Abstract

Ricci Catholic High School 2 Pondok Aren is one of the private educational institutions that is oriented towards the process as a step of progress for students, accompanied by the development of life values ​​that have a balance between emotional, academic and spiritual intelligence. The Ricci 2 Catholic High School students consist of the principal and his staff, teachers, education staff and students. In the current industrial 4.0 era, Ricci 2 Pondok Aren Catholic High School has utilized the use of information and communication technology to support teaching and learning activities for students. Many extracurricular and non-extracurricular activities are held to increase students' knowledge and experience. One of the non-extracurricular activities is the business activity of selling school supplies through school cooperatives which are handled by student representatives who are members of the Student Organization (Osis). One of the superior products that are self-produced are uniforms and t-shirts with a market share that is only intended for school students and has not been able to reach markets outside of schools, this is due to limitations in available supporting facilities and infrastructure. In addition, although currently using Whatsapp media to do product marketing, the service is felt to be less than optimal. Based on the above conditions, we intend to provide an alternative solution by holding an introduction training to build an online business through a marketplace application in the hope that it can help build an entrepreneurial spirit, especially for students and generally for other school students. By having an entrepreneurial spirit, students of Ricci 2 Pondok Aren Catholic High School can develop existing businesses so that the economy of the school community can grow and develop well.

Abstract

Family Gold Delivery is an online business that sells various brands of precious metals and also sells frame designs for precious metals that can be customized with greeting words according to the customer's wishes. In running its business, Family Gold Delivery only utilizes Instagram, Whatsapp and Marketplace media to sell its products. However, due to the high percentage of additional costs and insurance charged by the marketplace, it affects product prices, which must adjust to these costs, making buyers not want to transact through the marketplace. In the absence of a system to support the sales process, buyers still have to contact the seller directly via chat. Based on the existing problems, the solution provided is to apply the e-commerce model to the Family Gold Delivery business which aims to facilitate business processes, especially product sales activities. By using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method to develop new business ideas to develop business strategies quickly and Fishbone Diagrams to analyze problems. Then the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) as a tool for building websites so that the website can be implemented immediately and can meet all business needs. Accompanied by the implementation of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and marketing strategies to expand marketing so as to produce an e-commerce website prototype that can support the sales process on Family Gold Delivery from sales to product marketing. The conclusion from the implementation of this e-commerce model can overcome the main problems faced by Family Gold Delivery namely, buyers will not be charged additional fees if transacting through e-commerce websites, and the sales process no longer needs to be done via chat.

Abstract

The Ta'lim Council is a forum that is a place for gathering and studying for people who want to deepen the teachings of the Islamic religion and also as a means of preaching and religious teaching. The Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council is located at RT 001 / RW 015, Karang Tengah sub-district, Tangerang City. One of the visions to be achieved is to create a generation of Moeslems who are faithful and devout (IMTAQ) and knowledgeable about science and technology (IPTEK), as well as maximizing the potential that exists in the members of the ta'lim assembly and making the members of the ta'lim become creative and independent. To achieve this vision, it is necessary to organize training, counseling and provide insight related to organizational document management. Organizational document management takes the form of archiving and creating correspondence documents related to the tasks and activities carried out by the The Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council. In order for the document management process to run well, human resources are needed who have adequate knowledge and expertise regarding document administration. The limited number of human resources who understand document management is an obstacle for the Hidayatul Mubtadi' Ta'lim Council. in. Based on the conditions above, we intend to hold community service activities at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council in the form of training in the use of Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). The method used in this community service activity is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), where participants are given direct training to solve existing problems. The method used for data collection is direct observation (observation) and interviews with partners. The final result of this activity is participants gain knowledge and experience in using information technology to support activities in the ta'lim assembly.

Abstract

Optimizing the management of zakat funds can be used to empower the economy of the poor so as to reduce poverty levels. Therefore, there needs to be a body tasked with managing zakat funds so that they can provide optimal contributions to the community. The zakat administrators of the Roudhotul Jannah Taman Cipulir Estate Mosque were given the task of collecting and managing zakat funds from mosque congregations. This service is carried out by writing in a book and inputting zakat funds through the zakat management website. The weakness of the current zakat management is that the data collection process for muzakki and mustahiq is still carried out by zakat administrators, causing the administration process to be slow. Apart from that, prospective muzakki who are outside the mosque environment cannot be served well. Based on the conditions above, training and assistance in managing zakat is needed for the zakat administrators of the Raudhotul Jannah Mosque in order to create optimal services. The method used in this activity is training and mentoring. This activity takes the form of training on the use of mobile application-based zakat management applications for zakat administrators. Based on the evaluation of the implementation of this community service activity, the percentage of partner satisfaction was 88% and the percentage of mobile application-based zakat management application testing was 96%, so it is hoped that there will be an increase in knowledge and understanding regarding good zakat governance and can continue to be used in the future..

Abstract

Residents in the neighborhood of Rukun Tetangga 03 Rukun Warga 02 Pondok Jati Jurangmangu Barat Pondok Aren mostly belong to the lower middle class. Most of the residents in this RT 03 environment run their business businesses such as warungs, drinking water supply services, cellphone counters, workshops, printing houses, internet cafes, house rentals/rents, vehicle rentals, vehicle care services, midwives, and furniture. Although some business actors have used information technology tools to support their business, their use is limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Residents do not understand how to sell and market products using information technology tools. E-Commerce technology is a technology used to conduct business transactions that occur on electronic networks. E-Commerce technology can help market products, especially when implementing large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). Based on the above conditions, we conducted training to build a business using Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) technology for residents to foster an entrepreneurial spirit based on information technology. the methodology in this community service activity uses the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach which consists of the identification of problems, planning activities, implementing activities, monitoring activities, and evaluating community service activities. The output of this community service activity is that the residents of Rukun Tetangga 03 Rukun Warga 02 Pondok Jati Jurangmangu Barat Pondok Aren gain knowledge and experience on how to use E-Commerce technology to support their business activities. For this community service activity to run optimally, it is necessary to provide assistance during the adaptation process of E-Commerce technology and conduct training on digital marketing in the future.

Abstract

Clashy.id adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa perawatan kecantikan, kosmetik, dan perawatan pribadi untuk laki-laki dan perempuan dari berbagai usia. Saat ini, Clashy.id belum memiliki sistem online yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti menganalisis dan merancang sebuah sistem dengan menggunakan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) menggunakan pendekatan framework of Dynamic CRM dan dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan kerangka kerja Laravel. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengelola hubungan antara Clashy.id dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan pelayanan serta loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, pengumpulan dokumen, perancangan prototype, serta memberikan kesimpulan dan saran. Hasil penelitian adalah sebuah prototype E-CRM yang mencakup fitur login, data pelanggan, pendaftaran online, kehadiran, konsultasi online, promosi, pengumuman, dan penanganan keluhan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan membantu kelancaran proses bisnis dan komunikasi bagi kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran telah menjadi hal yang penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan daya tarik pembelajaran. Salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan adalah Microsoft PowerPoint, yang memungkinkan pembuat materi pembelajaran untuk menyajikan informasi dengan cara yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Namun, tidak semua tenaga pengajar memiliki keterampilan yang memadai dalam menggunakan PowerPoint untuk membuat materi pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan dilaksanakan pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga pengajar SMA Yadika 6 Pondok Aren dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang menarik menggunakan Power Point. Hasil dari pelatihan didapatkan nilai rata-rata untuk kepuasan terhadap materi yang disampaikan menunjukan nilai 86%, sedangkan nilai untuk nilai kepuasan terhadap intruktur pelatih dalam menyampaikan materi didapatkan hasil 90%. Dengan demikian kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan membantu tenaga pendidik dalam menyiapkan materi pembelajaran dan pekerjaan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong pegawai untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai, terutama dalam penguasaan aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft Word. Aplikasi ini memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung produktivitas kerja. Namun terdapat pegawai yang hanya memanfaatkan fitur dasar aplikasi ini, sehingga potensi produktivitasnya belum sepenuhnya tereksplorasi. Microsoft Word memiliki berbagai fitur lanjutan yang, jika dikuasai, dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, seperti pembuatan dokumen profesional, pengelolaan tabel, pengaturan format otomatis, hingga fitur kolaborasi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk membantu pegawai memahami dan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur tersebut secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bermaksud untuk melatih penggunaan Microsoft Word agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai yang berhubungan dengan teknologi informasi. Metode yang digunakan berupa Observasi, pelatihan, dan survei, dengan memberikan soal-soal pre-test dan juga post-test terkait penguasaan Microsoft Word. Pelatihan melibatkan materi yang dirancang secara bertahap, mulai dari pengenalan fitur dasar hingga eksplorasi fitur lanjutan. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini menghasilkan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 50.5, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test sebesar 86, sehingga terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 70.3%. Dengan demikian kegiatan pelatihan ini lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, pelatihan serupa dapat direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

During the year 2022, The Indonesian National Police (POLRI) received 113 reports related to the spread of hoax news related to 2024 Indonesian Election (PEMILU). There are still relatively few hoax detection tools that already exist in Indonesia. This research creates a system that can detect hoax news in Indonesian tweets about the Indonesian Election (PEMILU) 2024 by comparing three methods, namely K-NN, SVM, and Random Forest. The process of labeling (create model) using validation on ground truth data, namely cekfakta.tempo, cekfakta.kompas, and turnbackhoax.id. In this research, we also check the differences between different types of distance measurements in applying the K-NN algorithm. The method used for feature extraction in this research is TF-IDF. The results of experiments show that the highest accuracy results are obtained using the SVM and K-NN algorithms with distance measurements using Euclidean Distance, which is 86.36%. The best precision value is obtained using the K-NN algorithm with distance measurements using Manhattan Distance, which is 86.95%.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membantu digitalisasi informasi produk pada UMKM Dapur Kalysa melalui pemanfaatan platform Blogger sebagai media promosi daring. Sebelum kegiatan dilakukan, mitra hanya mengandalkan status WhatsApp untuk menyampaikan informasi produk kepada pelanggan. Hal ini menyebabkan proses komunikasi yang tidak efisien karena mitra harus menjawab pertanyaan serupa secara berulang, seperti bahan baku yang digunakan, durasi pembuatan, hingga harga dan ketentuan pemesanan. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim PKM memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra untuk membuat serta mengelola blog sederhana yang menampilkan informasi produk secara lengkap dan terstruktur. Blogger dipilih sebagai solusi karena sifatnya yang gratis, mudah digunakan, tidak memerlukan pengaturan teknis yang kompleks seperti halnya WordPress, serta memungkinkan mitra untuk secara mandiri memperbarui konten sewaktu-waktu. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra mampu membuat dan mengoperasikan blog untuk menampilkan katalog produk, informasi pemesanan, dan testimoni pelanggan. Digitalisasi ini tidak hanya mengurangi beban komunikasi berulang, tetapi juga meningkatkan profesionalitas dan jangkauan promosi produk secara daring. Blogger terbukti menjadi alternatif praktis dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM dalam membangun kehadiran digital tanpa menambah beban biaya.
