Abstract

This study aims to describe the sleep quality characteristics of ESRD patients undergoing Hemodialysis at dr. Bratanata Jambi. This research method is observational research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that based on the characteristics of ESRD undergoing Hemodialysis, the majority were female (61.10%), the mother's education level was low (58.35%), the average duration of Hemodialysis was 3.72 ± 1.17, the average age average 53.33 ± 4.35. In conclusion, the characteristics that affect the sleep quality of ESRD patients undergoing Hemodialysis are gender, low level of education, age 45-59 Keywords: Hemodialysis, Sleep Quality, Duration of HD, Education, Age

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kelembagaan dan kemampuan agribisnis Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Maju Bersama di Kelurahan Bungus Barat, Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung, Kota Padang. Program dilaksanakan selama enam bulan (Juli–Desember 2025) dengan melibatkan 22 anggota KWT. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, demonstrasi, pendampingan partisipatif, dan konsultasi berkelanjutan melalui grup WhatsApp. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan mencakup penguatan dinamika kelompok, penyusunan Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART), pendampingan legalitas dan registrasi Simluhtan, pelatihan pengolahan telur asin, nugget ayam, dan produk olahan ikan, serta penyuluhan sistem pertanian terintegrasi padi–sapi–itik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat pengetahuan peserta meningkat dari 47,64 ± 1,07 menjadi 81,13 ± 1,34 atau sebesar 70,28%. Selain itu, kelompok berhasil menyusun AD/ART dan menyelesaikan registrasi Simluhtan. Program ini efektif dalam memperkuat kelembagaan kelompok, meningkatkan kapasitas agribisnis, serta mendukung pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan.

Abstract

This article describes the results of the community service activities for training, coaching and mentoring on producer dadih groups in the District Tilatang Kamang . This activity aims to: 1) increase the motivation of entrepreneurial partners; 2) increase the insight and knowledge of maintenance management buffaloes; 3) improve the ability of the partners to diversify into multiple product dadih and 4) developing the marketing area. The results of this activity are: 1) increase the entrepreneurial spirit partner as efforts to support the development of the group; 2) Activity buffaloes maintenance management counselling can improve insight and knowledge in raising livestock breeder buffalo; 3) Training and the pilot was able to increase revenue diversification dadih and 4) The promotion and development of network marketing has been used as a marketing strategy to increase the production volume of business groups.

Abstract

Sustainable livestock development is a strategic issue in global and national agricultural systems, particularly in the beef cattle subsector, which plays an important role in providing animal protein, increasing rural household incomes, and strengthening food security. This study aims to evaluate the sustainability level of beef cattle farming in Koto XI Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, and to examine the influence of economic, social, environmental, and institutional dimensions on overall sustainability performance. A survey approach was applied involving 30 farmers selected through quota and snowball sampling techniques. Sustainability status and its determining factors were analyzed using Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). The results of the study show that the economic dimension has a sustainability index value of 60,80, which is in the category of fairly sustainable, the social dimension has an index of 47,95, which is less sustainable, and the environmental dimension has a sustainability index of 60,46 or is in the category of fairly sustainable. Key leverage attributes include market access (economic), livestock security from theft (social), the use of crop residues as feed (environmental), and government support programs (institutional). herefore, increasing the sustainability of smallholder beef cattle farming requires an integrated and sustainable development approach, with an emphasis on strengthening the social dimension as the main limiting factor, without ignoring the optimization of the economic and environmental dimensions.
