Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi pembelajaran reading di SMAN 1 Jeruklegi Cilacap nampak guru menggunakan metode ceramah, peserta didik pasif dan ketuntasan belajar rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis model faktual pembelajaran reading, (2) mendesain model discovery learning, (3) menentukan kelayakan model discovery learning dan (4) mengevaluasi model hipotetik discovery learning. Desain penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan dan evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, angket, dan checklist. Teknik analisa data menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pretest-posttest group design. Desain model divalidasi oleh ahli dan praktisi dengan teknik Delphi. Keefektivan model diuji t test dengan subjek yaitu peserta didik. Hasil penelitian nampak bahwa: (1) model faktual pembelajaran reading menggunakan model ekpositori, (2) desain model menggunakan discovery learning, (3) model hipotetik menggunakan discovery learning terintegrasi think group share dan (4) model discovery learning efektif terlihat dari respon baik dari guru dan peserta didik, pembelajaran aktif, nilai t hitung -5,646 < -t tabel -1,999, berarti keterampilan reading kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol

Abstract

Citra merupakan salah satu harta yang bernilai tinggi bagi suatu lembaga, sehingga penting untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi citra lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan, kualitas layanan, dan kepuasan peserta terhadap citra Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kausal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) secara langsung kepuasan peserta tidak dipengaruhi oleh keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan peserta, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan terhadap citra, (4) terdapat pengaruh langsung kualitas layanan terhadap citra, (5) terdapat pengaruh langsung kepuasan peserta terhadap citra, (6) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan terhadap citra melalui kepuasan peserta dikarenakan hasil direct effect lebih besar daripada indirect effect, dan (7) tidak terdapat pengaruh secara tidak langsung kualitas layanan terhadap citra melalui kepuasan peserta dikarenakan hasil direct effect lebih besar daripada indirect effect. Semakin tinggi keefektifan pembelajaran selama pelatihan dan kualitas layanan yang diberikan maka kepuasan yang dirasakan juga akan tinggi dan membentuk citra yang tinggi. Image is one of the high value treasures for an institution, so it is important to know the factors that affect the image of the institution. This study aims to determine the effect of learning effectiveness during training, service quality, and participants' satisfaction on the image of Balai Diklat Keagamaan Semarang either directly or indirectly. This research uses a quantitative approach with causal design. The result of the research shows that (1) the participant's satisfaction is not directly influenced by the effectiveness of the learning during the training, (2) there is direct influence of the service quality to the participant's satisfaction, (3) there is a direct effect of learning effectiveness during the training on image, (6) there is no indirect influence of learning effectiveness during training on image through participant's satisfaction because result direct effect is greater than indirect effect, and (7) there is no indirect influence of service quality to image through participant's satisfaction because result of direct effect is bigger than indirect effect. The higher the effectiveness of learning during the training and the quality of service provided, the higher the perceived satisfaction and image form a high.

This research begins with anxiety about the learning process in schools that use conventional and teacher-centered models, which affect the achievement of student learning outcomes. With the 2013 curriculum it is clear that the learning process must be more active with a scientific approach and learner-centered. This is what then makes the author conduct research at the Semarang 01 PGRI Vocational School to find out the PAI learning process with a scientific approach. This study aims to analyze; (1) Management of the factual model of PAI learning, (2) Management of hypothetical models of PAI learning model management with scientific approaches, (3) Finding appropriate PAI learning model management with a scientific approach. This research was designed in the form of Research and development (R &amp; D). Data collection methods used are observation, interview, and documentation. While to analyze the data used an analysis with a phenomenological approach that departs from specific facts or phenomena that occur in the field and then drawn conclusions. The results show that: (1) the learning process still uses conventional learning models and is teacher-centered. (2) development of learning models based on scientific approaches. (3) an appropriate learning model is right to be used as a PAI learning model based on a scientific approach.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problem of the lack of a community environment that requires parents to always be in charge of their children. The aim of the study was to Analyze how the Full Day School Program Planning and the Implementation of the Full Day School Program at SMP Islam Manbaul Hikmah Brebes. This research method used a qualitative descriptive approach. Also, the type of research the researchers used was a case study. This research was focused on Full Day School Program Plan and Implementation Work Plans at SMP Islam Manbaul Hikmah Brebes. Data was from the Fullday School Program and its data sources from the principal, teachers, students and students’ parents. The technique of collecting data was by observation, interview, and documentation. The validity technique was triangulation and it was analyzed with qualitative descriptive. The results showed that based on the results of observation, interview and documentation, it was said that, first, SMP Islam Manbaul Hikmah Brebes implemented the curriculum from the government and the school curriculum with additional subjects (Arabic, BTA, English comversation and computers). Second, Fullday school programs could develop and enhance intelligence of intelligence quotient (IQ), emotional quotient (EQ) and spiritual quotient (SQ) with various effective and actual educational innovations. It was suggested in this study that he implementation of Full Day School had to be evaluated in various perspectives, including psychological, sociological and economic aspects. Also, perspective related to curriculum adaptation could be evaluated.

Abstract

Teacher performance will be optimal, if it id supported by school culture, prosperity and teacher job satisfaction. The low productivity of teachers is suspected by the monotonous school culture, lack of prosperity resulting in teacher dissatisfaction. This research was conducted to determine the influence of school culture and prosperity on job satisfaction and the influence of school culture, prosperity and job satisfaction on teacher performance. This study uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The sample in the study consists of 62 respondents. The data obtained is processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the regression analysis show that the direct influence of prosperity on performance is 0.044. The indirect influence of prosperity variables on performance through job satisfaction was obtained 0.233. Direct influence on performance is -0,356. The indirect influence of school culture on performance (0.136) is greater than the direct influence of school culture on performance (-0.356). It means that job satisfaction mediates the influence of school culture on work performance and satisfaction mediating prosperity towards performance. It shows that the need for an increase in school culture, prosperity and job satisfaction significantly influences teacher performance, both individually and collectively. It shows that to improve teacher performance there needs to be a school culture, prosperity and job satisfaction.

Abstract

In vocational education, cooperation with the business world and industrial world (DU/DI) is very important, and its implementation must be adapted to the needs of the current era. Therefore, Vocational High Schools (SMK) must be able to combine the curriculum and equate perceptions with DU/DI in order to produce quality graduates and have skills that are in line with market needs. This study aimed to describe the relationship of cooperation in the form of partnerships based on link and match in SMK Negeri 6 Semarang, especially in developing competencies in the field of fashion. To be able to achieve the research objectives, a qualitative approach with the case study method was used. The results showed that SMK 6 Semarang had implemented link and match based partnership management in various forms, including: 1). The planning stage begins with synchronizing the curriculum between the school and DU/DI, 2). At the implementation stage, a link and match based partnership program has been implemented in the form of learning and training through holding industrial classes with by-order products that have a sale value, and 3). At the supervision stage, it has collaborated with the Professional Certification Institute (LSP), so as to increase the resources of productive teachers and students in the fashion sector.
