ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain information about the Implementation of Financial Administration at the Marisa Sub-District Office in Pohuwato Regency. The research method uses a qualitative type. Data collection techniques are done through interviews with a number of informants and observations and recording of secondary data related to research problems. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of financial administration in the planning, organizing, movement and supervision phases has not been effectively seen from human sources not professional in planning activities and budgeting, incompatibility of main tasks/function and preparation of LPJ and internet network systems which are obstacles in the reporting process. So it is expected that the government optimizes the implementation of financial administration by conducting education and training on financial administration management and increasing supervision and control. Keywords : Implementation; Financial Administration ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi tentang Pelaksanaan Administrasi Keuangan di Kantor Camat Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan sejumlah informan dan observasi serta pencatatan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan administrasi keuangan dalam tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pergerakan dan pengawasan belum efektif dilihat dari sumber manusia belum profesional dalam merencanakan kegiatan dan penganggaran, ketidak sesuaian tupoksi dan penyusunan LPJ serta sistem jaringan internet yang menjadi kendala dalam proses pelaporan. Maka diharapkan kepada pemerintah mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan administrasi keuangan dengan mengadakan pendidikan dan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan administrasi keuangan serta meningkatkan pengawasan dan pengontrolan. This research aims to determine the impact of Limboto Lake management in terms of the sosio-economic aspects of the coastal communities of the Lake, Telaga Biru District, Gorontalo regency. The research method uses a qualitative type. The results showed that Lake management was not optimal, this can be seen from the negative side effects of reduced livelihoods and income of fishing communities as well as the emergence of several diseases such as anthrax and respiratory problems due to decreased water quality and air quality. The positive impact determined by the program objectives is not clear, the ecological impact is not positive so that it can lead to undesirable things. The positive side effect can control the water discharge when Limboto Lake water overflows, then it can be used as a tourist spot so that people can open businesses such as shops, selling accessories and motorbike taxis or parking lots for visitors. However, this is only sporadic when there are big events.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Kemampuan Aparat Desa dalam mengelola ALokasi Dana Desa di Desa Monano, Kecamatan Monano, Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, jenis data berasal dari data primer diperoleh melalui tehnik wawancara, observasi dan pengolahan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data setelah dianalisis disimpulkan bahwa, Dalam mengelola alokasi dana Desa, aparat belum memiliki kecakapan yang berkualitas, keterampilan, kesungguhan, efektivitas, dan efisiensi. Aparatmasih perlu banyak belajar ilmu pengetahuan, berkomunikasi dengan baik, kreatif, adaptif terhadap tugas-tugas yang baru, mampu bekerjasama, loyal dan penuh tanggungjawab terhadap tugas yang dibebankan kepadanya dan selalu termotivasi diri serta bersemangat dan bergairah dalam bekerja. Sebagai pelayan masyarakat, aparat Desa belum maksimal memperhatikan nasib masyarakat yang tidak mampu. belum memiliki keberhasilan dalam merumuskan program pembangunan yang berkaitan dengan kepentingan masyarakat miskin dan belum membawa hasil yang bermanfaat bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Perkawinan salah satu bagian dari kehidupan yang dilalui manusia untuk melanjutkan keturunannya. Perkawinan biasanya dilakukan oleh dua lawan jenis dari keluarga yang berbeda dan tanpa ikatan darah di antara mereka. Tetapi hal lain terjadi pada Suku Polahi, suku primitif di pedalaman Gorontalo yang memiliki budaya sistem kawin sedarah, atau sistem perkawinan incest yang secara genetis berbahaya bagi keturunan yang dilahirkan. Mereka terbiasa melakukan sistem perkawinan sedarah dimana perkawinan ini yang memungkinkan setiap anggota keluarga bebas untuk menikah dengan sesama anggota keluarga yang memiliki ikatan darah. Sistem perkawinan ini sudah berlangsung begitu lama sejak zaman kolonial Belanda. Dan meskipun itu dianggap tidak biasa atau bahkan aneh, tetapi budaya itu masih ada sampai hari ini dan mungkin akan tetap, selama masih belum ada perubahan dalam pola pikir masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini mencoba mengupas lebih dalam lagi mengenai sistem perkawinan sedarah yang sudah dilakukan turun temurun oleh masyarakat suku Polahi, melihat makna perkawinan sedarah ini, kemudian dikaitkan dengan berbagai aspek dan sudut pandang berbeda, baik dari aspek agama, hukum dan undang-undang, kesehatan, sosial dan budaya.Dari hasil penelitian bahwa perkawinan sedarah bagi suku polahi bukan karena adat kebiasaan,akan tetapi pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang sangat kurang, bahkan nyaris tidak mengetahui apa-apa tentang pergaulan sesama kelompok., sehingga mereka melakukan perkawian sedarah di antara mereka.

The objective of research were: 1) to determine that the Local Taxes ia influenced on Economic Growth at Gorontalo Regency in 2015-2019 and 2) to determine, how much the influence value between local taxes and the economic growth of Gorontalo Regency for the period 2015-2019. The method used quantitative research approach with the type of research was an explanatory research. The result of research obtained that 1). There ia the influence of Local Taxes on Economic Growth at Gorontalo Regency in periode of 2015-2019, this is proven through statisical test which is obtained significance value 0.006 small than α 0.05, and 2) The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.921, this explains that the level of influence of the local tax variable on economic growth is very strong and has a positive value. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh informasi mengenaiImplementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Di Desa Isimu Selatan Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan denganinstrumentwawancarakepadaberbagaiinforman dan observasi serta pencatatan data sekunder yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian.Hasilpenelitiandisimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar Di Desa Isimu Selatan Kecamatan Tibawa Kabupaten Gorontalo belum efektif dilihat segi pendistribusian, pemanfaatan kartu indonesia pintar yang sulit di kontrol serta data yang tidak sengkron antara desa dan pemerintah. Maka diharapkan kepada pemerintah agar bisa mengoptimalkan dengan mensingkronkan data penerima kartu indonesia pintar antara desa dan pemerintah agar penyaluran bisa tepat sasaran. The objective of research was to determine the roles of BUMDES in increasing the communities’ income at satria village. The method used qualitative approach with descriptive research. The result obtained the government roles, BUMDES management in terms of socialization has been carried out optimally, there are already people who are satisfied and there are still those who are not satisfied with the active role of BUMDES, the government and administrators have made efforts in realizing and developing BUMDES to improve the community's economy by collaborating with certain parties, especially related agencies, the income of the community, especially BUMDES members, has increased with the establishment of BUMDES in the village and the benefits of BUMDES are felt by the community despite the existence of BUMDES can still be said to be just operating.

This research was conducted in Ilohungayo Village, Batudaa District, Gorontalo District. The purpose of this study is to test simple linear regression showing that the income variable has an influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen the regression coefficient test of 0.041, the variable number of family members has a positive and significant influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.170, while the water tariff variable has a positive influence on the demand for clean water for PDAM. This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.024, percent. Keywords: Income, Number of Family Members, Water Rates and PDAM Water Demand

Abstract This research aims to find out the management of pentadio resort attractions. The research method uses a qualitative type. Management of pentadio resort attractions in planning aspects is not optimal. This can be seen from the less planned arrangement of tourist attractions. Management of pentadio resort attractions in the organizing aspect is not optimal. This can be seen from the irregularities of the officers in the work such as the absence of uniformity in dress, and the many facilities that no longer function. Management of pentadio resort attractions in aspects of supervision is not optimal. This can be seen from the many tourist facilities that are not maintained anymore and just left. One indicator to determine the ability of an area to grow and develop rapidly is by analyzing the economic potential of the area. This study aims to determine how the economic potential of Bone Bolango Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach using a secondary database, namely time series data (time series) of Gross Regional Domestic Product for the last 5 years (2015-2019).The results showed that the economic potential of Bone Bolango Regency is classified as having potential Basic sectors consisting of 10 sectors or business fields respectively are: 1) Mining and Quarrying, 2) Manufacturing Industry, 3) Construction, 4) Wholesale and Retail Trade, 5 ) Real estate, 6) corporate services, 7) government administration, 8) education services, 9) health services, and 10) services. The non-base sector of Bone Bolango Regency consists of 7 sectors or business fields respectively; 1) Agriculture, 2) Procurement of Electricity and Gas, 3) Transportation and Warehousing, 4) Provision of Water, Garbage, Waste, 5) Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink, 6) Information and Communication, and 7) Financial Services and Insurance. The economic growth that occurs is influenced by the dominance of the basic sector owned by Bone Bolango Regency in the formation of GRDP in the last 5 years (2015-2019).
