Abstract

The study below examines the development of students' critical and creative thinking abilities through the use of article reviews and the Problem Based Learning instructional approach. This study is qualitative and was conducted utilizing library research, specifically library research that used data grouping methods. It was then completed by examining and studying numerous pertinent research publications and papers. utilizing analytical methods for gathering, combining, and recognizing secondary data from numerous pertinent investigations. The adoption of the Problem Based Learning learning paradigm itself can boost students' capacity for creative thought, according to the study's findings. The findings of research done using library resources revealed that students' capacities for creative thought had improved, with outcomes moving into the medium category. In this study, four factors—fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration—were also linked to an improvement in students' capacity for creative thought. It follows that the application of the learning paradigm that Problem Based Learning is capable of improving students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This study seeks to determine the impact of implementing good management as a whole, overall performance measurement structure, reward system, and decentralization on managerial performance in several private schools in Jakarta and Tangerang. Likert scale is used to collect important facts for this study. As the study sample, five schools have been selected. The method used in this research technique is a quantitative method. This study involved 60 respondents. Validity testing was carried out with Pearson correlation, reliability testing with Cronbach's alpha, and hypothesis testing with multiple regression analysis techniques. The consequence of this observation reveals that management performance is generally good, with an importance value of 0.000, some of which have effects that can be applied to managerial performance. These results are based on statistical tests with a significance level of 5%. Good management as a whole, overall performance measurement tools, reward tools, and decentralization all have a significant effect on managerial performance with a significance cost of 0.00, while performance dimension tools, reward machines, and decentralization have no significance value with values of 0.055, 0.500, and 0.071.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan langsung antara evaluasi kemampuan manajerial guru dan kinerja mereka sebagai guru. Memeriksa bagaimana guru merasakan pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mereka. Melalui supervisi kepala sekolah, mengkaji dampak tidak langsung evaluasi kompetensi manajerial guru terhadap kinerja guru. Dan menyelidiki bagaimana kemampuan administrasi kepala sekolah mempengaruhi persepsi guru tentang supervisi terhadap kinerja guru. Studi analisis jalur dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kompetensi manajerial berdampak langsung terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 44%, persepsi guru terhadap supervisi kepala sekolah berdampak langsung sebesar 22%, persepsi guru terhadap kompetensi manajerial berdampak tidak langsung sebesar 0,091 terhadap kinerja guru melalui supervisi kepala sekolah, dan persepsi guru terhadap supervisi memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung sebesar 0,091 terhadap kinerja guru melalui pandangan guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan pengawasan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 84,3% secara bersamaan.

Abstract

Management Information System is a system designed to provide information to support decision-making on management activities (planning, implementing, organising and controlling) within an organisation. Understanding management information systems based on information technology, including understanding the concept of information systems, information use, and the value of information. System boundaries have been determined by encouraging the quality of the system's work. The work process in each system produces a continuous result (output) and an evaluation system through feedback treatment. The sense is that if the output contains information contrary to the organisation's achievements, it will become input in the system. If the system has received the results of the feedback, the system will make the necessary revisions and adjustments so that the output is consistent with its original purpose. Then with the rapid advancement of technology, The ability of an educator must be able to tame technology so that they can become slaves or tools, not enslaved by technology. This research aims to identify Islamic education management information systems and their concepts and implementation processes in Islamic educational institutions. The research results are: Implementation of existing information systems in schools, and  the community feels the output of the implementation of the information system. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews with related educational institutions.

Abstract

The type of research used in this research is field case study research using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings from this study are that, first, management innovations carried out by school principals are in the areas of curriculum management, infrastructure management, and staffing management. Second, the leadership innovations carried out by the principal seem to be reflected in the principal as an innovative leader, with the dominant character being a friendly, democratic, intelligent principal who is good at seeing opportunities and building relationships. Third, innovation is carried out by school principals through three stages, namely initiating innovation programs, compiling innovation programs, and implementing innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe learning mathematics from the teacher's point of view and the experience of learning mathematics based on self-confidence. The results of research related to distance mathematics learning with reference to 4 aspects (learning strategies, pedagogic models, learning technology, and assessment) found that the learning strategy carried out by the teacher is to make students active by conducting questions and answers during video conferences, giving rewards and punishments, and delivering material assisted by electronic media such as PowerPoint, YouTube, and learning videos. The pedagogic model used is still providing problem-solving questions that are also integrated with group learning and the use of other learning resources. The assessment is carried out by considering the activity and intelligence of students, assisted by the Google Forms application. In addition, it was also found that student self-confidence had an impact on most of the indicators of the experience of learning mathematics at a distance, and vice versa.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kajian ini ialah untuk mempelajari serta menggambarkan (1) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan intelektual (IQ) di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X, (2) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan emosional (EQ) di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X, serta (3) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan spiritual (SQ) di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X. Subjek pada kajian ini ialah 50 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner serta wawancara, serta dianalisa dengan pendekatan eksplanatori memakai metode deskriptif. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan jika (1) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan intelektual di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X tergolong "baik", (2) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan emosional di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X juga tergolong "baik", serta (3) upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kecerdasan spiritual di SMP di seluruh Kecamatan X juga tergolong "baik".

Abstract

Ketidaksesuaian antara kondisi ideal yang seharusnya dialami guru dan apa yang sesungguhnya berlangsung di dalam kelas adalah sesuatu yang perlu dikaji karena hanya dengan memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pengaruh pemberdayaan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga teknisi di Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dengan pendekatan kausalitas dengan teknik analisis jalur (fath analysis). Respondens adalah staf yang dipilih secara acak sebanyak 70 respondens. Penelitian ini menunjukkan temuan sebagai berikut: (1) Kinerja guru secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh kebebasan, (2) Motivasi kerja secara langsung meningkatkan efektivitas mengajar, (3) Pemberdayaan memiliki efek positif langsung terhadap motivasi kerja. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Oleh karena itu pemberdayaan dan motivasi kerja harus menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengelola kinerja guru di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Abstract

Pembentukan karakter sangat dekat kaitannya dengan pendidikan agama islam yang dapat mengembangkan nilai-nilai akhlak bagi anak didik. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan pengajaran agama Islam dalam upaya membentuk karakter peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti berupa observasi dan wawancara. Untuk melaksanakan analisis data kualitatif ini maka perlu ditekankan beberapa tahapan dan langkah-langkah yaitu reduksi kata dan penyajian data serta verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan strategi yang diterapkan guru PAI dalam menanamkan dan membentuk karakter yang baik bagi siswa tidak di jam pembelajaran tetapi di luar jam pembelajaran bisa ditambahkan, meningkatkan materi pembelajaran tentang akhlak dan sopan santun, memberikan motivasi dan perhatian kepada siswa, metode pembiasaan dan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler: kegiatan ektrakurikuler meliputi: meliputi Tahfidzul Quran (menghafal Quran) dan khitabah. Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peranan penting dan strategis dalam upaya pembentukan karakter bangsa melalui pendidikan untuk mencapai cita-cita tujuan pendidikan nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and parenting style on adversity intelligence. The population in this study were teenagers who attended junior and senior high schools in Jakarta. Testing the validity of the construct and statistical analysis of Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) obtained a fit model of the influence of emotional intelligence, parenting, and demographic variables on the role-influence of adversity-fit intelligence with empirical data. The results of the study show that the emotional intelligence variable evaluates other people's emotions; parenting style is not involved; and the demographic variables of gender and education level have a significant effect on adversity intelligence. Evaluation of other people's emotions has a negative direction towards adversity intelligence. That is, a high evaluation of other people's emotions has an impact on a low adversity quotient.
