Abstract

Pengambilan suatu keputusan adalah bukan suatu perihal yang mudah dikarenakan setiap keputusan yang dibuat dan dilakukan oleh seseorang harus mempertimbangkan suatu resiko yang akan ditanggung. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan suatu sistem dimana yang memanfatkan penggunaan komputer dalam setiap proses pengambilan keputusan. Pencapaian dari tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan atau baru dicapai tergantung pada kemampuan sumber daya manusia (dosen) didalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Untuk dapat mengenali kemampuan dan potensi seorang dosen atas hasil kerjanya, maka sebuah perguruan tinggi harus memiliki sebuah sistem penilaian untuk mendukung keputusan dalam menentukan kinerja seorang dosen. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan metode yang memiliki nilai akurasi tinggi dengan membandingkan metode backpropagation dengan metode analytical hirarki Diagram (AHP) sehingga akan didapatkan metode yang akurasi tinggi dan cepat untuk menentukan kinerja dosen dalam pemanfataan pembelajaran daring. Untuk kriteria yang digunakan pada metode ini adalah kriteria absensi, performance, opportunity, dan integritas. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapat metode backpropagation memiliki akurasi yang tinggi dari pada metode analytical hirarki Diagram (AHP). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah pembobotan yang telah dilakukan oleh masing-masing kriteria dengan menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan backpropagation menghasilkan solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung keputusan untuk menentukan kinerja dosen. Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam memanfaatkan platform TikTok sebagai sarana pemasaran digital melalui strategi affiliate marketing. Inisiatif ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tren pertumbuhan ekonomi digital serta meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat promosi yang efektif, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di wilayah Peninggaran, Jakarta Selatan, dengan melibatkan pelaku UMKM dari berbagai sektor, seperti fesyen, kuliner, dan produk kerajinan. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup tahapan pelatihan intensif mengenai konsep affiliate marketing, praktik pembuatan akun TikTok Shop dan program afiliasi, pembuatan konten video promosi, serta pendampingan teknis dalam optimalisasi algoritma TikTok dan pemanfaatan creator affiliate. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menggunakan TikTok sebagai alat pemasaran. Sebanyak 80% peserta mampu mengaktifkan fitur afiliasi dan mengunggah konten promosi, sementara 65% peserta melaporkan peningkatan trafik toko online mereka, dan sebagian di antaranya mulai mendapatkan konversi penjualan dalam dua minggu pasca pelatihan. Selain itu, peserta mulai membentuk jejaring kolaborasi dengan content creator lokal untuk memperluas jangkauan promosi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan digital berbasis platform media sosial, yang tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi digital UMKM, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk bertransformasi secara adaptif dan inovatif di tengah persaingan pasar digital yang kian dinamis

Abstract

The quality of service in each organization is one indicator of the success of a business entity or organization. In meeting these indicators, information systems or information applications are a mainstay in a business strategy. In several departments or faculties at various universities, the business process that is often carried out is archive management. Archiving activities are very important because they involve official documents and are important for every institution. Increased technological innovation has empowered institutions to monitor archives in a digital way. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based archive application using sequential searching algorithms that can be used to record and store easily and safely, and be managering every archive for essier access. The system development methodology uses the waterfall method and the PHP and MySQL programming languages. This application can be used to record, store, display archives by category and can be used to display archives by category, preview archives, download archives and archive details in the Design Department of the Polytechnic Media Creative.

Abstract

Adequate English language competency is very necessary in today's modern era so as not to discuss difficulties in global communication and interaction. The average English language skills of students or generations aged 18-20 years in Indonesia show low results. To solve this problem, efforts are needed to increase English language competency through appropriate learning activities. The system development method for this application uses the waterfall method. The use of the forward channeling method in an expert system will help determine appropriate and effective ways of teaching and learning English to students. The aim of this research is to apply an expert system to obtain recommendations for effective English learning based on TOEFL ITP scores. Three aspects of TOEFL ITP, namely listening, reading and structure, will be used in the analysis process using forward chaining. The forward chaining method carries out processing starting from the data set and then performs inference according to the rules used until the optimal inference is found. The inference engine will continue to go through the process to arrive at the right decision result. The expert system application is designed to be website-based so that it makes it easier for users to use it at any time

Abstract

This article presents the results of a study that aimed to strengthen students' English language competency based on the results of their English proficiency tests using an expert system with a forward chaining method. The study employed a quasi-experimental design, with an experimental group receiving intervention using the expert system and a control group following traditional classroom instruction. The analysis of pre and post-test assessments revealed significant improvements in language skills for the experimental group compared to the control group. Additionally, the comparison of English proficiency test results showed higher mean scores for the experimental group, indicating a positive impact of the expert system intervention. The findings highlight the potential of the expert system with forward chaining in providing personalized and adaptive learning experiences, supporting language educators in addressing individual students' weaknesses, and enhancing overall language development. Further research with larger sample sizes and diverse participant groups is recommended to validate these findings and explore the scalability of this approach in language education.
