikasi merupakan salah satu keterampilan utama yang harus dikuasai oleh Guru untuk penyelenggaraan praktik konseling

Abstract

Indonesian speaking skills is essential for foreign students from Thailand who was educated in Indonesia, especially at Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya. Through skills for speaking Indonesian properly, Thai students were able to communicate with people residing in the vicinity. Particularly, in understanding the course material and expression. Indonesian language course for speaking skill for Thai students in Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya aims to make the students able to recognize and understand the diversity of Indonesian and serves as a science to improve impaired speech in the Indonesian language, which will also affect the ability to write Indonesian. Through course, Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya students’ who came from Thailand has been quite able to recite the alphabet and make a simple sentence that can be used in communications. However, this ability stills needs to be aharpened in order to become proficient communicate using Indonesian.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology or what is known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has penetrated various fields of life, including education and teaching. With regard to learning, the use of information technology, in this case, e-learning, is needed not only for educators who are skilled at utilizing technology and technology for the manufacture of teaching materials, but a design is needed to carry out learning effectively. In a learning design (instructional design) there is a process to guide actors (actors) to design, develop, implement e-learning content by utilizing the available e-learning infrastructure and applications. At the next stage in the implementation of e-learning, there is an evaluation stage which is used to revise or adjust to the previous stages. A good educational institution must develop teachers by providing various facilities to support the teaching and learning process. Teachers can replace it with a new method in the form of video or audio that has been combined with the teaching material they want to convey. As technology develops, mobile or smartphone versions of e-Learning can be compatible with the features available in conventional learning so that the quality of content in the form of subject matter can be accessed properly.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the activities of students in learning Indonesian with Modeling the Way Model with Audio Visual Media. (2) To improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language with the Modeling Model of the Way with Audio Visual Media. The subjects in this study were all Vb grade students of SDN 5 Telangkah with 35 students consisting of 18 men and 17 women. The method used in this study is class action (PTK) which is systematic research in learning activities which is an action in the class simultaneously through self-reflection to improve learning outcomes of students using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) Activities of Vb grade students of SDN 5 Telangkah using the Modeling the Way Model assisted by audiovisual media in learning Indonesian improved. This can be seen from the increase in activity, enthusiasm, and enthusiasm of students in participating in the learning process with an average value of 3.37 in the excellent category. (2) There is an increase in Indonesian language learning outcomes by using the Modeling the Way Model assisted by audio-visual media in Vb grade students of SDN 5 Telangkah. The increase can be seen from the initial test of an average of 61 with classical completeness 37.14% and experiencing a growth in the first cycle with the acquisition of tilapia on average 87 students with 91.42% artistic completeness in Indonesian language subjects especially in drama material discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the activities of learning Mathematics of VB graders at SDN-1 Sabaru Palangka Raya in the 2016/2017 Academic Year on the implementation of the Round club model assisted by Monopoly Game Smart media, (2) Improving the learning outcomes of Mathematics in VB class students in SDN-1 Sabaru Palangka Raya Academic Year 2016/2017 after the implementation of the Round club model assisted by Smart Game Monopoly media. The type of research used by researchers is Class Action Research (CAR) with research subjects of all VB class students at Sabaru Palangka Raya SDN-1, totaling 22 students. Data collection techniques in this study use observation and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysts. And quantitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Activity of VB class students at SDN-1 Sabaru Palangka Raya in the 2016/2017 school year in Mathematics learning after applying the Round Club learning model assisted by Monopoly media Smart Games are better, because students are active, enthusiastic , listen to the teacher's explanation and be enthusiastic in following the learning process. The results of the teacher observation on teaching and learning activities were carried out by observer I and observer II during the Mathematics learning process in the first cycle. The common aspect of teacher activity was 3.61 in the excellent category, and the universal element of students was 3.40 in the very type. Well. (2) There is an increase in Mathematics learning outcomes by applying the Round Club learning model assisted by Monopoly Game Smart media on V-B grade math subjects at SDN-1 Sabaru Palangka Raya in the academic year 2016/2017. This is indicated by the learning outcomes seen through the class average in the first cycle which is equal to 78.63, and the completeness percentage of students in classical is 100%, from the predetermined provisions, namely for KKM of 65 and completeness criteria in traditional 85%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mendeskripsikan aktivitas belajar Matematika dengan menggunakan model Model Explicit Instruction dan Course Review Horay berbantu media manipulatif. (2) Meningkatan hasil belajar Matematika dengan menggunakan model model Explicit Instruction dan Course Review Horay berbantu media manipulatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V B berjumlah 27 peserta didik, terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 12 perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Aktivitas belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model Explicit Instruction dan Course Review Horay berbantu media manipulatif pada peserta didik menjadi meningkat, nilai rata-rata siklus I adalah 2,87 dengan kriteria kurang baik dan siklus II nilai rata-rata 3,32 dengan kriteria baik. (2) Ada peningkatan hasil belajar Matematika dengan menggunakan model Explicit Instruction dan Course Review Horay berbantu media manipulatif pada peserta didik kelas. Nilai rata-rata pre test yaitu 44 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 25%, siklus I nilai rata-rata 63 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 51,85%, dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata 79 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 92,59%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of science and describe the activities of students in the process of learning science through the Inside Outside Circle model with Audio Visual Animation media. The type of this research is class action research (PTK) with the subject of research all 10th-grade students of SDS Muhammadiyah Selat Kuala Kapuas male 10 people and female 17 people totaling 27 people. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and tests. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Activity of fourth-grade students of SDS Muhammadiyah Straits of Kuala Kapuas in the process of learning science through assisting audiovisual animation media. Well categorized. This is evidenced in the first cycle categorized as good with the average value of the first cycle of 3.64 (2) There is an increase in science learning outcomes of the fourth-grade students of SDS Muhammadiyah Straits of Kuala Kapuas. This can be seen from the data from the research cycle II with an average value of 3.70 and 100% classical completeness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas kemampuan dan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia peserta didik menggunakan Pendekatan Konstruktivisme tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa observasi dan tes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN 1 Mandomai. Nilai aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai angka 2,64 dalam kategori cukup baik dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 4 amat baik. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 40 dalam keterangan tidak tuntas dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi nilai rata-rata 86,5 dalam keterangan tuntas. Pada siklus I ke siklus II meningkat 46,5 % atau sebesar 45%.

Abstract

Guru SMAN 1 Pandih Batu belum menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) secara maksimal sehingga membutuhkan pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi ini.  Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai LSM khususnya menggunakan Sevima Edlink.  Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah demonstrasi, praktek, dan diskusi. Peserta pada kegiatan ini adalah 30 orang guru di SMAN 1 Pandih Batu.  Target pelatihan ini yaitu guru mampu menggunakan Sevima Edlink, pembuatan topik materi,  invite  siswa,  pengunggahan materi pelajaran, dan kuis daring. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berdasarkan hasil pretest dengan nilai 62,3 meningkat pada hasil postest dengan nilai 80,5. Hasil skor N-Gain menunjukan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru sebesar 0,48 dengan kategori sedang. Peserta menilai bahwa pelatihan ini dapat memberikan manfaat berupa peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan diri bagi peserta dengan metode ceramah maupun kegiatan demonstrasi dan peserta juga menilai bahwa pemateri baik ceramah maupun praktek sangat baik dalam penguasaan metode dan materi.
