Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru dalam mempersiapkan siswi menghadapi menarche di MI Muslimat NU Palangka Raya serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswi. Pendekatan yang digunakan kualitatif fenomenologi dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara pada guru dan analisis tematik dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi temuan kunci. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peran guru sebagai pendidik sangat penting dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang menarche, strategi, dan pendekatan yang diterapkan. Modifikasi strategi dalam memberikan pemahaman tentang menarche dapat membantu siswi lebih siap dalam menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Siswi yang mendapatkan edukasi mengenai menarche cenderung lebih tenang dan positif dalam menghadapi perubahan fisik dan emosional yang terkait dengan menarche, sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya peran guru dalam mempersiapkan siswi menghadapi menarche dan implikasinya terhadap kesejahteraan siswi di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran tematik. Siswa tidak selamanya mampu menunjukkan prestasi belajar yang baik dan maksimal seperti yang diharapkan orang tua dan guru. Artinya, prestasi belajar siswa tidak akan selamanya baik, dan juga tidak akan selamanya buruk. Hal ini disebabkan, pencapaian prestasi belajar pada siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor termasuk faktor siswa itu sendiri, lingkungan, saran, dan prasarana belajar dan pembelajaran, serta interaksi seluruh faktor tersebut dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar tersebut apabila dapat dipenuhi dan diperhatikan dengan baik dapat menunjang prestasi belajar siswa.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Menteng Palangkaraya. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik, guru dan kepala sekolah. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah obervasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan tahapan yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan pengampilan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang lebih difokuskan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan sifat atau hakikat nilai suatu objek atau gejala tertentu. Metode penelitian kualitatif melibatkan peneliti sebagai instrumen utama, dengan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diambil berupa kata-kata, gambar, dan informasi yang ditemukan dari lapangan. Faktor yang menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal Menunjukkan sikap yang kurang wajar, Pencapaian akademik siswa rendah, Kesulitan membuat pemahaman baru, Siswa lamban dalam memproses sesuatu, Siswa sulit mengenali atau menafsirkan apa yang dirasakan, didengar, dan dilihat, Siswa kurang memperhatikan atau kurang fokus dalam belajar, Sulit untuk mengingat materi pelajaran.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has transformed educational environments, making Learning Management Systems (LMS) a pivotal tool for facilitating personalised learning experiences. This research explores LMS’s effectiveness in enhancing student engagement and academic performance while identifying essential skills educators need to harness these technologies effectively. A systematic literature review was conducted, analysing existing studies on LMS, personalised learning, and educator competencies. The findings reveal that LMS significantly improve customised learning through adaptive learning pathways, gamification and increased accessibility. Educators with digital literacy, data-driven decision-making and collaborative learning strategies are better positioned to create engaging learning environments and improve student outcomes. However, technological barriers and the need for ongoing professional development persist. The study concludes that while LMS hold great promise, addressing these challenges is crucial for maximising their potential. This research contributes to the field by providing a comprehensive understanding of how LMS can be effectively utilised in educational settings, highlighting the importance of equipping educators with the necessary skills. The insights gained from this study can inform academic institutions and policymakers in designing and implementing training programs, ensuring that educators and learners can thrive in increasingly digital learning environments. Ultimately, this research emphasises the vital role of LMS in shaping the future of education and the need for continuous adaptation and improvement in teaching practices.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs conducted by vocational schools in enhancing teacher competence for inclusive education of special needs children (SNC) in the Central Kalimantan region. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted with 50 teachers from various schools in the region. The results of the study show that teachers' perceptions of the training effectiveness are generally positive, with an average rating of 3.9 out of 5. Data analysis reveals that teachers with longer teaching experience tend to have more positive perceptions of the training effectiveness. The main challenges identified in implementing skills from the training include a lack of time to prepare inclusive materials, limited resources, and inadequate support from school management. This research provides recommendations for the development of more specific and relevant training programs to meet teachers' needs, as well as increased support from school management to support the implementation of inclusive education. The results of this study are expected to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of inclusive education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Background: Substance abuse among secondary school students is a growing concern, and conventional treatment methods such as counselling, rehabilitation, and support groups have shown limited success due to stigma, restricted access to treatment facilities, and high relapse rates. These shortcomings highlight the urgent need to explore innovative and holistic interventions tailored to adolescents’ unique developmental needs. Aim: The purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness and future potential of alternative treatments—including mindfulness-based interventions, art therapy, and outdoor experiential programs—in addressing substance abuse among secondary school students. Method: This study adopted a qualitative research design that combined a literature review, expert interviews, case studies, and analysis of institutional programs. Data were examined thematically, focusing on patterns of treatment outcomes, barriers to implementation, and the role of school and community environments in supporting recovery. Results and Discussion: The findings reveal that mindfulness-based interventions enhance emotional regulation, reduce stress, and lower substance use tendencies; art therapy facilitates self-expression, identity formation, and coping mechanisms; and outdoor experiential programs foster resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. These approaches not only mitigate the limitations of traditional methods but also provide personalised, non-stigmatising, and engaging support mechanisms for adolescents. Effective adoption requires systemic integration into school curricula, professional training for staff, and collaboration among educators, mental health practitioners, and community stakeholders. Conclusion: The study concludes that the future of alternative treatment for secondary school students struggling with substance abuse lies in the integration of evidence-based alternative therapies alongside traditional interventions. By addressing stigma and accessibility barriers while promoting holistic well-being, schools can create supportive environments that empower students to recover from substance abuse and achieve both academic and personal growth.

Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan yaitu untuk membelajarkan kemampuan belajar bermakna dan kemampuan mengajar sistematikc bagi mahasiswa prodi PGSD FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya sehingga sewaktu pembelajaran materi, siswa mudah menerima materi dan bersemangat dalam belajar. Peserta pelatihan adalah mahasiswa prodi PGSD FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya yang berjumlah 51 orang terdiri dari dua kelas. Metode yang digunakan yaitu semua mahasiswa melakukan praksis berpikir analisis dengan melihat media gambar yang ditampilkan kemudian mempraktikkan melalui maju ke depan untuk menulis ke white board melalui apa yang dilihat pada media gambar. Pertama, menulis kosa kata; Kedua, mengkonsep seperti peta untuk kosa kata yang telah ditulis menjadi rangkaian kosa kata yang dipisahkan dengan tanda pisah dari beberapa kosa kata; dan Ketiga, beberapa kosa kata yang telah dipeta konsepkan dan diberi tanda pisah atau hubung kemudian dibuat menjadi kalimat. Temuan pelatihan ini yaitu mahasiswa masih kurang memliki komampuan untuk berpikir konsep melalui merangkai kalimat yang dituliskan dan hasil pelatihan diperoleh bahwa mahasiswa mulai memiliki kemampuan menyusun kalimat dan kemampuan beripikir analisis. Simpulan yaitu pelatihan berpikir analisis mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir untuk memetakan masalah, mencari masalah, dan menemukan gagasan serta menghubungkan antar bagian gagasan bagi mahasiswa prodi PGSD FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Palangkaraya.

Abstract

Background: the learning outcomes of students have not met the Minimum Completeness Criteria 73 set by the school. This can be seen from the average score of students in the form of Mid Semester Tests from economic subjects of 58.54 or an average completeness of 31% of 164 students consisting of 114 students who have not completed the class. Aim: This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline on the environment and family on the learning outcomes of economic subjects of students in class XI IPS Senior High School 4 Palangkaraya. Method: This research includes quantitative research, the population in this study were all students of class XI IPS Senior High School 4 Palangkaraya totalling 164 students with a sample representing the entire population of 116 students. Data collection is done by questionnaire method. Data analysis techniques using cycles: normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. Results and Dıscussion: The results showed that: (1) there is an effect of learning discipline in economic subjects of students in class IX IPS obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then learning discipline is declared to have an effect on learning outcomes of 22.2%, obtained from the results of the coefficient of partial determination. (2) there is an influence of the family environment of economic subjects for students in class IX IPS obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then learning discipline is declared to have an effect on learning outcomes by 25.3%, obtained from the results of the partial determination coefficient. (3) there is an influence of learning discipline and family environment on the economic subjects of class IX social studies students obtained a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then learning discipline and family environment are declared to have an effect on learning outcomes by 47.5%, obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter religius dan nasionalis merupakan fondasi penting dalam membentuk generasi yang berakhlak mulia dan memiliki jiwa patriotisme. Di era globalisasi ini, tantangan pembentukan karakter semakin kompleks, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat dan efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai religius dan nasionalis pada jenjang pendidikan dasar. MI Islamiyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam menanamkan kedua nilai tersebut secara seimbang kepada peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi pembentukan karakter religius dan nasionalis yang diterapkan di MI Islamiyah Palangka Raya, serta mengidentifikasi efektivitas dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi mendalam terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler, wawancara terstruktur dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan peserta didik, serta dokumentasi program-program pembentukan karakter yang telah dilaksanakan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memastikan validitas dan reliabilitas temuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MI Islamiyah Palangka Raya menerapkan strategi terintegrasi melalui pembelajaran berbasis nilai, pembiasaan ritual keagamaan, kegiatan upacara bendera, dan program kearifan lokal. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesalehan individual dan sosial peserta didik, serta menumbuhkan rasa cinta tanah air yang kuat, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam kegiatan keagamaan dan nasional.
