Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies offer transformative opportunities in educational settings, particularly for teachers who are preparing interactive learning materials for early childhood education (ECE). However, challenges persist in their implementation, such as limited teacher knowledge, infrastructure barriers, and ethical concerns. This study aims to enhance teachers' knowledge at TKIT Mekar Insani, Yogyakarta, by providing training through mini workshops and supporting resources, such as refurbished computers. The program involved 25 teachers and included pre- and post-training evaluations. Results indicate a significant increase in teachers' ability to use AI-based tools, demonstrated by the production of engaging learning materials and improved confidence in integrating technology into their pedagogy. This initiative highlights the importance of bridging technology gaps in educational institutions and fostering continuous professional development.

Abstract

Siswa SMK merupakan peserta didik yang mengikuti pendidikan kejuruan pada tingkat sekolah menengah agar siap kerja sesuai dengan bidang keahlian kompetensi kejuruan yang diambil. Skema sistem pembelajaran yang berubah-ubah sejak masa pandemi Covid-19 memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada siswa. Dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan berupa stres akademik pada siswa SMK. Stres akademik dipengaruhi faktor keluarga atau orangtua yaitu persepsi tentang kehangatan orangtua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Persepsi tentang kehangatan orangtua dengan stres akademik pada siswa SMK. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 98 siswa SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala stres akademik dan skala persepsi tentang kehangatan orangtua. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara persepsi tentang kehangatan orangtua dengan stres akademik pada siswa SMK. Abstract

Female civil servants often have to divide their time between job demands and household responsibilities. While managing responsibilities at home, they’re also expected to perform optimally in the workplace, fully contribute to their organizations. This study explored how transformational leadership indirectly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among female civil servants working in the regional government offices of Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta (GO-CJ-DIY), with job satisfaction serving as a mediating variable in that relationship. The study used a total sampling technique with a population of 189 married female civil servants at GO-CJ-DIY who had been employed for more than three months. However, only 134 respondents completed the questionnaire and were therefore included in the final analysis. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed a path coefficient of 0.489, t = 8.252, p < 0.001, 95% CI [0.381, 0]. Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at TBM Rumah Baca Bintang, located in Argomulyo, Sedayu, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The program aimed to improve the facilitators’ ability to apply photography and videography technology in documenting and promoting literacy activities through digital media. The main problems faced by the partners included limited human resources in digital management, lack of technical skills, and minimal documentation and publication of literacy activities. The method combined training and mentoring, consisting of three stages: material delivery, technical practice, and mentoring on the results. The materials were presented through a training module that included topics on mobile photography equipment, pre-production and content planning, shooting techniques, and basic editing for social media publication. The pretest and post-test results showed an increase in participants’ understanding and skills, with all facilitators achieving a perfect score after the program. The participants were able to create and manage digital documentation independently using mobile devices. This activity successfully strengthened the digital literacy capacity of TBM Rumah Baca Bintang’s facilitators and encouraged the sustainability of literacy programs through creative and contextual digital media utilization.
