Abstract

ABSTRACTThe success of the development from an area, which can be seen from the education level of the population. Increasingly developed education level of the population, it will be bring to the level of welfare for the population. Pelita Bangsa School Cirebon is a private school which has a ladder Play Group, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Junior High School and Senior High School, which is located in the city of Cirebon at the address on Terusan Laut Arafuru Street Blok A1 kavling . 6-7 Cirebon 45131 West Java.The additional building facilities of Pelita Bangsa School will be investigated in this thesis which is about structural analysis and design using steel material with LRFD (Load Resistance Factor Design) system.Analyze and design the construction of Pelita Bangsa School building with design code SNI-1729-2015 for building steel structures, SNI-1727-2013, PPPURG 1987 for loads and then SNI-1726-2012 for earthquake analysis.Analyze the structure with the help of SAP2000 (Structure Analysis Program 2000) software and design the building of Sekolah Pelita Bangsa using steel material.Keywords: Analysis and design structure, LRFD, steel material, SAP2000

Abstract

Desire to have a local government of Karawang office is quite  magnificent service complete with adequate facilities that can support a variety of work activities of Government Officials and employees, it is the hope of the ideal and coveted by all circles. However, of course, in realizing a high desire that must be supported by substantial costs sourced from local revenue sources that in fact the people's money too, would be comparable and parallel with the level of service to thecommunity.However, fears as above hopefully not happen because the purpose 5th floor of building local government 2 Karawang certainly has a good purpose for increased imagery and public services for the people in the city's mayor. Thus will be realized an order of life is getting better with the presence of a complete service of policy makers in the Karawang City, which in turn will encourage improvements in the economy of the community.The building local government 2 using concrete structure. On the basis of the criteria safety and excellent service then loading the planning process should be in accordance with SNI-1727-2013 as well as the structural design of the building should refer to SNI-2847-2013 specification for structural steel buildings, other than that in the calculation of earthquake engineering should also refer to the SNI-1726-2012.Keyword : Analysis structure, Etabs, frame section, deflection.

Abstract

Cilimus Market is located in Desa Cilimus, Kecamatan Cilimus, Kabupaten Kuningan-Jawa Barat. For Cilimus Market conditions, it’s now starting to become irregular, such as parking lots being used as a place to sell, spaces in the stuffy market, air circulation is not good, types of traders are not separated according to the block, market space capacity is not in accordance with the number of visitors and traders. And often experience traffic jams around the Cilimus Market area due to vehicles parked along the road.So that to overcome these problems needed a solution. First, to determine the determination of market development strategies using the analysis method of Strengths Opportunities Aspirations Results (SOAR), both projections of the number of traders are projected for 2023. Then planning the market building becomes 3 (three) floors with the addition of facilities and infrastructure facilities and market spatial plans based on SNI 8152: 2015 regulation on the People's Market designed with Autocad and SketchUp. And for the Cilimus Market area such as Taman Cilimus and Terminal Cilimus developed by adding infrastructure facilities in accordance with RDTR Kecamatan Cilimus Tahun 2014 and Peraturan Direktorat Perhubungan Tahun 1996.The results of this thesis research are Cilimus Market was developed into a Modern Market with it's constructed 3 floors and to Cilimus Market area added other facilities according to existing regulations.Keywords : Market Development, Market Spatial Planning, SOAR Analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAl-Bahjah is a formal and non-formal educational institution that combines general education with Al-Quran which is located on PangeranCakrabuana Street,Sumber, Cirebon District. The construction of Building Officeand Administration Al-Bahjah is indispensable as a center for management and administration.The planning of the Building Office and Administrative Al-Bahjah has a floor size of 30 m x 14 m with 5 floors of structure and building height of 19.60 m. The building structure is designed with reference to SNI 1727 - 2013, PPIUG 1987, SNI 2847 - 2013 and SNI 1726 - 2012.The static equivalent analysis method is used in analyzing earthquakes. The structure lies in the class of medium land sites (SD) and is included in the type D Seismic Design Category, so the earthquake force on the structure is planned using a configuration of the structure of the Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF).ETABS v9.6 structure analysis program is used to help structure modeling and calculate internal forces acting on the structure, with the material used is concrete f'c 25 Mpa, reinforcementfy 400 Mpa and fy 240 Mpa.Keyword: SNI 1727-2013, PPIUG 1987, SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1726-2013, Seismic Design Category D,Lateral Equivalent Analysis, SMRF, ETABS v9.6.0

Abstract

ABSTRACTMuhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal, built a 5 floor building to improve the quality of services in the health sector. Health access and more complete services in the district of Tegal are indeed expected by the community so that the community can get better health services.Muhammadiyah Islamic Hospital Tegal used a reinforced concrete structure and designed with reference to SNI 1727 :2013, PPURG 1987, SNI 2847 :2013 and SNI 1726 :2012.The static equivalent and the dynamic response spectrum analysis method is used in analyzing earthquakes load. The earthquake force on the structure is used a configuration of the structure of the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS).Analysis structure at this building used a software ETABS v9.6.0to help structure modeling and calculate internal forces acting on the structure.Keyword: SNI 1727:2013, PPURG 1987, SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1726:2013, Response Spectrum, Lateral Equivalent Analysis, SMRF, ETABS v9.6.0

Abstract

Pembangunan gedung kantor PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) Jakarta Utara, adalah untuk meningkatan suatu kinerja dan kualitas pekerja di kantor PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero)  serta akan menjadi kantor pusat. Untuk keselamatan pekerja proses perencanaan harus sesuai SNI yang terbaru yakni SNI 2847:2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung SNI 1727:2013 tentang pembebanan minimum,selain itu untuk rekayasa gempa mengunakan SNI 1726:2012.Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada kelayakan struktur gedung PT. Kawasan berikat nusantara (persero) dengan tinggi 17 m dan luas bangunan 7.200 m2. Perhitungan analisa struktur mengunakan soffware Etabs v.9.6.0 dan perhitungan manual. Dari hasil analisa dimensi penampang struktuk yang di gunakan di PT. kawasan berikat nusantara (persero) jakarta utara di simpulkan layak.Kata kunci : SNI 2847:2013, SNI 1727:2013,SNI 1726:2012, Etabs v 9.6.0ABSTRACTConstruction of PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) North Jakarta, is to improve the performance and quality of workers in the office of PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (Persero) and will become the head office. For the safety of workers the planning process must comply with the latest SNI namely SNI 2847: 2013 concerning structural concrete requirements for buildings SNI 1727: 2013 concerning minimum loading, in addition to earthquake engineering using SNI 1726: 2012.This research is focused on the feasibility of PT. Nusantara bonded zone (Persero) with a height of 17 m and a building area of 7,200 m2. Calculation of structural analysis using Etabs software v.9.6.0 and manual calculations. Abstract

Pembangunan Rumah Susun Sewa Kabupaten Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah, adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Untuk keselamatan pekerja proses perencanaan harus sesuai SNI yang terbaru yakni SNI 2847:2013 tentang persyaratan beton struktural untuk bangunan gedung SNI 1727:2013 tentang pembebanan minimum,selain itu untuk rekayasa gempa mengunakan SNI 1726:2012.Penelitian ini di fokuskan pada kelayakan struktur pembangunan rumah susun sewa kabupaten sukoharjo provinsi jawa tengah dengan tinggi 12,65 m dan luas bangunan 452,725 m2. Perhitungan analisa struktur mengunakan soffwareEtabs v.9.6.0 dan perhitungan manual. Abstract

Kecamatan Ciawigebang mempunyai satu pasar tradisional yang menjadi pusat perdagangan terbesar, dengan letak pasar yang strategis dan jenis pedagang yang berbeda-beda, serta penjualan produk unggulan kecamatan ciawigebang terletak dipasar tersebut menjadikan pasar ini ramai oleh konsumen.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kondisi eksisting pasar dari hasil aspirasi konsumen dan pedagang, proyeksi pertambahan pedagang, analisis pengembangan pasar dengan metode POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controling), pembuatan desain pasar menggunakan Autocad 2007 dan Sketch Up, serta analisis kelayakan ekonomi dengan benefit cost ratio (BCR), dan Internal Rate Of Return  (IRR).Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil analisis adalah perlu adanya penambahan ruang pasar berdasarkan analisis proyeksi jumlah pedagang untuk tahun 2023.Kata Kunci : Pasar Ciputat Ciawigebang, Pengembangan Pasar, Metode POAC, Analisis Kelayakan EkonomiABSTRACTCiawigebang sub-district has a traditional market which is the biggest trading center, with a strategic market location and different types of traders, and sales of superior products Ciawigebang sub-distrit located in the market makes this market crowded by consumers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing market condition from the results of consumers and traders, analysis of market development using the POAC Method, making market designs using Autocad 2007 and Sketch Up, as well as economic feasibility analysis with Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) and Internal Rate Of Return (IRR).The conclusion obtained from the results of the analysis is the need for additional market space based on an analysis of the projected number traders for 2023.Keywords : Ciputat Ciawigebang Market, Market Development, POAC Method, Economic Feasibility Analysis

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ruas jalan Panjalin - Arjawinangun merupakan salah satu jalur alternatif yang menghubungkan wilayah timur Kabupaten Majalengka yaitu Kecamatan Sumberjaya dengan wilayah barat laut Kabupaten Cirebon yaitu Kecamatan Ciwaringin dan Kecamatan Susukan. Secara georafis jalur ini diapit oleh 2 pintu masuk Tol yaitu pintu Tol Sumberjaya Km 175 berjarak 5 Km dari persimpangan Panjalin dan pintu Tol Palimanan Km 188 berjarak 11 Km dari Persimpangan Bunder Susukan. Jalan Tol baru tentunya akan menimbulkan dampak ekonomis bagi kawasan yang dilalui. Menurut Alfred Pakasi (2015) pengembangan suatu kawasan dapat terjadi sejalan dengan terbukanya jalur transportasi, misalnya jalur kereta api atau jalan raya.Dalam Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2011 – 2031, Kecamatan Ciwaringin dan Kecamatan Susukan termasuk dalam rencana kawasan peruntukan industri menengah, industri kecil dan mikro, , wisata argopolitan Agro Arjawinangun, pertanian dan peternakan. Dengan telah dirumuskanya konsep Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah di dua kawasan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan pula suatu rencana pengembangan jaringan jalan yang terintegrasi dan mendukung serta mengakomodasi seluruh kebutuhan rencana tata ruang.Dalam PERDA Kabupaten Cirebon Nomor 17 Tahun 2011 tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah, pengembangan kawasan dilakukan dengan strategi meningkatkan dan mengembangkan infrastruktur penunjang kegiatan pengembangan di kawasan tersebut. Kata kunci : Jalan Tol, RTRW, Pengembangan Kawasan, Infrastruktur Jalan. ABSTRACT Roads Panjalin - Arjawinangun is one of the alternative paths that connects the eastern part of the District Sumberjaya Majalengka with the northwest region of the District Ciwaringin Cirebon and District Susukan. Geographically this pathway flanked by two entrance gate higway namely entrance gate Sumberjaya Km 175 within 5 km from the junction Panjalin entrance gatel Palimanan 188 Km within 11 Km of the crossroads Bunder Susukan. The new highway will create an economic impact for the region traversed. According to Alfred Pakasi (2015) the development of an area can take place in line with the opening of transportation lines, such as railways or highway.In the Spatial Plan of Cirebon Regency Year 2011 - 2031, District Ciwaringin and District Susukan included in the plan area of industrial designation medium, small and micro industries, travel argopolitan Arjawinangun Agro, agriculture and livestock. With the concept of Spatial Planning in the two regions, it also needed a plan for the integrated development of road networks and to support and accommodate all the needs of spatial planning.In PERDA Cirebon No. 17 of 2011 on Spatial Planning, area development is done by a strategy to improve and develop the supporting infrastructure development activities in the region.  Keywords: Highway, RTRW, Development area, Road infrastructure.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnalisis ini untuk mengetahui berapa besar kontribusi pertambahan Volume lalu lintas akibat adanya pengalihan arus lalu lintas yang berdampak pada Ruas jalan Panjalin menuju Rajagaluh ini disebabkan oleh adanya pasar Panjalin. Serta bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ruas jalan Rajagaluh – Panjalin untuk dilakukan pengembengan jalan berupa peningkatan jalan.  Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa nilai DS pada saat penelitian yaitu sebesar 0,56, Setelah di prediksikan bahwa empat tahun kemudian nilai DS menjadi 0,91 dikarenakan adanya pengalihan arus lalu lintas dari adanya pasar Panjalin maka dari itu perlu dilakukan peningkatan jalan berupa pelebaran jalan Panjalin – Rajagaluh dengan kondisi eksisting 6 m kemudian dilebarkan menjadi  8 meter dengan tipe jalan 2 lajur 2 arah (2/2UD)agar jalan mampu melayani volume lalulintas.Kata Kunci : Pengalihan Arus Lalulintas, Pasar Panjalin, Kapasitas Jalan, Derajat Kejenuhan, Prediksi Pertumbuhan Volume Lalu Lintas. ABSTRACTThis analysis to determine how much contribution the growth of traffic volume due to the diversion of traffic flows that impact on road section Panjalin towards Rajagaluh is caused by the market Panjalin. And aims to evaluate the roads Rajagaluh - Panjalin to do development path of increased road. Results of the analysis showed that the value of the DS when the study is 0.56, Once predicted that four years later the value of DS to 0.91 due to the diversion of traffic from the market Panjalin therefore necessary to improve the way in the form of road widening Panjalin - Rajagaluh with the existing condition of 6 m and then widened to 8 meters with type 2 lane 2-way road (2 / 2UD) to be able to serve the volume of road traffic.Keywords: Trafic Diversion, Market Panjain, Capacity Road, Degree of Saturation, increase in Traffic
