Abstract

Destruksi asam tertutup atau disebut juga microwave digestion merupakan metode destruksi basah yang paling direkomendasikan untuk analisis logam berat. Kelebihan dari metode ini diantaranya adalah tidak ada unsur-unsur volatile yang hilang dan waktu pengerjaannya cukup singkat (20-40 menit) dibandingkan dengan destruksi asam terbuka yang membutuhkan waktu lebih lama (lebih dari 24 jam). Contoh uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sedimen dari Certified Reference Material (CRM). Sebanyak 0,5 gram contoh uji ditimbang kemudian ditambahkan dengan asam HNO3 dan selanjutnya didestruksi menggunakan microwave digestion. Larutan hasil destruksi kemudian diukur konsentrasi logamnya dengan menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA). Validasi metode dilakukan terhdap hasil pengukuran total logam kadmium (Cd) , tembaga (Cu) , mangan (Mn) dan seng (Zn) meliputi linearitas, limit deteksi , akurasi dan presisi . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan metode microwave digestion dengan penambahan HN03 untuk analisis logam berat telah memenuhi semua persyaratan keberterimaan suatu metode untuk digunakan dalam analisis di laboratorium

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve disaster preparedness and response in Bukit Pamewa Village, North Sipora District, Mentawai Islands Regency, which is an area prone to earthquakes and tsunamis. This activity includes outreach, training and disaster response simulations which aim to equip the community with knowledge and skills in dealing with potential natural disasters. Through socialization, the community gains an understanding of disaster risks and the preventive actions that must be taken. Emergency response training involves all levels of society, including the formation of a Village Disaster Response Team whose task is to lead evacuations and provide first aid in emergency situations. Disaster simulations were carried out to practice evacuation steps in real-time, which succeeded in showing increased community preparedness. The results of this activity show that the people of Bukit Pamewa Village now have better knowledge and skills in responding to disasters, including the ability to evacuate and use safety equipment. Apart from that, the formation of the Village Disaster Response Team is an important asset in increasing community preparedness. It is hoped that this program can become the basis for further development to make Bukit Pamewa Village a resilient community and ready to face future disasters.

Abstract

Kentang merupakan salah satu produk hasil pertanian yang memiliki kandungan tepung tertinggi keempat setelah jagung, gandum, dan padi. Pengelolaan pertanian kentang menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, salah satunya adalah penyakit pada daun kentang yang dapat menyebabkan hasil produksi yang buruk hingga gagal panen jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Dua penyakit yang sering ditemui pada daun kentang adalah early blight dan late blight, yang masing-masing memiliki gejala serta penanganan berbeda. Proses klasifikasi penyakit yang lambat dapat menyebabkan tambahan biaya untuk perawatan. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan algoritma deep learning, yaitu Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), untuk klasifikasi citra daun kentang. Metode CNN menggunakan proses konvolusi di mana citra dipecah menjadi gambar-gambar yang lebih kecil dengan konvolusi yang sama. Hasil dari gambar-gambar kecil tersebut kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam array baru yang digunakan untuk prediksi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5400 citra, terbagi menjadi tiga kelas: citra sehat, citra early blight, dan citra late blight. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi tertinggi pada data validasi sebesar 99% dengan waktu komputasi per epoch sekitar 2,5 detik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma deep learning Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) mampu melakukan proses klasifikasi penyakit pada citra daun kentang dengan sangat baik.

Abstract

Nagari Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman Regency, has water resources in the form of natural springs which are the main source of the community's clean water needs. However, various problems such as deforestation, lack of awareness of water conservation, and limited water distribution infrastructure threaten the availability and quality of these water resources. This Community Service activity aims to provide education, training and technical solutions in sustainable spring management. Methods for implementing this activity include identifying problems through surveys and interviews, educating the public regarding water conservation, as well as implementing technical solutions such as building infiltration wells, simple filtration systems, reforesting catchment areas, and building spring water reservoirs. Apart from that, monitoring and evaluation is carried out to ensure program sustainability. The results of the activity showed that the community gained an increased understanding of the importance of water conservation and skills in managing water resources. The infrastructure that has been built is expected to increase the availability and distribution of clean water. The sustainability of this program requires active support from various parties so that the benefits continue to be felt by the community.
