Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Muara Enim Regency faces complex challenges, including limited resources, rigid bureaucracy, and increasing public demands for high-quality services. In response to these dynamics, Satpol PP has begun to implement Agile principles as a strategic approach to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency. This approach emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, task flexibility, digital technology utilization, and fast, adaptive decision-making. Initial results of Agile implementation show significant positive impacts, including an increase in community compliance from 64% to 91%, a reduction in violations from 867 cases in 2020 to 173 cases in 2024, and an 80% rise in personnel productivity. Moreover, public report responses have become faster, and budget utilization has become more efficient. However, the Agile approach still encounters several obstacles, including resistance to change, limited leadership support, and regulatory frameworks that are not yet fully adaptable to this new method. Therefore, a comprehensive evaluation of Agile implementation in the governmental context is crucial to ensure the sustainability and success of organizational transformation within Satpol PP Muara Enim Regency

Abstract

This study, which aims to analyze the influence of transactional and transformational leadership styles on employees’ affective commitment at the Religious Court of Lahat, with organizational culture as a moderating variable, was conducted with a rigorous and thorough research methodology. The background of this research underscores the importance of effective leadership and a healthy organizational culture in fostering employees’ commitment to the institution. The study employed a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been meticulously tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that neither transactional nor transformational leadership styles have a significant effect on employees’ affective commitment. However, organizational culture was found to have a positive and significant impact on affective commitment in the transactional leadership model. In contrast, its effect in the transformational leadership model was not significant. Furthermore, organizational culture does not moderate the relationship between transactional leadership and affective commitment, but it does moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employees’ affective commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Experience, Office Facilities, and the office environment on the productivity and performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency of Muara Enim Regency. The number of samples used is the census method, so the sample size is all employees of the Muara Enim Regency Bappeda, totaling 72 respondents. The independent variables are Experience (X1), Office Facilities (X2), and Work Environment (X3), while the dependent variables are Productivity (Y1) and Office Performance (Y2). The analysis technique is OLS Regression. The results of the study show that the variables Experience, office facilities and the environment have a significant positive effect on the productivity and performance of employees of the Regional Development Planning Agency of Muara Enim Regency

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence, occupational health, work attitude, leadership, and workplace conditions, individually and collectively, on the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency. The research method used in this study was quantitative, using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data quality was tested using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination. The analysis results showed that competence significantly influenced the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency. Occupational health significantly influenced the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency. Work attitude did not significantly influence the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency. Leadership significantly influenced the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency. Workplace conditions significantly influenced the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency. Competence, occupational health, work attitude, leadership, and workplace conditions have a significant joint influence on the work effectiveness of employees at the South Tanjung Enim Village Office, Muara Enim Regency.

The analysis used descriptive and inferential analyses using statistical calculations using multiple regression formulas, partial simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the work environment significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Work welfare significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. Work skills significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. The division of labor significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency. The work environment, work welfare, work skills, and division of labor significantly influenced the work performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Image and Trust on the Decision to Buy Honda Genio Motorcycles at PT. Astra International T.bk Honda Lahat Branch either partially or simultaneously. This study is a quantitative associative research using the slovin formula method in determining samples. The sample used in this study amounted to 70 people who were used as research respondents. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation Y = 2.942 + 0.438 X1 + 0.476 X2 + e, means that without the variables Brand Image (X1) and Trust (X2), the Purchase Decision (Y) is 2.942. The value of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.754, meaning that the independent variables have a contribution with the dependent variable of 75.4% and the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other factors that were not studied by the author. Based on the results of SPSS version 25.0 processing, the Fcal value was obtained of 102.499 while the Ftable value was 3.134 thus 102.499 > 3.134, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that the variables of Brand Image (X1) and Trust (X2) together had a significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y). The Ttable value is 1.668. By comparing the values of Thitung and Ttabul, it can be concluded: the Brand Image variable (X1) with the value of Tcal > Ttable or 3.534 > 1.668 , then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Trust (X2) with a Thcal value of > Ttable or 3.943 > 1.668, then the Brand Image (X1) and Trust (X2) variables have a partial effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Honda Genio Motorcycle at PT. Astra International T.bk Honda Branch All.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction at Mr. DIY Talang Jawa Lahat. The variables in this study were service quality (X1), brand image (X2), and consumer satisfaction (Y). The data analysis methods used were instrument testing (reliability testing, validity testing), classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicollinearity testing), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the study showed that (1) service quality has a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the calculated t value > t table (5.205 > 2.005). (2) brand image has a significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction, as shown by the calculated t value > t table (2.177 > 2.005). (3) Service Quality and Brand Image have a significant simultaneous influence on Consumer Satisfaction, as seen from the calculated f-value > f-table (59.997 > 2.005), and the significance value is smaller than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how competency and job placement partially and simultaneously influence employee performance at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Unit Senabing Lahat. The sample size for this study was 69 respondents. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS, resulting in a regression equation Y = 4,535 + 0,629X1 + 0,267X2. The results showed a significant effect between competency and employee performance at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Unit Senabing Lahat, and a significant effect between job placement and employee performance at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Unit Senabing Lahat. The F-test indicated that competency and job placement simultaneously influenced employee performance at PTPN 1 Regional 7 Unit Senabing Lahat.

Rewards significantly influenced the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency. Ability, leadership, motivation, facilities, and rewards have a significant joint influence on the work performance of employees in Tanjung Enim Village, Muara Enim Regency.
