Abstract

The research conducted on UMKM commercial sector which aims to determine how much the contribution of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) implementation by using four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business process and learning and growth. The concept Balanced Scorecard is deemed in accordance with the consideration that the concept is able to balance short-term plan with long-term plans, as well as to balance financial performance with the performance of non-financial. In addition, The benefits from this research is that companies have an appropriate business strategy and work program that can face of such change, enabling it to maintain and expand its business in the future in accordance with the vision and mission.By using these research techniques, application of the BSC through four perspectives can contribute significantly to the company's performance. This is indicate that UMKM oriented continuously on efforts to maintain customer satisfaction to earn the trust of the quality of the product followed by their support productive and committed employees who will be able to deliver products / services efficiently, consistent and timely with using technology information that have an impact on the organization's ability to generate adequate financial returns. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada sektor komersial UMKM yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi penerapan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dengan menggunakan empat perspektif: keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Konsep Balanced Scorecard dianggap sesuai dengan pertimbangan bahwa konsep ini mampu menyeimbangkan rencana jangka pendek dengan rencana jangka panjang, serta menyeimbangkan kinerja keuangan dengan kinerja non-keuangan. Selain itu, Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa perusahaan memiliki strategi bisnis yang tepat dan program kerja yang dapat menghadapi perubahan tersebut, memungkinkan untuk mempertahankan dan memperluas bisnisnya di masa depan sesuai dengan visi dan misi. Dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian ini , penerapan BSC melalui empat perspektif dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM berorientasi terus menerus pada upaya mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan dari kualitas produk diikuti dengan dukungan mereka yang produktif dan berkomitmen karyawan yang akan mampu memberikan produk / jasa secara efisien, konsisten dan tepat waktu dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi yang berdampak pada kemampuan organisasi untuk menghasilkan pengembalian keuangan yang memadai.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet di Indonesia semakin meluas seiring berjalannya waktu, dengan hadirnya teknologi baru yaitu broadband internet, oleh karena itu perusahaan penyedia jasa internet atau ISP (Internet Service Provider) semakin bertambah banyak. Sehingga pemilihan ISP yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan sangat dibutuhkan, terutama untuk pelaku usaha yang membutuhkan koneksi Internet untuk usaha yang dijalankannya dalam perkembangan teknologi saat ini maka dibuatlah penelitian sistem pakar untuk menentukan layanan tv kabel dan internet sesuai budget. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam memilih layanan tv dan kabel sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode forwad chaining, adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah hasil data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui link melalui google form berupa kuisoner yang nantinya akan diketahui hasilnya melalui hasil respon subjek yang telah merespon kuisoner yang ada pada link tersebut. Adapun Subjek yang telah merespon merupakan beberapa masyarakat yang berada di Kelurahan Sukomanunggal Kota Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil respon subjek yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan menentukan dalam memilih layanan tv dan kabel sesuai budget menggunakan website mampu membantu dan mengetahui keinginan subjek dalam menentukan layanan yang akan dipilih, Dan mempermudah subjek dalam menentukan layanan tv kabel dan internet yang di inginkan.

Abstract

Data mining is a process extracting data from the dataset. In this paper will try to apply data mining on data transaction in Kedai Kopi Teras Garden for sales strategy by creating recommendation item that suit to be sold by package system or the other words by to be sold simultaneously. This paper use association rule method with fp-growth algorithm to find customer purchase pattern on Kedai Kopi Teras Garden. The output of this paper will create some rules for recommendation item that can be sold as a package according to data that already collected and processed with association rule method. Data will be divided by 2, dry season data and rainy season data because there’s customer pattern change accordingly with the season.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet menyebabkan terbentuknya sebuah dunia baru yang lazim disebut dunia maya. Di dunia maya ini setiap individu memiliki hak dan kemampuan untuk berinteraksi dengan individu lain tanpa batasan apapun yang dapat menghalanginya. Seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia terkena dampak kehadiran internet, sektor bisnis merupakan sektor yang paling terkena dampak dari perkembangan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi serta paling cepat tumbuh. Dalam dunia e-commerce pelaku bisnis diwajibkan memiliki rekening di dalam virtual bank untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat transaksi pembayaran. Ruby on rails merupakan bahasa pemrograman dengan memiliki berbagai macam fitur didalam pengembangan aplikasi, khususnya library active merchant yang dapat menjawab tantangan seta kebutuhan dalam transaksi pembayaran di dalam dunia e-commerce.

Abstract

This study discusses the design and manufacture of a decision support system for pharmaceutical supply needs using the MMSL and Pareto Law methods. The development of this decision support system aims to assist the planning process for pharmaceutical supply needs including: drugs and consumables, as well as to reduce the cost of pharmaceutical supplies. Problem analysis is done by observing and conducting feasibility studies of ongoing information systems, and analyzing problem findings. The data used for the main support of this decision support system is dummy data. The decision support system is made using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database and will be implemented based on a web base. The results of this study produce a web-based decision support system that can support the management of pharmaceutical supplies and provide accurate and effective reports.

Abstract

Abstract : Rice production plays an important role in people's lives, where rice is a staple food that is useful so that the body can do various activities because it has an energy source. As an area included as a national rice barn, Blitar Regency has a target to increase rice production every year. Increasing the amount of rice production in Blitar must be increased to keep up with the growing population. In order to maintain and meet the needs of rice, the Blitar District government needs a method to classify rice production potential in Blitar District. The aim is to find out which areas in Blitar Regency have suboptimal rice production results. Thus the clustering technique that can be applied is the method with the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm. Using the Fuzzy C-Means method is expected to make it easier for the Blitar Regency government to classify agricultural products in Blitar Regency to find out which areas have high, medium and low rice production potential. The results of testing the Partition Coefficient validation value were 0.7695, thus the cluster quality was optimal. Keywords : Data Mining, Clustering, Fuzzy C-Means, Rice, Production, Partition Coefficient

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims at analyzing the factors influencing the ability to return capital of MSMEs in Indonesia (case study of grocery store in Surabaya). Design/methodology/approach: The sample in this study is 171 pioneering grocery stores of cooperative Crosstabulation analysis was implemented to seek the relationship between factors of store internal resources and indicators of quality cooperatives on the ability to pay MSMEs. After that, a system architechture was designed which is then formulated in fuzzy logic to create decision-making system using MYSQL database. To compare the decision result using fuzzy logic, the data obatained were analyzed using logistic regression. Findings: This study was found the results of manual calculations using logistic regression and calculation results using fuzzy logic-based information system application at www.simtokop.net, it is obtained the same recommendation on six stores that have output: “Growing” (eligible getting the revolving fund). Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of project-based collaborative and participatory learning on student achievement and recognition, especially at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Narotama (Unnar). Abstract

Computer Graphics is a part of computer science that deals with the creation and manipulation of (visual) images digitally. A simple form of computer graphics is 2D computer graphics which later evolved into 3D computer graphics, image-based (image processing), and pattern recognition (pattern recognition). Computer graphics are often also known as data visualization. Graphics include images and other imagery generated by the computer in the form of lines. OpenGL (Open Graphics Library) is an API standard that can be used to create graphics-based applications, both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D). OpenGL is cross-platform, meaning that it can be run on various operating system platforms that exist today. using OpenGL, we first need a conception of the interface in its implementation of object protection. One method that is commonly used is to create a window-based OpenGL. To be able to conceptualize windowing in OpenGL, we need a certain tool. What we are using this time is GLUT (OpenGL Utility Toolkit).

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of advertising promotion strategies and sales promotions through social media marketing on the sales volume of small and medium enterprises after the Covid 19 pandemic. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses quantitative research methods and includes explanatory research because this study intends to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing using partial least squares path modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The population is MSMEs that use promotional strategies to increase sales volume where the population size is not known with certainty, so for determining the sample using the Chocran formula and based on these calculations, in this study the number of samples used was 100 respondents. Findings: Based on the results of hypothesis testing using SEM-PLS, it is known that the effect of advertising on social media marketing has a significance of 0.04 which is smaller than 0.05. The test results of the influence of Advertising on Sales Volume show a significance scores of 0.19 which is greater than 0.05 and this is in accordance with the facts on the ground due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no advertising ability from MSMEs. The test results of the influence of sales promotion on social media marketing show a significance scores of 0.00 which is lower than 0.05. The test results of the influence of sales promotion on sales volume showed a significance scores of 0.00 lower than 0.05. The test results of the influence of social media marketing on sales volume show a significance scores of 0.00 which is lower than 0.05. The effect of X1 on Sales Volume (Z) through social media marketing (Y) is only 7.2%. This effect is small, positive and not significant, as well as the effect of Sales Promotion (X2) on Sales Volume (Z) through social media marketing (Y) of 13%, This effect is small, positive and insignificant. However, the total effect of X1 on Z is 0.202, which means that if X1 increases by one unit, Z can increase directly and indirectly through Y by 20.2%. This effect is Sales Volume (Z), which means that if X2 increases by one unit, Z can increase directly and indirectly through Y by 57.7%. To increase the sales volume of MSMEs after the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to increase the ability of MSMEs to advertise through social media marketing without paying by creating attractive and effective sales promotion strategies in the form of news through social media which can have an impact on increasing MSME sales volume.
