Abstract

Preeclampsia is a special condition during pregnancy where hypertension and proteinuria occur after 20 weeks of gestation in mothers who have had normal blood pressure. Symptoms that arise in preeclampsia are edema, hypertension, and proteinuria. Caused by many factors, one of which is obesity. Women with bnormal weight have a greater risk of preeclampsia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of weight gain during pregnancy to the incidence of preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a population of 117 mothers and a sample of 91 mothers who were in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, this study was conducted on 6-9 May 2019. The research instrument used was the recapitulation sheet. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between weight gain during pregnancy and the incidence of preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. The Chi Square test results show that the value of ? value is 0.022, then 0.022 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a Relationship between Increasing Weight During Pregnancy with the incidence of Preeclampsia in Gambiran Hospital, Kediri City. Suggested for next researchers for to discuss more deeply the causes of the most dominant preeclampsia. Keywords: Peer Education, Reproductive Health, Adolescent Knowledge, Adolescent Attitudes

Abstract

The incidence of dysmenorrhea itself according to the World Health Organization is quite high throughout the world. On average in European countries, dysmenorrhea occurs in about 45 until 97Percent of women. With the lowest prevalence in Bulgaria 8.8Percent and the highest reaching 94Percent in Finland. In Indonesia, the figure is estimated at 55Percent of productive women whose activities are disrupted by dysmenorrhea. This type of research is Literature Review using databases including Google Schoolar, ScienceDirect, GARUDA and Research Gate. This article search used the PEOS formula. There are research results showing that respondents have a good level of knowledge, sufficient and less. Respondents handled dysmenorrhea by consuming anchovies painkillers, compressing warm water, eating nutritious foods, exercising lightly and reducing caffeine consumption.

Abstract

Covid-19 infection is more common in expectant mothers. than people who are not expecting. This causes pregnant women to experience anxiety and even depression if they are not treated immediately. The pandemic caused by COVID-19 can psychologically cause increased levels of tension and anxiety brought on by worry about spreading disease and its effects. The objective of the study was to identify the triggering factors for anxiety in during the Covid-19 epidemic, expectant mothers. The design of the study was cross-sectional research design. The sample included several expecting mothers in Mojoroto District, Kediri City as many as 67 respondents. The data collection used questionnaire. The data analysis used ordinal regression. The results showed the p-value of pregnancy complications (0.034), limited food ingredients (0.047), history of depression (0.000), environment (0.001), loss of caregiver (0.000) which meant these variables affected the occurrence of anxiety during the Covid-19 epidemic in expecting mothers. COVID-19 increased the risk of complications in expecting mothers, besides that social restrictions also caused limited food ingredients, difficulty getting caregivers. This caused pregnant women to experience depression. The covid pandemic had also caused many deaths and generating worry in expectant mothers. The conclusion is that the triggering factors for pregnancy-related stress and the Covid-19 epidemic pregnancy complications, limited food ingredients, a history of depression, anxiety about the environment and anxiety about losing a caregiver

Abstract

KB pasca salin adalah penggunaan kontrasepsi pada masa nifas sampai dengan 42 hari setelah melahirkan. KB pasca salin penting untuk mencegah kehamilan yang tidak tepat waktu dan berjarak dekat karena dapat mencegah risiko morbiditas ibu dan hasil bayi yang buruk. Pengetahuan sangat penting untuk menunjang keikutsertaan KB. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengakaji jurnal hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang KB pasca salin dengan keikutsertaan menjadi akseptor KB. Metode yang digunakan sistem review yang mencari satu kesamaan dalam literature jurnal tersebut dan ditarik kesimpulan sesuai tujuan khusus. keyword (“Pengetahuan ibu nifas” OR “Keikutsertaan” OR “KB pasca salin”. Analisis dari telaah jurnal mengkaji pengetahuan akseptor, 7 dari 10 artikel berpengetahuan baik, 1 artikel berpengetahuan cukup, 2 artikel berpengetahuan kurang, sebagian besar mengetahui metode suntik dan implan. Pengetahuan baik, status pendidikan ibu membawa peran penting dalam keikutsertaan KB. Mengkaji pengetahuan KB pasca salin dengan keikutsertaan menjadi akseptor KB, 6 artikel berpengetahuan baik dan ikut KB pasca salin, 1 artikel berpengetahuan baik tidak ikut KB pasca salin, 1 artikel berpengetahuan baik dan ikut KB pasca salin, 2 artikel yang berpengetahuan kurang tidak ikut KB. Hasil dari penelitian semakin baik pengetahuan maka semakin besar potensi mengguakan kontrasepsi pasca salin, Kesimpulan Pengetahuan ibu dapat mempengaruhi keikutsertaan menjadi akseptor KB.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenularan HIV-AIDS di Indonesia berkembang cepat, salah satu pemicunya adalah karena perilaku seksual yang berisiko, termasuk perilaku seksual pada pelanggan WPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan kondom pada pelanggan WPS di Semampir Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan explanatory research dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data kualitatif dilakukan sebagai triangulasi digunakan untuk mendukung hasil analisis kuantitatif yang digali dari WPS dan mucikari sebagai cross check jawaban pelanggan WPS, cara yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara mendalam dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) pada WPS dan mucikari. Besar sampel adalah 66 orang. Analisa data secara univariat, bivariat dengan chi-square dan multivariat dengan regresi logistik. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar responden (71,2%) berperilaku konsisten dalam menggunakan kondom.Kata kunci: wanita pekerja seks (WPS), pelanggan WPS, kondom, konsistenABSTRACTCondoms Use Behavior Among Female Sex Worker’s Clients In Semampir Of Kediri;Transmission of HIV-AIDS in Indonesia is growing fast, one of the triggers are due to risky sexual behavior, including sexual behavior in FSW’s clients. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of condom use on the FSW’s clients in Semampir Kediri. This study used quantitative methods to the design of explanatory research with cross sectional approach. A triangulation of qualitative data used to support the results of quantitative analysis were excavated from WPS and pimps as a cross check answers FSW’s clients, the means used was to in-depth interviews and FGDs (Focus Group Discussion) on the FSW and pimps. Sample size was 66 people. Univariate data analysis, with chi-square bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results showed most respondents (71.2%) behave consistent in using condoms.Variables related to condom use behavior in FSW were knowledge, perception of vulnerability, severity perceived, benefits perceived, barriers perceived and perceived ability to self (self-efficacy), the availability of condoms, condom regulation, support of friends and support of FSW. Support of friend was the most influential variable on the practice of using condoms to FSW’s clients and the OR value was 19.218.Key words: female sex workers (FSW), FSW’s clients, condom, consistent
