Abstract

AbstractThe development of information technology brings a change in society, the birth of the media itself makes people's behavior patterns experience a shift in both culture, ethics and existing norms. In fact, the internet has now become a necessary necessity for the majority in many circles, with the development of the media so that it has an impact, one of the impacts is that many teenagers are bullying others in verbal and non-verbal forms. The purpose of this study is to find out how related the media is so that it can trigger bullying behavior. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical correlation. And the results of this study are the relationship between social media and bullying behavior. If it is seen that the rxy obtained is 0.665, it turns out that it lies between 0.40 - 0.70 based on the guidelines contained in the table. So it can be stated that the correlation between the variables X and Y is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Keywords: Media, Bulliying, Verbal

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the increase in cases of bullying which has recently been rife, bullying that occurs is not only done directly, both verbally and non-verbally. It has even happened in cyberspace through hate speech conveyed through social media. The problems in this research are; 1) What are the efforts of the PAI teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Pare in overcoming the problem of bullying at school?, 2) what are the factors that support and hinder teachers' efforts to prevent bullying at school?, 3) What methods do teachers use to prevent bullying in schools? . SMA Negeri 2 Pare is one of the favorite schools located in Pare sub-district, Kediri district. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts to prevent bullying in schools. The research method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach, with key informants consisting of the principal, vice principal, teachers and students. The results of the study are: 1). By strengthening character education, 2). Increase the sense of Nationalism, 3). Increase the sense of religiosity, 4). Maintaining local culture as a student area in the character of students. Keywords: Effort, Teacher, Prevent Bullying

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara mengurangi Bullying melalui MPLS di Sekolah, dan mendapatkan model pelaksanaan program MPLS yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna. Judul penelitian ini adalah hubungan MPLS dalam mengurangi kasus Bullying di sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Seberapa besar pengaruh MPLS terhadap mengurangi terjadinya Bullying  di sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta ?, 2) Bagaimana mengurangi Bullying  melalui program MPLS untuk sekolah di wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian korelasi atau korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah : 1) Dari 10 (Sepuluh) sekolah yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dapat disampaikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara MPLS terhadap Bullying di sekolah, pengaruhnya sebesar 43 %. Pengaruh ini dikategorikan cukup berpengaruh. 2) Cara mengurangi Bullying disekolah melalui program MPLS untuk sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah dengan mengurangi keterlibatan peserta didik senior dalam pelaksanaan MPLS di sekolah. Karena keterlibatan peserta didik senior dalam pelaksanaan MPLS rentan terjadinya kekerasan baik itu Verbal ataupun Non Verbal

Abstract

The COVID-19 outbreak that hit Indonesia had an impact on various existing sectors, including the education sector. The government is required to rack the brain in the implementation of learning. At SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta, hybrid learning has been implemented (25% of students in class and 75% at home using the Microsoft Teams application) to overcome this problem. and also the teacher who teaches. The purpose of this research is to find out how effectively the hybrid learning model is applied to help students understand, and whether the hybrid learning model can be continued for learning. The data was taken at SMKN 50 DKI Jakarta. Researchers conducted data analysis using a quantitative approach with this type of research using, Paired sample t-Test is a two-sample paired difference test. From the data obtained, it shows that the results of calculations with SPSS state that, a significance level of 5%, testing the effectiveness of the hybrid learning model shows that the average value of the test results after using the Hybrid Learning method has increased higher than before using the Hybrid Learning method or experiencing significant increase

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe learning process at the high school level often decreases enthusiasm in the learning process in the classroom. This is due to lack of motivation from outside (extrinsic) and within students (intrinsic), as well as lack of appreciation given by teachers and schools. So that the learning process is less interesting for students, and students feel less appreciated for the results that have been achieved. The impact of this makes students less interested and less enthusiastic about teaching and learning activities. And the targeted results were not achieved. The purpose of this study is to find out how related the provision of rewards  so that it can affect learning motivation. The method used in this study is descriptive collerational analytic. And the result of this study is the effect of giving rewards  with learning motivation. If you look at the rxy obtained which is 0.439, it turns out to be located between 0.40 – 0.70 based on the guidelines contained in the table. So it can be stated that between  the correlation of variable X (Reward) and variable Y (Learning Motivation) is a correlation that is classified as moderate or sufficient. Keywords: Reward, Motivation, Ekstrinsik

Abstract

There is a learning process at SMK Negeri 71 Jakarta that has not used learning media that is easy to understand and apply, one of the learning media that is easy to apply is Microsoft power point. This study aims to calculate and analyze how much influence learning media has on students' motivation at SMK Negeri 71 Jakarta. This research method is a correlation method. The sample of this study were 35 students, namely all students of class XI RPL 2. The data collection used a non-probability sampling technique. The results of the data analysis in this study used the product moment correlation formula, namely that there was an influence of learning media on students' critical thinking skills of 0.834 or 83.4% with an interpretation of moderate. Then the results of the correlation value significance test show positive and significant results by comparing r_xy and r tables of 5% and 1%. Based on this comparison, the results of the 5% and 1% r tables are 0.344 and 0.442. then r_xy ≥ r table 5% and 1% which means the null hypothesis or Ho is rejected and the alternative hypothesis or Ha is accepted and the results indicate that there is an influence of learning media on students' critical thinking skills

Abstract

This research is motivated by one of the factors for the growth of learning motivation that can encourage from outside and from within a person to be able to do a good action, namely less than optimal parental attention. Supervision and direction from parents will affect children in following lessons at school. This research aims: to measure how much influence parental attention has on learning motivation at MI Al-Hidayah UKA. The method used is a type of Quantitative Research with a Descriptive Correlational Analytic method. Sampling technique using Simple random sampling, with a total of 57 students. The results showed that when viewed in terms of coefficient tests Product Moment produce " " or " " is 0.505, while "rt" at a significant level of 5% = 0.254 and a significant level of 1% = 0.330. Thus it can be accepted and approved, while the Null Hypothesis (Ho) is rejected or disapproved. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence on parents' attention to learning motivation.

Abstract

The circumstances in the educational setting are what spurred this investigation where there is still minimal use of online-based learning media, as well as teaching staff who have not yet mastered the use of this media. This causes learning in class to become less interactive and boring, thereby reducing students' learning motivation. To address this issue, the suggested remedy is the use of online-based learning media, one of which is Google Form media. The goal of this study is to assess and collect trustworthy data about how online learning resources affect the motivation of SMK Negeri 7 Jakarta's class X Graphic Engineering students to learn. A sample of 43 respondents was selected using a straightforward random sampling methodology from a population of 287 students for this quantitative study. Forms of documentation, questionnaires, and observation were used to gather data. The method of data analysis makes use of product moment correlation. The product moment correlation coefficient, or "rxy" or "ro", according to the study's findings, is 0.530%, meaning that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected. This indicates that SMK Negeri 7 Jakarta students' motivation to learn is significantly impacted by the utilization of online learning resources.
