Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan bagian integral yang sangat penting dalam satuan pendidikan Indonesia. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan manajemen pendidikan karakter yang baik secara keseluruhan. Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konsep perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi manajemen program pendidikan karakter berbasis Islamic boarding school di MI Unggulan Annur Peterongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif berjenis penelitian lapangan. Sedangkan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan empat tahapan yaitu: (1) pengumpulan data, (2) kondesasi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan manajemen program pendidikan karakter siswa diawali dengan adanya rapat awal tahun, dan dilanjutkan dengan menetapkan visi misi madrasah, memasukan program pendidikan karakter pada visi madrasah dan kurikulum pembelajaran yang terdokumentasi dalam dokumen kurikulum madrasah, dan mensosialisasikan program pendidikan karakter kepada seluruh warga sekolah. Implementasi manajemen program pendidikan karakter di MI Unggulan Annur Peterongan adalah mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter ke dalam mata pelajaran, mengintegrasikan pendidikan karakter pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, menerapkan keteladanan, dan pembiasaan rutin sehari-hari di asrama. Evaluasi manajemen program pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Unggulan Annur Peterongan dilakukan evaluasi secara formal, evaluasi dari pihak kepala sekolah hingga guru, dan evaluasi yang terintegrasi dengan asrama dan kegiatan siswa di madrasah.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pendidikan Karakter, Islamic Boarding School. Abstract: The results of the research show that planning for student character education program management begins with a meeting at the beginning of the year, and continues with establishing the madrasah vision and mission, including the character education program in the madrasah vision and learning curriculum documented in the madrasah curriculum document, and socializing the character education program to all residents school. The implementation of character education program management at MI Unggulan Annur Peterongan is integrating character education into subjects, integrating character education into extracurricular activities, implementing role models, and getting used to daily routines in the dormitory. The evaluation of the management of the character education program at the Annur Peterongan Superior Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was carried out by a formal evaluation, an evaluation from the principal to the teachers, and an evaluation that was integrated with the dormitories and student activities at the madrasah.Keywords: Management, Character Education, Islamic Boarding School.

Education is a process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature humans through teaching and training. Islamic Religious Education is a conscious effort made by teachers in order to prepare them. In education, strategy means an outline of the direction that is carried out or taken to achieve a predetermined target. Teachers as sources who provide teaching and students as objects who gain knowledge. In this research, qualitative methods are used, where researchers want to get results directly from what happens in the field. The main objective is to find out the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in Megaluh state elementary schools, as well as how to implement child-friendly learning in these schools, along with supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning. The methods used include field observations, interviews and existing documentation. And the results of the implementation of child-friendly learning at the Megaluh State Elementary School have gone well. This can be seen from well-structured learning, the teacher is the main supporter in achieving the expected learning goals.

This research aims to describe the management of the tahfidz curriculum for the acceleration and retention program for memorizing the Qur'an at the Hamalatul Qur'an Pondok Center in Jogoroto, Jombang. And This reasearch uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used interviews, documentation observation and triangulation. Analysis techniques include data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the management of the tahfidz curriculum for the acceleration and retention program of Pondok Hamalatul Qur'an Center Jogoroto Jombang was carried out in several stages, namely, strategic planning, implementation of the daily activity schedule and evaluation of the activity program. The supporting factors for managing the tahfidz curriculum are getting full back up by caregivers, free education costs and a conducive environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are human resources who have not yet mastered management, infrastructure which is still inadequate and the ustadz's lack of knowledge in child psychology.

This research is motivated by a number of discrepancies between the reality of educational h}adi>th quotation and the standard of the hadith quotation of the hadith. These divergences include the differences in the reference to educational hadith, assessment and process of understanding. This study aims to explain the motivation behind the citation of the educational hadith; classifying forms of educational hadith references, managing the validity of the educational hadith, categorizing the process of understanding the hadith; identifying the problems faced by educational hadith quoters, and then submitting the solution. This research applies integrative design between field research and library research. This study argues that the background of the educational hadith quotation revolves around the belief in the relevance between hadith and education; there are many discrepancies between the reality of the educational hadith quotation and the standard excerpt of the hadith; the problem of the educational hadith citation revolves around the ignorance of the hadith sciences and the difficulty of access to the primary reference to the hadith. This article then offers a solution that is to use the digital library of the hadith.
