Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh DPR dan leverage terhadap return saham dan bagaimana CSR dapat memoderasi DPR (Dividen Payout Ratio) dan leverage terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI pada sub sektor perbankan pada tahun 2014-2016, berdasarkan teknik purposive random sampling diperoleh data penelitian sebanyak 35 perusahaan perbankan. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa DPR mempengaruhi return saham sedangkan leverage dalam hal ini diproksikan dengan DER (Debt Equity Ratio) tidak mempengaruhi return saham. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap return saham tidak memiliki efek moderasi.Kata Kunci: DPR, leverage, return saham, CSR

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate how much the influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and teacher competence on teacher work performance in the State Junior High School environment in the Purwokerto District area. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey technique through the distribution of questionnaires to 190 teacher respondents, who were selected using the convenience sampling method. The data obtained was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings of the study revealed that the leadership of school principals showed a positive and significant relationship to teacher performance. Teacher competence shows a positive and insignificant relationship. Meanwhile, organizational culture shows a negative and insignificant relationship with teacher performance. These results confirm the importance of the strategic role of school principals in encouraging teacher performance improvement through effective leadership. The implications of this study suggest that schools should focus more on strengthening leadership and developing organizational culture and teacher competencies in an integrated and sustainable manner. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality and Perceived Price on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions among the general public in Purwokerto, using non-probability sampling techniques and involving 124 respondents.  The research variables include four independent variables, namely the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Perceived Price Qualityice one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions.  The method used in this research is quantitative research and distributing questionnaires to representative respondents, namely respondents who have used Wardah products and live in Purwokerto.  This questionnaire technique uses a Likert scale and distributes the questionnaire online via Google Form.  Because the population in this study is unknown.  In this research, determining the sample size refers to Roscoe's research.  The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis, with data processing carried out using IBM SPSS 26 Statistics. The research results show that Brand Awareness and Perceived Price have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, while Brand Association and Perceived Price have a negative influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence Taste, Packgaging, Price and Innovation on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto. This type of research is a quantitative method. In data collection techniques, researchers used surveys and distributed questionnaires in Purwokerto. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a research sample of 153 respondents. The results of this study show that Taste has a positive effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto, Packgaging has a positive effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto, Price has no effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto and Innovation has no effect on Teh Desa Purchase Intention among Students in Purwokerto.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze trust, customer satisfaction, brand image, and experience on the loyalty of iPhone users in Purwokerto. The iPhone product is a smartphone brand produced by Apple, Inc., and is currently very popular with the public because it has an image as a top-notch mobile phone with unique features and appearances that are not owned by other brands. This study is a quantitative study with a sample of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 25.00 software. The results of the study show that: 1) Trust has a significant positive effect on loyalty, 2) Customer satisfaction does not has a significant positive effect on loyalty, 3) Brand image has a significant positive effect on loyalty, and 4) Experience have a not significant positive effect on loyalty. These results indicate that trust, customer satisfaction, and brand image are important factors in increasing the loyalty of iPhone users in Purwokerto.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Work-Family Conflict, Workload, Non-Financial Compensation, and Employee Work Stress on Employee Turnover Intention at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. This study uses primary data and is a type of quantitative research. Employees at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga, with a population of 160 people, using a purposive sampling method with a minimum service period of 1 year. The analysis test in this study are using multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that Non-Financial Compensation and job stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. However, Work-Family Conflict and Workload have no impact on Turnover Intention
