Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement in VIII grade of Malang National Junior High School and to find out how much influence between teacher pedagogical competence, character education and learning facilities on social studies learning achievement together with students of class VIII of Malang National Middle School. Total population of 116 samples used 47 students proportional random sampling. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire and documentation method. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The method of multiple linear regression research. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of teacher pedagogical competence variables on social studies learning achievement of 6.522%. The significant influence of character education on social studies learning achievement is 43.65%. The significant influence of learning facilities on social studies learning achievement is 40.21%. Based on the results of the processed data test it can be seen that the variable pedagogical competence of teachers, character education and learning facilities has a simultaneous or joint effect on social studies learning achievement of 65,3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of the development of communication information technology, family environment and learning motivation on Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes (2) the influence of the development of communication information technology on Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes (3) the influence of family environment on Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes (4 ) the effect of learning motivation on Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes. This type of research uses ex-post-facto research using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were VII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kepanjen totaling 127 students, with a research sample of 56 students. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire. Based on the results of the research above, the conclusion, it is known that together the development of communication information technology, family environment and learning motivation on learning outcomes, there is a significant influence on the development of communication information technology on learning outcomes, there is a significant influence on family environment on learning outcomes, and there is a significant influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence these three factors partially and simultaneously on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at the junior high school of Pakisaji noble mind. The research population was all VIII grade students, totaling 131 students. This sample of study included 67 students, the sampling method was random sampling. Based on the results of the F test it was found that there was a significant simultaneous effect between the independent variables (problem based learning models, the use of audi visual media and variations of teacher teaching) to the dependent variable (learning outcomes). The results of this t-test show that the use of problem-based learning models on learning outcomes has a significant effect, the use of audio-visual learning media on learning outcomes has a significant effect, and variations in teacher teaching on learning outcomes have a significant effect. Based on the results of this research it is expected that in an effort to improve student learning outcomes, teachers should be able to apply the right model in KBM, use learning media according to students' needs, and apply the variety of teaching when delivering learning material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in social studies learning outcomes between students who use the Reciprocal Teaching learning model and the STAD learning model) in class VII SMP 17 Malang. The research sample was taken from 2 classes from 8th grade VII of SMP Negeri 17 Malang totaling 68 students divided into two experimental classes I and experimental class II, the first class was taught using the Reciprocal Teaching learning model and the second class was taught using the STAD learning model. This type of research is Quasi Experiment with design. Data were analyzed using prerequisite test analysis techniques and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS 16.00 for windows program. The results of the calculation of the value of tcount 3.046 with Sig .003. by determining the table of t values ​​with the formula df (n-2). The value of df = 66, so that rtable = 1.6682. Based on a significance level of 5%, the rcount result was 3,046> rtable 1.6682. so it can be said that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. So based on the results of the analysis of the data it can be concluded that there was a significant difference in the use of the Reciplrocal Teaching learning model with the STAD learning model seen from the learning outcomes of Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 17 Malang.

Abstract

The aim of MBKM is to encourage students to master various fields of science with their fields of expertise. This policy gives students the opportunity to choose the courses they will take based on their own wishes. The implementation of the Independent Learning Campus policy encourages the learning process in higher education to be more autonomous and flexible. Not only highly educated but able to become agents of change in small and large scope. The resulting changes and innovations are able to make a maximum contribution to the progress of a nation that has quality human resources. In general, this research is based on the principles of descriptive analytic/descriptive analysis. The results of the research that has been done, namely about the implementation of independent learning on an independent campus to support the creative digital economy of students, obtained good results in terms of understanding and implementation in the field when carrying out assistance in downstreaming processed food products for rural communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between the independent variable and the dependent variable either partially or simultaneously. The population according to Arikonto (2010:173) is the entire research subject. Population research is done if the researcher wants to see all the elements in the population. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMK Islam Donomulyo Malang Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year which consisted of 2 classes totaling 65 students. Data was collected by using questionnaires and documentation methods. Validity test with Product moment technique and Alpha Crombach reliability test, test data analysis requirements using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results of this study show that there is a significant effect of the variable mastery of productive subjects, industrial work practices (prakerin) and learning motivation on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Islam Donomulyo Malang Regency in the 2021/2022 academic year. of 49.905%. There is a significant influence on the mastery of productive subjects on the work readiness of class XI students at the Donomulyo Islamic Vocational School, Malang Regency, for the 2021/2022 academic year by 51.31%. There is an influence of prakerin on the work readiness of class XI students at Islamic Vocational School Donomulyo, Malang Regency in the academic year 2021/2022 by 31.84%, There is a significant influence of learning motivation on the work readiness of class XI students at SMK Islam Donomulyo, Malang Regency in the Academic Year 2021/2022 by 33.05%.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di RW. 09 Kelurahan Arjowinangun, Kecamatan Kedungkandang, Kota Malang  memiliki jumlah pelaku UMKM yang cukup banyak. Bidang usaha yang ada di RW 09 bervariasi dan beragam mulai dari usaha di bidang produk makanan, minuman, fashion, tanaman dan jasa. Keberadaan para pelaku UMKM ini juga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian bagi masyarakat sekitar. Para pelaku UMKM tersebut diatas sebagian besar belum memiliki Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Tujuan diadakan pengabdianan ini agar UMKM di RW.09 memiliki Nomor Induk berusaha. Dalam melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada masyarakat ada 3 tahapan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi dari Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang pertama yaitu survey dan observasi ke UMKM di lapangan, kedua sosialisasi pentingnya kepemilikan NIB bagi UMKM dan ketiga pendampingan pendaftaran NIB melalui aplikasi OSS secara door to door, pendafataran NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dilakukan secara cepat dan sederhana.

Abstract

The role of Human Resources of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence is very important in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This study aims to: find out the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, find out the driving factors for improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; and find the inhibiting factors in improving the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Pujorahayu village. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Owners, employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and customers who selected by purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis. The result shows that: the role of Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence is needed who have good abilities and skill, so it requires special training for employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Besides Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises owners, the government and related agencies also participate in training the Human Resources for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises competence to improve the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise.

Abstract

Aktivitas belajar merupakan kegiatan-kegiatan siswa yang menunjang keberhasilan dalam belajar. Aktivitas belajar berhubungan dengan masalah belajar seperti menulis, mencatat, memandang, membaca, mengingat, berpikir, latihan, praktek dan sebagainya, kemudian motivasi belajar adalah dorongan dan kekuatan dalam diri seseorang untuk melakukan tujuan tertentu yang ingin dicapainya, dengan kata lain motivasi belajar dapat diartikan sebagai suatu dorongan yang ada pada diri seseorang sehingga seseorang mau melakukan aktivitas atau kegiatan belajar guna mendapatkan beberapa keterampilan dan pengalaman. Hasil belajar dapat diartikan sebagai tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam mempelajari materi pelajaran di sekolah yang dinyatakan dalam skor yang diperoleh dari hasil tes mengenal jumlah materi pelajaran tertentu. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas belajar dalam model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas belajar dalam model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ialah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 12 Kota Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, pengujian t dan pengujian F. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk diisi. Hasil uji analisis data menyatakan bahwa kompetensi guru dan fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara aktivitas belajar dalam model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) dan motivasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 12 Malang.
