Abstract

Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 36 of 2014, Health Service is any effort or activity that is carried out in an integrated, integrated and sustainable manner to maintain and improve the health status of the community in the form of disease prevention, health improvement, disease treatment, and health restoration by the government and or the community. Health services are a sub-system of health services whose main purpose is preventive (prevention) and promotive (health improvement) services with community targets. This type of research is a quantitative research that is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design which aims to determine the relationship between nursing services and BPJS patient satisfaction inpatients at Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital which was observed at the same time. The population of this study were all outpatients, determined using a total sampling of 35 people. The data were processed using the chi square test at a 95% confidence level (? = 5%). The results of this study indicate that there is no relationship between nursing service on tangible dimensions (0.321> 05), empathy (0.130> 0.05), and responsiveness (0.526> 0.05), while reliability (0.652> 0.05). assurance (0.530>0.50)). With patient satisfactio bpjs patient satisfaction is inpatient at grandmed Lubuk Pakam hospital. The conclusion in this study is that there is no relationship between nursing service end satisfaction of inpatient BPJS Patients at grandmed Lubuk Pakam hospital.

Abstract

Low breastmilk production is a major problem for new mothers, apart from drowning or flat nipples, swollen breasts, babies who are reluctant to breastfeed because of improper techniques or babies with short tongues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving soy milk on increasing breast milk production in post-partum mothers at the Juwita Primary Clinic in 2020. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research design with one group pretest posttest. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers four to ten days post partum, the sample in this study was 10 respondents using accidental sampling technique in accordance with the inclusion criteria. Based on the results of this study, it was found that before soy milk intervention was given as many as 70% complained that their milk was a little smooth and 30% smooth, while after being given soy milk intervention, 40% smooth milk and 60% very smooth milk were obtained. Based on the research results obtained P-value 0.004 <0.05. This means that there is an effect of giving soy milk on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers. The conclusion is that giving soy milk has a positive effect on increasing breast milk production in postpartum mothers.

Abstract

ASI dengan kualitas produksi yang sedikit tentu menjadi masalah bagi ibu yang sedang berada masa pasca nifas. Ada berbagai faktor yang menjadi penyebab seperti puting yang datar atau tenggelam, payudara ibu yang bengkak, teknik menyusui kurang tepat atau bahkan karena lidah bayi yang pendek. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan ini merupakan suatu pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengolah bahan pangan (kedelai) sehingga kandungan gizinya lebih meningkat serta lebih efisien dalam konsumsinya untuk capaian tujuan yaitu meningkatnya kualitas produksi ASI. Berbagai penelitian menyatakan bahwa susu kedelai dinilai mampu meningkatkan kualitas produksi ASI. Vitamin E yang terkandung dalam susu kedelai tidak hanya berperan untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit saja melainkan juga berperan dalam meningkatkan produksi hormon phytoestrogen yang dapat membantu kelenjar susu ibu dapat memproduksi ASI lebih banyak. Pengolahan susu kacang kedelai juga dinilai lebih efisien daripada konsumsi obat pelancar ASI yang notabene lebih sulit diperoleh terkhusus di daerah pedesaan. Pemilihan metode pelatihan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah agar capaian tujuan PKM akan lebih efisien daripada pemberian informasi dengan metode penyuluhan. Pelatihan pengolahan susu kedelai dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan ibu pasca nifas yang mengalami kurangnya produksi ASI. Jangka waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah selama 4 hari dengan jumlah sasaran 50 ibu pasca nifas yang berada di Desa Tanjung Beringin. Pada akhir kegiatan PKM, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan para ibu dalam pengolahan kacang kedelai menjadi susu kedelai. Kata Kunci: Penyuluhan; ASI; Susu Kedelai

Abstract

In human interactions, communication is a highly special and important activity. It is a complex process that incorporates behavior and enables people to communicate to one another and the environment around them. In this study, the authors sought to understand how the internal personnel of Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital interacted with patients. This study is a qualitative descriptive one, and the methods used for data collecting include in-depth interviews, non-participant observation techniques, and literature review. A purposive sample method was used to choose the informants. Analysis of the data acquired using the Miles and Huberman interaction model, and source triangulation was used to determine the accuracy of the data itself. Based on the data, it can be concluded that applied interpersonal communication is divided into four stages: pre-interaction, action, evaluation, and documentation. The staff employs particular strategies and attitudes when speaking with patients. Interpersonal communication depends on how staff and patients get along. The ability to take meaningful action for patients and helping patients clarify and lessen the weight of their feelings and ideas are two aims that staff and patients collaborate to attain through a strong nurse-patient relationship.
