Abstract Development in an effort to humanize human beings by nature is also a business that has the meaning of ethics, law, and the values of religious teachings in both the objectives to be achieved in the way of business execution and achieve national development objectives. development in the Village Dulohupa that until now there are still many obstacles in the implementation of its development. The purpose of this study was to obtain information the extent of the role of the Village Consultative Body in supporting rural development in the Village Dulohupa Boliyohuto District of Gorontalo district. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques articles used were interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study informants ad 9 block, in an interview. The results showed that the role of the Village Consultative Bdan very important for the growth masyarakatn welfare and rural development. In accommodating issues and development in the village, BPD also plays quite well, although sometimes seen lonely office in the village BPD Dulohupa resulting difficulties in gathering to share their aspirations and ideas as well as ideas. Abstrak Pembangunan sebagai usaha memanusiakan manusia pada hakikatnya juga merupakan usaha yang mempunyai makna etik, hokum, serta nilai ajaran agama baik dalam tujuan yang ingin dicapai maupun dalam cara pelaksanaan usaha mencapai tujuan pembangunan nasional. pembangunan di Desa Dulohupa yang sampai saat ini masih terdapat banyak hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi sejauh mana Peran Badan Permusyawaratan Desa dalam menunjang pembangunan desa di Desa Dulohupa Kecamatan Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakn adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini ad 9 orang informan yand di wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran Bdan Permusyawaratan Desa sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan kesejahteraan masyarakatn dan pembangunan desa. Dalam mengakomodasi permasalahan dan pembangunan di desa, BPD juga sudah berperan cukup baik, meskipun kadang kala terlihat sepinya kantor BPD di Desa Dulohupa yang mengakibatkan susahnya masyarakat untuk menyalurkan aspirasi, ide serta gagasan.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to find out The Influence Factors Against Poor People in Limboto Coastal Area Telaga Biru District Gorontalo Regency.This study used primary and secondary data which base on case study analyze. The primary data sources was obtained from direct interview with several informants.Secondary data is obtained through documents related to research originating from the Telaga Biru District Office. This study used descriptive qualitative analyze method. Based on the study, it was concluded that The Influence Factors Against Poor People in Limboto Coastal Area Telaga Biru is alimited skills, lazy to work and human resources do not support in increasing the availability of production. This is showed that the poverty alleviation program on the coast of Lake Limboto should be increased again, with more supportive efforts to tackle poverty AbstrakTujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kemiskinan penduduk di pesisir Danau Limboto Kecamatan Telaga Biru. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan dasar penelitian yaitu studi kasus. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara langsung dengan beberapa informan. Data sekunder diperoleh melalui dokumen-dokumen terkait dengan penelitian yang berasal Kantor Camat Telaga Biru. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, faktor yang memengaruhi kemiskinan penduduk di pesisir Danau Limboto Kecamatan Telaga Biru adalah keterampilan yang terbatas, rendahnya kemauan untuk bekerja dan sumber daya manusia tidak menunjang dalam meningkatkan ketersediaan produksi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa program pengentasan kemiskinan di pesisir Danau Limboto harus ditingkatkan lagi, dengan upaya-upaya yang lebih menunjang untuk penanggulangan kemiskinan

This study aims to analyze the economic growth and income distribution of Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach and the data source used is secondary five-year time series data. The analytical tool used is the analysis of economic growth and the Williamson index equation.The results showed that the economic growth of Bone Bolango Regency was very volatile with an average growth of above 6%. The decline was due to low macroeconomic productivity. The results of the Williamson Index analysis show that the average distribution of income in each sub-district is still relatively low. This is evidenced by the index value is still close to 1. The larger the index, the greater the income inequality that occurs.

Per capita income is a parameter to determine the success of economic activities in a country or region and is usually calculated in one year based on the results of economic activities as reflected by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This study aims to analyze the income per capita of the Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, and the analysis is on 5-year Gross Regional Domestic Product (2015-2019) time series data. The results show that the economic development of Bone Bolango Regency, which is indicated by the average economic growth is still above 6 percent, and the population growth rate reaches 1.29 percent in the 2015-2019 period. With the fluctuating economic development based on GRDP both based on constant prices and based on current prices, it generates per capita income of Bone Bolango Regency in 2015-2019, namely: a) Per Capita Income Based on Constant Prices is Rp. 1.311.007.54,- per year b) Income Per Capita Based on the Current Price is Rp. 1,836,215.54, - per year. This research aims to: determine and analyze the income of food stall traders in the Covid-19 pandemic in the East Pentadio Village, Telaga Biru subDistrict, Gorontalo Regency. The research method uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. The results based on research findings showed that: 1) The Covid-19 pandemic affected the income of food stall traders. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, the net income of food stall traders reached Rp. 305,200 per day. After the Covid-19 pandemic, food stall traders only pocketed Rp. 147,500 per day, 2) The Covid-19 pandemic affects the operational costs of food stall traders. If before the Covid-19 Pandemic operational expenses reached Rp. 59,550, with the Covid-19 Pandemic, operational costs also increased to Rp. 71,500

The objective of research was to determine the strategy of development program of poverty alleviation at Karyamukti village. The method used descriptive quantitative approach. Based on the result obtained the strategy that uses by the government at Karyamukti village are in quadrant I (S-O) aggressive, which is creating a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of opportunities. These strategy formulations include: Optimizing poverty alleviation programs carried out by the government, improving the data collection process / identification of RTM needs therefore programs are implemented on target, maximizing the use of village fund allocations in increasing human resources and capital participation that can empower communities, take advantage of the potential conditions of the supported villages by good human resources, as well as improving the socialization / training process of community groups on the potential of agriculture and other businesses / jobs run by the community.

This research was conducted in Ilohungayo Village, Batudaa District, Gorontalo District. The purpose of this study is to test simple linear regression showing that the income variable has an influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen the regression coefficient test of 0.041, the variable number of family members has a positive and significant influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.170, while the water tariff variable has a positive influence on the demand for clean water for PDAM. Economic growth, inflation, and employment are indicators that affect employment opportunities and opportunities. The more job opportunities in an area will be able to have a positive impact on the economy in that area. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, inflation and labor on employment opportunities in Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative research approach with a 5-year secondary data base (2015-2019) and by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that based on the results of research tests using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, it can be stated that there is a significant effect of the independent variables, namely economic growth, inflation rate, and employment in Bone Bolango Regency on employment. The multiple regression equation formed is: Y = -5.287 + 2.854X1 – 3.833X2 – 2.019X3 illustrates if there is an influence of economic growth, inflation, and labor on the absorption of labor in Bone Bolango Regency.

This study aims to analyze and identify the level of income inequality using the Gini Ratio approach. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained through observation and data collection reports both from Gorontalo District Statistic Center (BPS) and Gorontalo District Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), such as Districts in Figures and Indicators of Welfare Results National Census. Data sourced from Bappeda and BPS in the form of per capita Gross Regional Domestic Product data on the basis of Constant Prices, and data on consumption per capita average. The results of the study show that the Gorontalo Regency Gini Ratio in the period 2012 - 2017 is in the moderate range (> 0.4) or at moderate or moderate levels.Keywords: Identification, Analysis, Gini Ratio

This study aims to find out analyzing the transformation of the economic structure of Bone Bolango Regency and how the shift-share distribution through LQ analysis and shift-share Bone Bolango Regency in encouraging economic growth. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses secondary data sources for the last 5 years (time-series) and the analytical tools used are Location Question (LQ) and Shift Share Analysis (SSA) analysis.The results of the study indicate that the transformation of the economic structure of Bone Bolango Regency is still not going well, or is still categorized as slow. This can be seen from the contribution of the primary sector share which is still very dominant where the average is 42.60 percent every year. Far above the secondary sector and tertiary sector. The economic potential of Bone Bolango Regency can be seen from the basic sector owned which consists of 10 sectors or business fields, respectively: 1) Mining and Quarrying, 2) Manufacturing Industry, 3) Construction, 4) Wholesale and Retail Trade, 5) Real Estate Estate, 6) Corporate Services, 7) Government Administration, 8) Education Services, 9) Health Services, and 10) Other Services. The non-base sector of Bone Bolango Regency consists of 7 sectors or respective business fields; 1) Agriculture, 2) Procurement of Electricity and Gas, 3) Transportation and Warehousing, 4) Procurement of Water, Garbage, and Waste, 5) Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink, 6) Information and Communication, and 7) Financial and Insurance Services.
