This research is to find out the development of headmaster in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 15 Jakarta. The research method used is the case study method. Sampling technique using Moeleong's opinion is that in qualitative research no random sampling is examples of equipment. The completion technique is used Observation, interview and documentation. This research produces nine points, namely: 1) socialization program by the principal goes well. 2) The principal has a teaching schedule. 3) The organizational structure is clear. 4) School heads make short-term, long and long term Madrasah Principals programs. 5) Supervision of the principal that has been implemented. 6) Good communication system and excellent teacher board performance. 7) The role of principal as an innovator and motivator run. 8) What the Principal should do is to be active in his or her group organization. 9) Development of quality through the intensive and active assistance of the school package supervisor.

Pondok pesantren memiliki fungsi sebagai lembaga pendidikan dan dakwah serta lembaga kemasyarakatan yang telah memberikan warna daerah pedesaan. Terdapat beberapa tantangan yang tengah dihadapi oleh sebagian besar pesantren dalam melakukan pengembangannya, salah satunya yaitu Image pesantren sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang tradisional, tidak modern, informal, dan bahkan teropinikan sebagai lembaga yang melahirkan terorisme, telah mempengaruhi pola pikir masyarakat untuk meninggalkan dunia pesantren. Hal tersebut merupakan sebuah tantangan yang harus dijawab segera mungkin oleh dunia pesantren dewasa ini. Melalui pengabdian masyarakat yang Fakultas Agama Islam, mencoba menyampaikan bagaimana mengimplementasikan literasi dalam pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 revisi.

The author's background in choosing this title is related to the facts in the field which show that there are still schools that have not been able to implement management standards maximally so that it has a negative impact on the quality and quality of these educational institutions. The purpose of this study is to analyze and further examine the quality of the institutions associated with management standards in a formal education institution, namely MTsN 16, East Jakarta. The data analysis method used in this study was conducted by interview and observation methods, because this study was included in qualitative research. The results of this study are MTsN 16 East Jakarta is one of the quality schools based on good management standards, because of the efforts made by the school, school principals and teachers to be able to manage the school system in various fields with good governance and cooperation. good.

AbstractThe development of information technology brings a change in society, the birth of the media itself makes people's behavior patterns experience a shift in both culture, ethics and existing norms. In fact, the internet has now become a necessary necessity for the majority in many circles, with the development of the media so that it has an impact, one of the impacts is that many teenagers are bullying others in verbal and non-verbal forms. The purpose of this study is to find out how related the media is so that it can trigger bullying behavior. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical correlation. And the results of this study are the relationship between social media and bullying behavior. If it is seen that the rxy obtained is 0.665, it turns out that it lies between 0.40 - 0.70 based on the guidelines contained in the table. So it can be stated that the correlation between the variables X and Y is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Keywords: Media, Bulliying, Verbal

AbstractThis research is motivated by the increase in cases of bullying which has recently been rife, bullying that occurs is not only done directly, both verbally and non-verbally. It has even happened in cyberspace through hate speech conveyed through social media. The problems in this research are; 1) What are the efforts of the PAI teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Pare in overcoming the problem of bullying at school?, 2) what are the factors that support and hinder teachers' efforts to prevent bullying at school?, 3) What methods do teachers use to prevent bullying in schools? . SMA Negeri 2 Pare is one of the favorite schools located in Pare sub-district, Kediri district. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's efforts to prevent bullying in schools. The research method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach, with key informants consisting of the principal, vice principal, teachers and students. The results of the study are: 1). By strengthening character education, 2). Increase the sense of Nationalism, 3). Increase the sense of religiosity, 4). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara mengurangi Bullying melalui MPLS di Sekolah, dan mendapatkan model pelaksanaan program MPLS yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna. Judul penelitian ini adalah hubungan MPLS dalam mengurangi kasus Bullying di sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Seberapa besar pengaruh MPLS terhadap mengurangi terjadinya Bullying di sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta ?, 2) Bagaimana mengurangi Bullying melalui program MPLS untuk sekolah di wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta? Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian korelasi atau korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah : 1) Dari 10 (Sepuluh) sekolah yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini dapat disampaikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara MPLS terhadap Bullying di sekolah, pengaruhnya sebesar 43 %. Pengaruh ini dikategorikan cukup berpengaruh. 2) Cara mengurangi Bullying disekolah melalui program MPLS untuk sekolah wilayah Jakarta Timur Provinsi DKI Jakarta adalah dengan mengurangi keterlibatan peserta didik senior dalam pelaksanaan MPLS di sekolah. Karena keterlibatan peserta didik senior dalam pelaksanaan MPLS rentan terjadinya kekerasan baik itu Verbal ataupun Non Verbal

The existence of a smoking prohibition policy in the campus environment is the best effort in maintaining a good and conducive learning environment. The purpose of this study was to find out the response and a model for the prohibition of smoking. The research location at the Islamic University of Jakarta (UID), using the research method used by Research and Development (RnD). This development research will involve 18 respondents consisting of 6 lecturers/staff and 12 students with random respondents. The findings showed that 1) The response to the establishment of a smoking prohibition policy in the UID environment was still low. Does not reach more than more than 70% of the respondent’ answers. The model for a smoking prohibition policy that can be taken by university leaders is to hold various activities that support the go green program. As; stop smoking campaign, hold seminars or workshops, and add symbols that prohibit smoking in a campus environment.

AbstrakKegiatan ini hendak memberikan tambahan pengetahuan melalui penyuluhan edukatif untuk dapat meminimalisir permasalahan terkait dengan kekerasan (Bullying) yang ada pada mitra, baik kekerasan verbal maupun kekerasan non verbal dalam rangka mendukung upaya pemberantasan kekerasan (Bullying) yang kerap terjad pada anak didik ditingkat SMA dan sederajat. Penyuluhan ini akan melibatkan lembaga pendidikan, baik lembaga pendidikan formal maupun lembaga pendidikan non formal. Penyuluhan ini diberikan agar nantinya mitra dapat mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan yang dapat memicu perbuatan dan tindakan kekerasan (bullying), Selain itu mitra diberikan juga pendampingan agar dapat melaporkan kejadian kekerasan yang dialami. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi yang disampaikan oleh narasumber dari dosen yang didampingi mahasiwa dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab.Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan Edukatif, Bullying, Lembaga Pendidikan AbstractThis activity aims to provide additional knowledge through educational counseling to be able to minimize problems related to violence (Bullying) that exist in partners, both verbal and non-verbal violence in order to support efforts to eradicate violence (Bullying) which often occurs in students at the high school level and its equivalent. . This counseling will involve educational institutions, both formal educational institutions and non-formal educational institutions. This counseling is given so that later partners can anticipate all possibilities that can trigger acts and acts of violence (bullying). In addition, partners are also given assistance in order to report incidents of violence experienced. The implementation method is by providing counseling and socialization delivered by resource persons from lecturers who are accompanied by students and followed by a question and answer session.Keywords: Educational Counseling, Bullying, Educational Institutions
