Abstract

Regarding water resources management, the research carried out in order to study various factors affected water deficit that occurred in East Lombok. The research method was quantitative approach namely factor analysis. Data sources were primary and secondary data. For data collecting used interview and FGD. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO’s test), Bartlett’s test, anti image Correlation, Eigenvalue, Force Field Analysis were tools employed to analyze the data. The research results were two factors that affected water deficit namely forest destruction and institution. Forest conservation at the up stream area was a strategy to overcome the forest destruction, and strengthening capacity of the P3A and creating the Multistakeholder was a strategy to overcome the institution factor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi diantara faktor-faktor yaitu Program Studi, Lokasi Kampus, Biaya Kuliah, Status Akreditasi, Popularitas Dosen, Promosi, Fasilitas, dan Alumni manakah  yang mempengaruhi  keputusan  peminat  untuk  memilih  Universitas  Teknologi Mataram.  Penelitian  ini  dilakukan selama bulan April sampai Agustus pada masa pendaftaran mahasiswa baru angkatan 2020/2021 di Universitas  Teknologi Mataram. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal yang berarti bahwa variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen/kuesioner terhadap kepada  100  responden  dengan  menggunakan  metode Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan program Statistical Product and Solution (SPSS) for Windows.Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan  bahwa  1) variabel Program Sudi, biaya, promosi, lokasi, fasilitas, akreditasi, popularitas dosen, dan alumni memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen memilih kuliah di UTM, 2) Kelengkapan Program Sudi yang ada di UTM memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memilih kuliah di UTM, diikuti oleh faktor  Biaya, Lokasi kampus, Promosi, Status Akreditasi, Fasilitas, dan Popularitas Dosen dan 3) Faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi konsumen kuliah di UTM adalah faktor Kelengkapan Program Sudi dan Biaya kuliah yang relatif lebih murah dibandingkan dengan kampus yang lain. Kata Kunci : Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Konsumen

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Motivasi, Karakteristik pekerjaan, Karakteristik individu, Kondisi kerja dan Sumber daya baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui mana  diantara  faktor tersebut yang mempunyai pengaruh paling  dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Kompter (STMIK) Mataram.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal yang berarti bahwa variabel dependen dipengaruhi oleh variabel independen, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen/kuesioner terhadap seluruh karyawan dan dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Komputer (STMIK) Mataram sebanyak 80 karyawan. Teknik Analisia yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda serta pengujian hipotesis menggunakan program Statistical Product and Solution (SPSS) for Windows.Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan analis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan faktor Motivasi, Karakteristik pekerjaan, Karakteristik individu, Kondisi kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Kompter (STMIK) Mataram, terbukti dari uji F yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (3,182 > 2,23), dan nilai R2 = 0,721. Sementara secara parsail, signifikansi pengaruh masing – masing variabel ditunjukkan oleh uji T. Hasil uji T menunjukkan variabel karyawan dan dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Kompter (STMIK) Mataram berpengaruh secara signifikan. Dengan demikian berdasarkan uji pengaruh parsial maupun simultan dari penelitian tersebut sudah terjawab.Hasil uji pengaruh parsial masing – masing variabel bebas juga menunjukkan variabel motivasi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dosen pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Kompter (STMIK) Mataram. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh nilai t hitung untuk  variabel motivasi paling besar diantara variable yang lain yaitu sebesar 2,865. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Karakteristik pekerjaan, Karakteristik individu, Kondisi kerja dan Kinerja

Abstract

This study examined the influence of teacher characteristics, education policies, and school quality on school effectiveness and high school student performance in Sukabumi. This study used a survey design and collected data from 300 teachers in 30 high schools in Sukabumi. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS. The results showed that teacher characteristics, education policies, and school quality had a significant positive impact on school effectiveness and high school student achievement. The study concludes that policies aimed at improving the quality of education, such as improving access to educational resources and providing teacher training programs, have a positive impact on school effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, work motivation and work environment on the performance of PT Enviromate Technology International employees in the Lombok CNG Plant Development project. This type of research is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. This study used a sample of 30 respondents. Sampling used a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled. The test tool used is a questionnaire. From the results of this test, it can be concluded that work ability has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant t value of 0,033. Work motivation  also  has  a  significant  effect  on  employee  performance  with  a significant t value of 0,000. The work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant t value of 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student decisions in choosing lectures at the Mataram University of Technology (UTM). This research was conducted during September to March, namely on first semester students of the odd semester class of 2021/2022 at the Mataram University of Technology. This study is a causal associative research which means that the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, data collection is carried out using an instrument/questionnaire for 36 new students using the sampling method using Non-Probability Sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the Statistical Product and Solution (SPSS) for Windows program.The results also show that 1) Study Program variables, Accreditation Status, Tuition Fees, Promotion, Lecturer Quality, Campus Facilities, Campus Locations, Lecturer Quantity, Physical Evidence, Alumni, Image, Family and Reference Groups have a significant influence as factors that influence consumers choose to study at UTM, 2) Study Program Variable Factors have the most dominant influence on students choosing to study at UTM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of contract workers at Mutiara Sukma Hospital, Prov. NTB. This research was conducted at Mutiara Sukma Hospital with a total of 68 respondents. To determine the contribution of motivational factors, environment, work discipline to the performance of contract workers, the determinant formula (R2) is used. After analyzing the questionnaire, the regression equation Y = 2.079 + 0.308X1 + 0.103 X2 + 0.632X3 is obtained. Furthermore, the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) of 0.742 is obtained, which means that the variables of motivation, environment and work discipline affect employee performance by 74.2% and the remaining 25.8% is influenced by other factors. To test the hypothesis in this study, the F test was used with a value F count = 61.322, and Ftable = 3.138 then Ha is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence between the variables of work motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of contract workers at Mutiara Sukma Hospital. T test at a significant level of 95% and α = 0.05 obtained a T table value of 1.998, and T count for X1 = 3.211, X2 = 1.305, and X3 = 5.385. So the variables X1, X3 have a positive and significant partial effect on performance with T count > T table. Meanwhile, variable X2 and has a negative effect and does not fully have a significant effect on employee performance Tcount < Ttable.

Abstract

Tujuan program PkM ini adalah untuk memberdayakan pengerajin ketak khas Lombok di Desa Karang Bayan melalui ekonomi kreatif. Mitra kegiatan adalah pengerajin anyaman ketak khas Lombok Nusa Indah. Metode pendekatan partisipatif dan difusi ilmu pengetahuan melalui tahapan sebagai berikut, 1) perencanaan, 3) tindakan, 4) pendampingan, dan 5) evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok mitra dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen keuangan, manajemen produksi, manajemen  pemasaran, perencanaan bisnis (business plan) dan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok mitra dalam motivasi bisnis. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masih perlu dilakukan melalui kegiatan pendampingan berkelanjutan agar mitra dapat mandiri dan profesional.

Abstract

The Beginner Community Empowerment Program (PMP) aims to increase the knowledge and skills of craftsmen groups, with a focus on the "Bilalbeleke-art Group," which consists of eight members who are experts in making woven bags from typical Lombok rattan. This group of partners often faces a number of problems in running their business, especially related to organizational management, finance and marketing. In addition, they face challenges in production, including design and production equipment, as well as business and marketing planning, especially in the use of information technology. Therefore, implementing this activity is very important to overcome the problems faced by these partners. Thus, the main aim of this program is to solve the problems faced by partner groups and simultaneously empower them through the development of the creative economy.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan kelompok usaha industri manufaktur logam "UD. Yariz" di Desa Paokmotong, Lombok Timur bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kapasitas mitra dalam manajemen usaha. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan berbasis pendekatan partisipatif dan metode difusi ilmu pengetahuan. Tiga aspek utama yang dilatih meliputi manajemen produksi, manajemen keuangan, dan pemasaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dua kali dalam satu bulan untuk menilai efektivitas pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra. Pada aspek produksi, pemahaman mitra meningkat sebesar 20% dalam hal rencana produksi, penjadwalan, pengendalian mutu, dan diversifikasi produk. Dalam manajemen keuangan, mitra mampu membuat laporan keuangan sederhana. Sementara itu, pada pemasaran, mitra berhasil mengembangkan media promosi digital dan memperluas jaringan usaha. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas usaha mitra secara menyeluruh. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk melanjutkan pendampingan dalam teknologi pemasaran digital dan inovasi produk. Improving the Productivity of Metal Manufacturing Industry Enterprises Through the Digitalization of Business Management  The empowerment program for the metal manufacturing industry group "UD. Yariz" in Paokmotong Village, Lombok Timur, aims to enhance the productivity and capacity of its partners in business management. The program utilized a participatory approach and knowledge diffusion methods, focusing on training in three key areas: production management, financial management, and technology-based marketing. Evaluations were conducted twice a month to assess the training's effectiveness. The results indicated significant improvements in partners' understanding and skills. In production management, participants showed a 20% increase in comprehension regarding production planning, scheduling, quality control, and product diversification. In financial management, partners gained the ability to create basic financial reports. Additionally, in marketing, they successfully developed digital promotional media and expanded their business networks. In conclusion, the program effectively enhanced the overall business capacities of the participants. It is recommended to continue supporting digital marketing technologies and product innovation to sustain these outcomes
