Abstract

This research entitled the "SWOT Analysis As Determinants of Corporate Competitive Strategy (Studies in Carissa Salon in Mataram City)". This research aims to determine the position of Carissa Salon business based on SWOT analysis as well as to determine the right competitive strategy undertaken by Carissa Salon. This research is descriptive research. Methods of data collection in this research using a sample survey with a sampling technique using Snowball Sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research is by interview and documentation. While the data collection tool is questionnaires. Based on the results of SWOT analysis is performed using tables EFAS and IFAS known that the company is in a Weakness-Opportunities (WO) position, this can be seen from the total scores for weakness by 1.72 greater than the total score of the power of 1.56 on the IFAS table, and based of EFAS table shows that the total score for opportunities by 1.64 greater than the total threat score of 1.08. As for the right competitive strategy undertaken by Carissa Salon based of SWOT analysis is a strategy to improve itself which is a strategy to minimize the weaknesses by making use of existing opportunities

Abstract

The objectives of this research are a). to determine the effect of various factors, including socio-demographic (socio demographic), the attitude of the individual (personal attitude) and contextual (contextual), either partially (individually) or simultaneously (together) against the motivation of student entrepreneurship at STIE AMM Mataram , b). to know of socio-demographic factors (socio demographic), the attitude of the individual (personal attitude) and contextual (contextual) the dominant influence on the student entrepreneurial motivation STIE AMM Mataram. This study was designed with descriptive research aimed to describe some of the factors that influence the motivation of students want to become entrepreneurs and to use the analysis of multiple regression, T test and F test will be known which of the factors of sociodemographic (socio demographic), the attitude of the individual (personal attitude) and contextual (contextual), which have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously, and the dominant influence on the motivation of the students want to become entrepreneurs. The survey results revealed that together socio demographic (socio demographic), the attitude of the individual (personal attitude) and contextual (contextual), significantly affect the motivation Entrepreneurial Students STIE AMM Mataram as evidenced by the results of the F count> F table (8517 > 3:34), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence between independent variable (Social Factors Demographics, Attitudes and Factors Contextual Factors) together on the dependent variable (Student Entrepreneurial Motivation) at STIE AMM Mataram. Based on the results of partial test (t test) can be explained that a significant difference between Social Factors Demographics (X1) to Motivation Entrepreneurial Students at STIE AMM Mataram, this is evidenced by the value t count> t table (4,051> 2,048), the Ha accepted and H0 rejected, meaning that partially positive and significant impact terhadapa Student Entrepreneurial Motivation STIE AMM Mataram, which is reinforced by the significant level of 0.000 <0.05. But for the attitude factor (X2). Based tcount <ttable (0.810 <2.048), the Ha rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that partially no significant difference between the attitude of factors (X2) to the Student Entrepreneurial Motivation at STIE AMM Mataram. It is on show as well with significance level is 0423> 0.05. Similarly to the Contextual Factors (X3) based tcount<ttable (0581 <2048) then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that partially no significant difference between the Contextual Factors (X3) against Motivation Entrepreneurial Students at STIE AMM Mataram. It is on show as well with significance level is 0565>0.05

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Accountability of village fund Management to improvedevelopment in Sajang Village, Sembalun District, which consists of five stages, namelyPlanning, Implementation, administration, reporting and accaountability.This type of research isa case study using a descriptive analysis approach. In this study, the techniques of datacollection use are interviews, questionnaires and documentatation. The data analysis techniqueuse in this study is a quanlitative descriptive analysis technique.The results of this study indicatethat the planning, implementation, reporting, administration and accountability system ofaccountability has applied the principle of accountability. Thia is evidenced from the results ofinterviews with documentation and questionnaires.

Abstract

This study is aimed to examine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms, such as, independent board of. commissioner composition, board of commisioner size, audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership toward profit management. This research used 5 of food company and Baverages that was listed in Indonesia stock Exchange since 2014-2018. The sample of this research are selected by purposive sampling method. Analysis method of this research used multiple regression. Earnings management measured by using discretionary accrual. The result of this study showed that the result of regression as follow: = 7,365 + 0,631 XI + 0,553 X2 + 0,583 X3 + 0,674 X4 + 0,768 X5 + e. However the result of variable: (1) Composition of independent commissioner council has the effect of significant at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t table that was 4,291 > 2,085. (2) Standard of commissioner council has the effect of significant at profit management, it was proved by the result of t value is higher than t table that was 3,148 > 2,085. (3) the committee of audit has the effect of significant at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t value 3,569 > 2.085. (4) The ownership of constitutional has the effect of significant at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t table that was 4,422 > 2,085. (5) The ownership of managerial at profit management. It was proved by t value is higher than t table 5,618 > 2,085. (6) Composition of independent commissioner council, standard of commissioner council, the committee of audit, the ownership of constitutional, the ownership of managerial have the effect of significant at profit management. The result of calculation showed that f value that is 22,861, while f table 2,74 (22,861 > 2,74). It means that f value is higher than f table. The result of calculation of Composition of independent commissioner council, standard of commissioner council, the committee of audit, the ownership of constitutional, and the ownership of managerial showed that the value coofesien was 0,730 (73%) and the balance 0,270 (27%) it is described by other variable was not include in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh transaksi non tunai terhadap jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia dengan inflasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series yang meliputi data nominal transaksi non tunai, data jumlah uang beredar, dan data inflasi di Indonesia secara bulanan dan periode tahun 2018 sampai dengan oktober 2020 sehingga menghasilkan populasi penelitian sebanyak 34 bulan. Variabel independent (X) meliputi APMK kredit (X1), APMK debit (X2), dan E-money (X3). Variabel dependent (Y) adalah Jumlah Uang Beredar. Sedangkan variabel moderasinya adalah Inflasi (Z). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan untuk uji interaksi moderasi menggunakan uji Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi APMK kredit, APMK debit, dan E-money berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M2) di Indonesia. Sedangkan inflasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah uang beredar, artinya ketika inflasi meningkat maka jumlah uang beredar akan naik namun pengaruh antara keduanya tidak dapat secara langsung atau terlihat nyata

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance and work environment on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency, as well as the influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Lombok Regency Industry and Trade Office. West. Respondents in this study were 52 people. The type of research used is associative research, the sampling technique uses saturated sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through the SPSS program, with technical multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) competence had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of West Lombok Regency with a value of t-count > t-table, namely (3,024 > 1,677) and significance value (0,004 < 0,05), (2) work discipline had an effect on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade in West Lombok Regency with a t-count value > t-table, namely (2,040 > 1.677) and significance value (0,047 < 0,05), (3) The work environment affects the performance of employees at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency with a t-count value > t-table, namely (2,647 > 1,677) and significance value (0,011 < 0,05). (4) Competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of West Lombok Regency with an F-count > F-table (13.131 > 2.565) and significance value (0,000 < 0,05). Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that competence, work discipline and work environment have an influence on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Office of West Lombok Regency. Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat, serta pengaruh kompetensi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabuapaten Lombok Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan pengukuran skala likert. Data diproses melalui program spss, dengan teknis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (3,024 > 1,677) dan nilai signifikansi (0,004 < 0,05), (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (2,040 > 1,677) dan nilai signifikansi (0,047 < 0,05), (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Lombok Barat dengan nilai t-hitung > t-tabel yaitu (2,647 > 1,677) dan nilai signifikansi (0,011 < 0,05). Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang perencanaan bisnis dan pengelolaan usaha Ikan Nila, pengembangan produk baru Ikan Nila, meningkatkan kemampuan mitra tentang promosi pemasaran usaha dan membantu proses kerjasama dengan pihak lain melalui media. Pengabdian dilakukan pada Kelompok Usaha Ikan Nila di Desa Buwun Sejati Kecamatan Narmada Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Permasalahan kelompok adalah pengembangan usaha Ikan Nila belum memiliki perencanaan yang jelas sehingga sasaran maupun target usaha Ikan Nila yang ingin dicapai tidak jelas, belum ada pengembangan produk baru dari Ikan Nila, belum ada promosi pemasaran usaha dan belum mengembangkan akses untuk melakukan kerjasama atau dalam bentuk kerjasama dengan pihak lain. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan cara penyuluhan dan pendampingan kelompok usaha. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah kelompok memahami tentang manajemen usaha, pemasaran dan pengelolan keuangan dengan baik. Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan pengembangan pada Kelompok Ikan Nila dan diharapkan melalui pemberdayaan ini kelompok lebih meningkatkan kemampuan dalam manajemen kelompok dan dalam pengembangan produk Ikan Nila sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan kelompok

Abstract

Pemahaman pajak adalah faktor yang melatarbelakangi tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam memenuhi kewajiban perpajakandiantaranya pengetahuan wajib pajak mengenai peraturan perpajakan digunakan oleh wajib pajak sebagai dasar untuk bertindak, mengambil keputusan dan untuk menempuh arah atau strategi tertentu sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajibannya di bidang perpajakan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan agar UMKM memahami kewajiban perpajakannya yaitu memperhitungkan, menyetor dan pelaporan pajak. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan mekanisme sosilisasi pada bulan September 2022. Agenda awal kegiatan ini adalah melakukan koordinasi oleh panitia kegiatan melalui grup WhatsApp dengan penyebaran undangan dengan maksud agar kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan ini dapat dihadiri oleh pelaku usahaUMKM binaan pemerintah Desa Menggala. Output kegiatan ini menjadikan pelaku UMKM sadar mengenai kewajiban pajak atas usaha yang dijalankan, paham dalam mekanisme pajak serta menghitung, menyetor dan melaporkan pajaknya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial dan simultan dan mengetahui pengaruh secara dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang pernah melakukan percetakan pada Marzu  Shoop Lombok Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan aksidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 responden. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga variabel independen, yaitu kualitas pelayanan (X1), kualitas produk (X2), dan harga (X3) serta variabel dependennya yaitu keputusan pembelian (Y). Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 70 kuesioner pada responden Marzu Shoop Lombok Timur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan dengan nilai ????ℎi????????????g < ???????????????????????? yaitu 0,405 < 1,995 dengan nilai signifikan 0,686 > 0,05 tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel kualitas produk memiliki nilai ????ℎi????????????g > ???????????????????????? yaitu 5,728 > 1,995 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 menunjukkan variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel harga memiliki nilai ????ℎi????????????g > ???????????????????????? yaitu 2,751> 1,995 dengan nilai signifikan 0,008 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan variabel harga berpengaruh sinifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan, diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Melalui penghujian tersebut diperoleh nilai ????ℎi????????????g > ????????????????????????, yaitu 20,760 > 2,74 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga) mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen (keputusan pembelian) sebesar 46% sedangkan sisanya 53,8% keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar dari variabel yang digunakan.
