Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Pengeluaran Pemerintah Terhadap PDRB dan PAD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan  pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kabupaten Maluku Tengah periode 2005-2011. Penelitian ini lebih difokuskan pada tiga sektor utama yaitu sektor pengeluaran pemerintah yaitu sektor pertanian, perikanan serta perindustrian dan perdagangan karena ketiga sektor tersebut memiliki pengeluaran yang lebih besar dibanding sektor – sektor lain. Untuk menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi berganda dan regresi sederhana untuk empat hipotesis yang diujikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini terdukung. Kata Kunci:    Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Pendapatan Asli Daerah. Abstract: Government Expenditure Influence on Gross Regional Domestic Product and Regional Income. This study aims to determine the impact of government expenditure towards GRDP and PAD of Kabupaten Maluku Tengah in period 2003-2011. This study are focused to three majors of government expenditure ;  agriculture,  fishery, industry and commerce, because they have larger expenditure than the others. The analysis of the data were conducted using simple regression analysis and multiple regression. Testing was done using multiple regression and simple regression for the four hypotheses tested. The result shows that the four hypotheses proposed in this study is supported. Keywords:    government expenditure, gross regional domestic product, regional income

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand trust, brand love, and brand emotional attachment on brand loyalty. Respondents in this study are customers who own and use OPPO brand Smartphones in Ambon City. This research uses multiple regression analyses and validity and reliability tests to test research instruments. The results showed that the three hypotheses proposed were accepted, which means that brand trust, brand love, and emotional brand attachment affect brand loyalty.

Abstract

The primary purpose of this study was to examine purchase intention and behavior of organic food based on the theory of planned behavior. People do not always use their intentions to behave even though intentions are powerful. The novelty of this study is to add two antecedent variables of attitude, namely knowledge about organic food and attention to health. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research was conducted through two studies. Study I was conducted to test the extent of TPB, and Study II tested buying behavior. The sample size is 187 respondents for Study I and 153 respondents for Study II. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for Study I and Logistic Regression for Study II. The study results show that the overall hypothesis proposed is supported and that intention has a substantial impact on buying behavior of organic food. Based on this research, producers or marketers can develop better marketing strategy models to increase consumer understanding of the benefits of organic food consumption.

Abstract

Nowdays, consumer purchasing behavior is increasingly shifting to online purchases which promise a lot of convenience. This study aims to examine the effect of E-Service Quality, Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on repurchase intentions in the context of online purchases on e-commerce sites in Indonesia. The sample size in this study was 177 respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that e-service quality, customer trust as well as customer satisfaction had a positive impact on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This research, focusing on Sambas Regency, investigates how Market Orientation and Business Capabilities influence small business performance in the West Kalimantan - Sarawak border area. Through a survey of 50 small business owners operating via the Aruk Border Post, the study found that both Market Orientation and Business Capabilities significantly impact business performance. Market orientation, requiring significant resources and focus, business capabilities, and support for performance improvement are crucial factors. The study recommends prioritizing innovation and adaptation to market needs, enhancing collaboration and resource optimization, and utilizing cross-border cooperation and digital technology for broader market access to develop business strategies sustainably.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi bagi pengelolaan badan usaha milik negeri (BUMNeg) Larike yang telah berdiri selama 4 tahun namun unit bisnis yang dikelola hanya unit bisnis keuangan mikro BRILink. Pengurus BUMNeg mengalami kesulitan dalam merencanakan unit usaha baru padahal negeri Larike memiliki banyak potensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat yang dapat dikelola oleh BUMNeg. Solusi yang diberikan adalah berupa pelatihan penyusunan rencana model bisnis baru sesuai potensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat negeri Larike serta akuntansi sederhana untuk mengelola unit bisnis yang terbentuk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode perencanaan model bisnis canvas yang terdiri dari 9 blok elemen bisnis dan penyusunan model akuntansi sederhana berupa pencatatan transaksi harian, penyusunan laporan laba rugi dan neraca.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion, perceived value, and service accessibility on students’ intention to use banking products. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 198 students from the Department of Business Administration and Accounting at Politeknik Negeri Ambon. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with statistical software. The results indicate that promotion, perceived value, and service accessibility have positive and significant effects on intention to use banking products. Promotion and perceived value show stronger influences compared to service accessibility. These findings suggest that students’ intention to use banking products is shaped by integrated marketing communication, evaluation of benefits and costs, and operational convenience of services. This study contributes to the marketing and banking literature by extending the integrated marketing strategy perspective in explaining customer intention. Practically, the results provide insights for banks in designing relevant promotional strategies, strengthening product value, and improving service accessibility to enhance adoption among young consumers.Keywords: promotion; perceived value; service accessibility; intention to use; banking.

Abstract

UD Filkin Mebel produces and sells a variety of furniture products using an order system. With the traditional techniques and processes used, it turns out that the product failure rate is quite a lot. This research aims to build a simple Quality Management System that can be applied to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) based on ISO 9001: 2015 to reduce failures and improve product quality. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the author analyzes the data by describing the data that has been collected as it is. The research produces a simple quality management system that can be applied in improving quality at UD. Filkin Furniture.
