Abstract

Abstract : Rice production plays an important role in people's lives, where rice is a staple food that is useful so that the body can do various activities because it has an energy source. As an area included as a national rice barn, Blitar Regency has a target to increase rice production every year. Increasing the amount of rice production in Blitar must be increased to keep up with the growing population. In order to maintain and meet the needs of rice, the Blitar District government needs a method to classify rice production potential in Blitar District. The aim is to find out which areas in Blitar Regency have suboptimal rice production results. Thus the clustering technique that can be applied is the method with the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm. Using the Fuzzy C-Means method is expected to make it easier for the Blitar Regency government to classify agricultural products in Blitar Regency to find out which areas have high, medium and low rice production potential. The results of testing the Partition Coefficient validation value were 0.7695, thus the cluster quality was optimal. Keywords : Data Mining, Clustering, Fuzzy C-Means, Rice, Production, Partition Coefficient

Abstract

An expert system is a program that computerizes reports that try to imitate the thought processes and knowledge of experts in solving problems. Along with the development of time, expert systems make it easier for the public to diagnose a disease or damage. Reported from the statcounter.com page, Android users in Indonesia in 2020 reached 91.85%. This number can still increase considering the number of smartphone prices that are increasingly affordable and sophisticated. The number of android smartphones that are used will cause problems in the form of damage to android smartphones caused by factory errors or errors from the user himself. But in general, people do not know much about the right solution to overcome the damage and choose to buy a new cellphone. In this study, an expert system will be implemented to diagnose damage to an Android smartphone using a web-based forward chaining method to assist the public in diagnosing damage to their Android smartphone. The results of this expert system can be used as a reference in estimating the cost of damage to an android smartphone.

Abstract

Plagiasi merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di lingkungan akademik, termasuk dalam penulisan tugas oleh siswa. Plagiasi tidak hanya melanggar etika, tetapi juga menghambat kreativitas dan keaslian karya ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mampu mendeteksi plagiasi secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem aplikasi deteksi plagiasi dokumen tugas siswa dengan menggunakan metode N-Gram, yang diimplementasikan di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Pasuruan sebagai studi kasus. Metode N-Gram dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menganalisis urutan kata atau karakter dalam dokumen, sehingga memungkinkan untuk mendeteksi kemiripan antara teks secara lebih akurat. Proses pengembangan sistem ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu pengumpulan data dokumen siswa, pemrosesan teks menggunakan N-Gram, dan analisis tingkat kemiripan antar dokumen. Sistem yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat memberikan hasil yang cepat dan akurat dalam mendeteksi potensi plagiasi pada dokumen tugas siswa. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mendeteksi plagiasi dengan tingkat akurasi yang baik, dengan tingkat kesamaan teks ditampilkan dalam bentuk persentase. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru dan pihak sekolah dalam memantau dan mengurangi praktik plagiasi di lingkungan sekolah, serta mendorong siswa untuk menghasilkan karya yang orisinal dan berkualitas
