Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the support system in the aspects of consultation services and aspects of guidance and counseling program management at SMP Negeri 1 Metro. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The instruments used in data collection used 3 types of instruments, namely interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation. The results of this study resulted in the conclusion that the implementation of system support in the implementation of counseling at SMP Negeri 1 Metro in the aspect of consultation services has been carried out by the coordinator and counseling teachers with various parties including school officials, subject teachers, homeroom teachers, parents of students and the surrounding community to support the program and counseling also participates in the planning and implementation of school activities such as the procurement of health tests, psychological tests, and other school activities. The implementation of system support in the implementation of counseling at SMP Negeri 1 Metro in the aspect of counseling program management activities has carried out program development in accordance with the changes in the curriculum from K13 to the independent curriculum and counseling teachers continue to develop their counselor professionalism by actively participating in organizations and attending seminars.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group counseling services using film media on aggressive behavior in students at SMP Negeri 2 Kotagajah. This study used a sample of 10 students who had aggressive behavior. Samples were given a pretest and posttest to find out whether the service had an effect or not in the research process. Group guidance services were carried out three times with the second service using film media. The results of the hypothesis calculations using JASP showed significant results as seen from the results of the Paired Samples T-test using the Wilcoxon signed rank test which was significant between the pretest and posttest values with p = 0.004, <0.05. Thus H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected and there is a difference. This means that in this study group guidance using film media was effectively used to reduce aggressive behavior and there was a significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Abstract The arson expulsion experienced by a former Gafatar member in Mempawah, West Kalimantan led the government to take steps by returning former Gafatar members to their respective areas of origin. On the other hand, the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) officially declared that Gafatar was a cult. Both of these can create resistance from the surrounding community when former Gafatar members return to their respective regions of origin. This is a challenge for former Gafatar members to be able to adjust to their environment. This study aims to determine the pattern of adjustment of former Gafatar members after repatriation to the area of origin. Using a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data retrieval method using observation and interviews in-depth research subjects and other individuals around them. The research subjects were 3 people. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis, namely by giving a review or interpretation of the data obtained so that it becomes more clear and meaningful. From the data analysis it was found that in adjusting, former Gafatar members tended to be more selective in choosing the topic of conversation with the surrounding community, trying to think from the perspective of others, trying to provide an alternative perspective on their environment, following what their environment wants, be more careful in interacting, tend to ignore negative responses from the environment, and stay in touch with other former Gafatar members.Keyword: Pattern of Self-Adjustment, Former Gafatar Member

Abstract

Penyesuaian diri merupakan kemampuan individu untuk bereaksi baik terhadap tuntutan internal maupun eksternal yang terjadi terus-menerus untuk menciptakan hubungan yang selaras antara dirinya dengan lingkungan. Kemampuan tersebut dapat dimiliki apabila individu memiliki dukungan keluarga dan memiliki kemampuan untuk asertif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan asertivitas dengan penyesuaian diri pada santri tahun pertama pondok pesantren. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan asertivitas dengan penyesuaian diri santri tahun pertama pondok pesantren. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah santri tahun pertama Pondok Pesantren Darul Hidayah Al Anshori angkatan 2019 yang berjumlah 84 santriwan dan santriwati yang diambil dengan teknik sampling total. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga skala psikologi yaitu skala penyesuaian diri sebanyak 30 aitem (α = 0,875), skala dukungan keluarga sebanyak 34 aitem (α = 0,897) dan skala asertivitas sebanyak 26 aitem (α = 0,827). Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Rx1.2-y=0,574 dengan nilai F = 19,935 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,01) yang berarti hipotesis diterima bahwa ada hubungan yang positif signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dan asertivitas dengan penyesuaian diri pada santri tahun pertama dengan R² = 0,033. Dukungan keluarga dan asertivitas memberikan sumbangan efektif 33% terhadap penyesuaian diri. Hasil kedua dengan rx1y = 0,251 dengan p= 0,021 (p < 0,05) yang menunjukkan ada hubungan positif signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan penyesuaian diri pada santri tahun pertama. Hasil ketiga dengan rx2y = 0,572 dengan p= 0,000 (p < 0,01) yang menunjukkan ada hubungan positif signifikan antara asertivitas dengan penyesuaian diri pada santri tahun pertama.
