Abstract

Toll roads are an effective means of transportation to shorten the distance between regions. With a short distance, the cost of accommodation of goods will decrease and increase accessibility, thereby encouraging economic improvement and community development. One of the toll roads currently under construction in West Sumatra is the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road. The Padang-Sicincin section is part of the large project with a length of 30.4 km. Since being carried out in 2018 the progress of the work has only reached 45.2%, meaning that there are obstacles that slow down the completion of the work. From the literature study, it was found that the main cause of delay was land acquisition. The various literatures also describe the resolution of disputes involving stakeholders. Stakeholder management is one of the indicators of project success. To find out the model of stakeholder interaction on the Padang-Sicincin spatial toll road project in terms of land acquisition, a social network analysis was carried out based on a literature study related to land acquisition, followed by the creation of a stakeholder relationship matrix. From the results of the analysis, it is found that stakeholders as the main actors in land acquisition are local governments as mediators and messengers between land owners and other stakeholders involved in land acquisition.Keywords: Stakeholders, Land Acquisition, Toll Roads, Social Network Analysis.

Abstract

Time control is part of project management which also plays an important role in the quality of the implementation of a job. But in reality perfect implementation is very difficult to realize. Sometimes in project implementation there is often a delay in project completion time which results in swelling of project implementation costs. So that the biggest loss and problem is the termination of the contract. It takes a method in project control. Critical Path Method (CPM) can be used in controlling project execution time to minimize deviations in project implementation.   The objectives of this thesis include: 1). To know the critical path of work and to calculate the length of time for project implementation using the CPM (Critical Path Method). The results of the analysis there are several activities that are in the critical path. From the results of calculations and rescheduling, the total duration is 165 days, while the duration of the contract 195 days. The activity is completed 30 days earlier.Keywords: Project Management, Cost, Time, Critical Path Method.

Abstract

Parkir merupakan salah satu indikator kelancaran kegiatan dan aktivitas di berbagai pusat kegiatan serta pelayanan umum seperti rumah sakit. RSUD Solok Selatan telah berkomitmen untuk menjadi rumah sakit yang dapat memberikan pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat. Demi kelancaran aktivitas dan kegiatan di RSUD Solok Selatan tersebut, salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah masalah area parkir kendaraan yang masih belum memenuhi, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari banyaknya kendaraan yang parkir bukan pada tempatnya serta tidak beraturannya kendaraan yang parkir. Kegiatan pengelolaan dapat dengan cara melakukan analisis karakteristik parkir, menghitung kebutuhan ruang, menentukan rekomendasi perbaikan fisik, menajemen parkir serta menggambarkan rekomendasi sketsa luas tambahan lahan parkir jika lahan parkir RSUD Solok Selatan tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan parkir. Indikator pengelolaan ini akan menjadi tujuan penulis yang menggunakan metode survei lapangan untuk menghitung banyaknya kendaraan masuk - keluar dan lama durasi parkir. Pada penelitian ini, proses analisis memperoleh hasil berupa karakteristik parkir pada kendaraan jenis roda 2 dan 4 yang meliputi akumulasi parkir tertinggi sebanyak 169 kendaraan dan 69 kendaraan, volume parkir yang tertinggi sebanyak 507 kendaraan, dan 219 kendaraan, durasi parkir rata-rata kendaran 2 - 3 jam lebih, indeks parkir tetinggi sebesar 201,2% dan 215,6%, serta tingkat pergantian parkir tertinggi sebesar 5,73 motor/hari/petak dan 6,38 mobil/hari/petak. Berdasarkan analisis karakteristik parkir serta kebutuhan ruang pada parkir RSUD Solok Selatan khusus untuk kendaraan roda 2 adalah dibutuhkan 47 SRP dan kendaraan roda 4 dibutuhkan 20 SRP. Rekomendasi terhadap kebutuhan luas lahan dengan menambah ruang/lahan parkir pada RSUD Solok Selatan seluas 666 m².

Abstract

Pergerakan yang terjadi di jalan masuk kota Pariaman melalui rute jalan melalui jalan Korong Pauh – Ketaping , jalan Batang Anai, Jalan Ketaping , jalan Syekh Burhanuddin, jalan SM Abidin menjadi prioritas dimana kerap dijadikan jalan alternatif pengganti jalan utama lintas. Hal ini menjadikan rute tersebut menjadi padat dan ramai dikarenakan jumlah mobil yang lewat banyak dan lebar jalan yang kecil. Dari rasa keingintahuan penulis berapa lama waktu yang di butuhkan untuk melintasi rute tersebut dari padang ke kota Pariaman dari penelitian yang di lakukan di dapat Jalan Rute Padang – Pariaman melalui jalan Korong Pauh – Ketaping , jalan Batang Anai, Jalan Ketaping , jalan Syekh Burhanuddin, jalan SM Abidin memiliki rata - rata waktu tempuh 36,99 menit dan rute jalan padang ke pariaman melalui jalan Lintas Barat Sumatera, jalan nansabaris, jalan raya pariaman punggung kasiak, jalan iman bonjol, jalan SM Abidin memiliki waktu tempuh rata – rata 42,19 menit, dimana dapat di ambil kesimpulan jalan dengan rute Padang – Pariaman melalui jalan Korong Pauh – Ketaping , jalan Batang Anai, Jalan Ketaping , jalan Syekh Burhanuddin, jalan SM Abidin dengan waktu tempuh tercepat. Kecepatan rata – rata Jalan Rute Padang – Pariaman melalui jalan Korong Pauh – Ketaping , jalan Batang Anai, Jalan Ketaping , jalan Syekh Burhanuddin, jalan SM Abidin adalah 33,49 km/jam dan rute jalan padang ke pariaman melalui jalan Lintas Barat Sumatera, jalan nansabaris, jalan raya pariaman punggung kasiak, jalan iman bonjol, jalan SM Abidin 39 km/jam . dimana dapat di simpulkan bahwa jalan rute jalan padang ke pariaman melalui jalan Lintas Barat Sumatera, jalan nansabaris, jalan raya pariaman punggung kasiak, jalan iman bonjol, jalan SM Abidin memiliki kecepatan ter tinggi.

Abstract

Network planning berperan penting dalam penyusunan rencana dan pengendalian pelaksanaan proyek. Metode network planning di antaranya Bar Chart, CPM, PERT, dan PDM. Karena adanya keterlambatan dalam pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan gedung yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. X, maka penulis melakukan penelitian berupa analisa penjadwalan ulang pada proyek tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui perbedaan waktu pengerjaan proyek dengan metode PDM dengan waktu sebenarnya dan mengetahui perbedaan grafik kurva S dari proyek terlaksana dengan kurva S yang menggunakan metode PDM. Penelitian dilakukan berupa analisa kuantitatif menggunakan aplikasi Ms.Project. Input data yang digunakan adalah data WBS, RAB, volume, bobot pekerjaan dan time schedule. Data tersebut di pilah untuk mendapatkan durasi pekerjaan. Kemudian data tersebut diinputkan pada Ms.Project dan diatur hubungan antar pekerjaannya dikumpulkan (Predecessors). Kemudian dibuat diagram PDM dengan Ms.Excel sesuai formatnya. Dari haril penjadwalan ulang didapatkan durasi total rencana dengan metode PDM adalah 111 hari, lebih cepat 8 hari dari durasi proyek terlaksana yaitu 119 hari. Dari hasil perbandingan Kurva S antara metode PDM dengan proyek terlaksana tidak ditemukan perbedaan siknifikan, kecuali pada pekerjaan yang bisa dilakukan overlapping seperti pekerjaan arsitektur, mekanikal, elektrikal, dan plumbing.

Abstract

General development in the province of Western Sumatra has shown a fairly good and rapid improvement. It can be seen in one of the districts of Agam district which is located in the district of Basung Lubuk which is the construction of subsidized housing. In the development of the workforce in the construction industry is an important factor in measuring the performance of a company. Employee productivity is one of the factors affecting the success of the project. In this case, how much productivity can improve the quality of work. In this research use mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative. By taking concepts based on experience that often happens in the field and is general. Types of jobs observed are foundation and sloof jobs. Data collection techniques using field survey data, calculating jobs and documentation. The results of the data analysis are presented in the form of graphs and presentation tables. Based on the results of the research, then it can be said that the work of foundation and sloof was productive, with the analysis of the data of LUR all labor earned more than 50%. The highest productivity result (LUR) on the job of anstampang was of 78,575%, work of sand grinding under the foundation was of 75,975%, then the pair of stone foundation times of 67,045%, and the grinding of the ground was of 66,73%. The highest yield of productivity (LUR) in cutting was 70.11%, then cutting work was 64.84%, and casting of K-175 concrete sloof was 58.89%. Keywords:  Productivity, Labor Utilization Rate (LUR), Funding, Sloof

Abstract

Analisis persepsi pengguna jalan terhadap kenyamanan perjalanan akibat kerusakan jalan di Jalan Serantih-Langgai Pantai Selatan. Karena Jalan Pesisir Selatan merupakan persimpangan, sering dilewati dengan lalu lintas yang cukup padat karena volume lalu lintas yang tinggi dan medan tambahan yang dapat menyebabkan kerusakan dan pemadatan jalan. South Coast Path menggunakan sistem perkerasan lentur yang disebut “flexible trotoar”. Panjang jalan yang diteliti adalah 2 km dan lebar jalan adalah 4,5 m. Saat ini mengalami beberapa kerusakan yang cukup banyak, seperti: retak buaya, lubang, robekan memanjang, noda atau robekan samping. Populasinya adalah pengguna jalan dari wilayah pesisir selatan Surantih-Langgai. Hasil analisis distribusi frekuensi variabel “perspektif nyaman” menyimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata variabel “perspektif nyaman” sebesar 3,04 dan tingkat kinerja sebesar 60,7% yang sesuai dengan kriteria cukup baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis penerimaan responden berada pada kategori cukup baik ditinjau dari segi kenyamanan. Proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 90 sampel yang digunakan.

Abstract

The occurrence of changes in time and costs due to design changes and the addition of new work items affect the time and cost of implementing construction work. The addition of work items was also found in the construction of building A of the new school unit of SMPN 47 Padang. This is the impetus for conducting a time and cost analysis due to changes in building design and analyzing the index value of time and cost performance using the case study method and qualitative descriptive analysis. In the initial stage, identification of additional work items was carried out, then continued with an analysis of the time and cost using the Earned Value Analysis method. The results of data processing obtained the addition of new work items such as the board of directors, tree removal work, additional floors in buildings A and B so that they had an impact on the time and cost of implementation with an increase of 9.49%. Using the Earned value method, the SPI value was obtained with an average value of 0.798 and the CPI with an average value of 0.595. There was an additional implementation time of 25 calendar days and an additional implementation cost of Rp 1,016,937,031.14, - or an increase of 9.46%. The value and for SPI with an average value of 0.798 (<1) which indicates that the project is experiencing delays from the planned schedule, for CPI with an average value of 0.595 (<1) which indicates that the project's costs are greater than the budget.

Abstract

Construction safety is a crucial aspect in ensuring the continuity and quality of development projects. In Padang, there is still a gap in knowledge and awareness regarding work safety in the construction sector, especially among informal workers and the surrounding community. The Community Service Program (PKM) with the title "Training and Education for the 'Construction Safety' Community in Padang" aims to provide practical knowledge and skills regarding construction safety. This program involves several stages, including identification of training needs, preparation of materials, implementation of training, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the implementation show a significant increase in awareness and application of work safety standards among participants, which is expected to reduce the number of work accidents and increase the efficiency and quality of construction projects in Padang

Abstract

Nagari Panti Timur, Panti District, Pasaman Regency, has water resources in the form of natural springs which are the main source of the community's clean water needs. However, various problems such as deforestation, lack of awareness of water conservation, and limited water distribution infrastructure threaten the availability and quality of these water resources. This Community Service activity aims to provide education, training and technical solutions in sustainable spring management. Methods for implementing this activity include identifying problems through surveys and interviews, educating the public regarding water conservation, as well as implementing technical solutions such as building infiltration wells, simple filtration systems, reforesting catchment areas, and building spring water reservoirs. Apart from that, monitoring and evaluation is carried out to ensure program sustainability. The results of the activity showed that the community gained an increased understanding of the importance of water conservation and skills in managing water resources. The infrastructure that has been built is expected to increase the availability and distribution of clean water. The sustainability of this program requires active support from various parties so that the benefits continue to be felt by the community.
