Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on organizational learning and organizational innovation in the village owned business entity (bumdes) province of central java and emphasize the importance of providing empirical results that prove this relationship. The research is also to show the positive relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation on job satisfaction and employee performance in the village owned business entity (bumdes) province of central java. The results showed that transformational leadership style affects organizational learning.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of the ability to prepare financial reports, financial literacy, managerial ability, and the use of information technology on the performance of MSMEs in Jepara Regency. The population used is MSMEs fostered by LPNU Jepara with a total of 100 MSME players. Saturated sample is the method used to take samples. The use of this method resulted in 100 respondents. The questionnaire was chosen as the technique used in data collection.  The data that has been obtained is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the use of the SPSS application. Referring to the research data that has been processed shows that all independent variables, namely the ability to prepare financial reports, financial literacy, managerial ability, and the use of information technology have a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs. The magnitude of the influence of the ability to prepare financial reports, financial literacy, managerial ability, and the use of information technology affects the performance of MSMEs by 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is explained by other variables outside the research that the researchers conducted

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables Service Quality (X1), and Trust (X2), on the dependent variables of Customer Loyalty (Y) of J&T Express consumers in the Jepara branch. The respondents of the study were consumers who made purchases at J&T Express at the Jepara branch totaling 100 respondents. This study uses primary data by collecting data through observation with questionnaires. The data collection medology uses a survey using the accidental sampling method. The results of the multiple liner regression analysis had a positive relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The result of the determination coefficient with an R square value of 91%, means that the model in this study can be explained by 91%, while the remaining 9% is explained by other variables outside the research model

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of profitability, earnings management, and audit opinions on the timeliness of financial report submissions. The research focuses on non-primary consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2020 and 2022. A sample of 78 companies was selected using purposive sampling. Secondary data was utilized as the basis of the study. The analysis employed logistic regression, which included assessments such as model fit testing, overall model analysis, R² determination, regression coefficient evaluation, classification table accuracy, and hypothesis testing using the variables in the equation approach. The results indicate that profitability (X1) positively influences timely financial reporting, while earnings management (X2) and audit opinions (X3) do not show a significant effect. However, when analyzed together, profitability (X1), earnings management (X2), and audit opinions (X3) collectively affect the timeliness of financial report submissions. Companies are encouraged to prioritize punctual financial reporting, while future studies are recommended to incorporate variables like public ownership, auditor quality, and accountant opinion to enhance research precision

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of village fund programs, opportunities, and transformational leadership. This study uses quantitative research methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The population that is the object of this study is the village apparatus, BPD, and RW villages in Pakis Aji Jepara District with a total of 196 people. The sample in this study used a saturated sample. The data collection technique used a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of the village fund program, opportunities, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on the variable of community participation in village financial management. Simultaneously, the village fund program, opportunities, and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on the variable of community participation in village financial management

Abstract

High number of non performing financing (NPF) has a negative impact on Islamic Microfinance (BMT), that problems affect to financial performance in low condition, liquidity problems, as well as difficulties in covering operational costs, difficulties to payback financial obligations, and BMT will eventually losses then will be converted by reducing the amount of capital. That things will be resulting in the threat of sustainability. The aims of this study, are explain the strategies used by BMT`s in Jepara to solve their NPF. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, this research used purposive sampling, the criteria is the key person in carrying out steps to resolve NPF in their institutions. The research finding is, there are strategies to overcome the problems of high NPF. The strategy used by 2 models, first preventive action in the form of forming strong financing organs and carrying out effective financing analysis second curative action after the financing is disbursed (1) Customer Nurturing (2) Rescheduling, (3) Reconditioning, (4) Restructuring, (5) Collateral Confiscation through litigation and non-litigation. Other findings is (6) The strategy as solution through the organizational path that became afiliation of the KSPPS BMT.
