Abstract

The incidence of medical errors in Indonesia remains high, one of which is related to the provision of informed consent. Surgical procedures require informed consent, and one effort to reduce patient anxiety is by providing comprehensive information about the surgery through informed consent. Additionally, this process helps patients feel more confident and trusting toward the medical procedures performed by doctors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between informed consent provision and the level of anxiety in patients undergoing elective surgery at RSUD Waled, Cirebon Regency. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to elective surgery patients at RSUD Waled, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that 67.1% of patients received complete informed consent, while 32.9% received incomplete informed consent. The levels of patient anxiety were categorized as follows: no anxiety (31.5%), mild anxiety (26.0%), moderate anxiety (9.6%), severe anxiety (8.2%), and very severe anxiety (21.9%). The findings indicate a significant correlation between informed consent provision and the level of anxiety in patients undergoing elective surgery at RSUD Waled, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rahasia Kedokteran Rentan Menimbulkan Kerugian Yang Tidak Hanya Berpotensi Dilakukan oleh Pihak Tidak Berwenang Tetapi juga Oleh Pihak yang Berkewajiban. Sehingga Pengetahuan dan Sikap Tentang Rahasia Kedokteran Dinilai Penting Karena Dapat Menujang Kinerja Dokter, Dokter Gigi atau Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Tahap Profesi. Dalam Pembukaan Rahasia Kedokteran Cenderung Kurang Mendapatkan Perhatian, Sehingga Menimbulkan Terjadinya Sengketa Medis Antar Para Pihak Didalam Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Kesehatan.Penelitian Ini Bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan dengan Sikap Mahasiswa Program Studi Profesi Dokter Tentang Rahasia Kedokteran Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Kesehatan.Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Cross Sectional Melalui Pendekatan Observasional Analitik. Subjek Yang Digunakan adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi Profesi Dokter Angkatan 2019. Teknik Pengambilan Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Menggunakan  Total Sampling Dengan Analisis Data Menggunakan Spearman Test. Instrumen Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Kuesioner Yang Telah Dilakukan Uji Validitas Dan Reliabilitas.Responden Di Dalam Penelitian Ini Memiliki Tingkat Pengetahuan tentang Rahasia Kedokteran Sebanyak (53.8%) Dengan Kategori Cukup Dan Responden Yang Memiliki Sikap Tentang Rahasia Kedokteran Sebanyak (50.5%) Dengan Kategori Baik. Hasil Analisis Data Menunjukkan Adanya Hubungan Yang Signifikan Pada Variabel Pengetahuan Dan Sikap (Uji Spearman P-Value = 0.048, Koefisien Korelasi = 0.206).Terdapat Hubungan Yang Signifikan Antara Tingkat Pengetahuan dengan Sikap Mahasiswa Program Studi Profesi Dokter Tentang Rahasia Kedokteran Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Kesehatan.Abstract : The Secrets of Medicine are Vulnerable to Causing Harm that Can Potentially Be Perpetrated Not Only by Unauthorized Parties but Also by Those Who are Obligated to Uphold Them. Thus, Knowledge And Attitude About the Secrets of Medicine are Considered Important as They Can Support the Performance of Doctors, Dentists, or Medical Students in Their Proffesional Phase. In the Opening of Medical Confidentiality, There Tends to be Less Attention, Thus Giving Rise to Medical Disputes Between Parties in the Provision of Health Services. This Study Aims to Determine Correlation of the Level Knowledge and Attitude of Students in the Doctor Professional Study Program Regarging the Secrets Of Medical Based on Health Law. This Study Uses a Cross-Sectional Method Through an Analytical Observational Approach. The Subjects Used are Students from the 2019 of the Medical Profession Study Program. The Sampling Technique in This Study uses Total Sampling, with Data Analysis Conducted Using the Spearmen Test. The Research Instrument used is a  Questionnaire That has Undergone Validity and Reliability Testing. Respondents in This Study Have a Level of Knowledge about Medical Secrets Of (53.8%) Categorized as Sufficient, and Respondents with Attitude Towards Medical Secrets Amount To  (50.5%) Categorized As Good. The Result of the Data Analysis Indicate a Significant Correlation of Knowledge and Attitude Variables (Spearman Test P-Value = 0.048, Correlation Coefficient = 0.206). There is a Significant Correlation of the Level  Knowledge and Attitude of Students in the Doctor Professional Study Program Regarging the Secrets of Medical Based on Health Law.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Mutu pelayanan BPJS diidentifikasi dimensi kualitas servis yaitu kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik sebagai dasar pelayanan yang berkualitas. Kepuasan pasien merupakan perasaan pasien yang timbul sebagai akibat dari kinerja pelayanan kesehatan yang diperolehnya setelah pasien membandingkannya dengan apa yang diharapkan dengan kenyataanya. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Pekalongan. Metode : Metode observasional analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Responden sebanyak 67 orang dipilih dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Pengambilan data dengan pengisian kuesioner. Data didapat dan dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Chi Square dan Regresi Logistik. Hasil : Hasil analisis Bivariat didapatkan nilai p-value=0,000 (< 0,05) pada hubungan lima dimensi (Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, Bukti Fisik) Mutu Pelayanan dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah di Pekalongan. Hasil analisis Multivariat didapatkan empati dengan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 45,966, bukti fisik dengan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 36,521, kehandalan dengan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 31,594, daya tanggap dengan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 17,540, dan jaminan dengan nilai Exp(B) sebesar 6,382. Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan Mutu Pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan dengan Kepuasan Pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pekalongan. Empati menjadi variabel yang memiliki hubungan paling dominan dengan kepuasan pasien. Kata Kunci : Mutu Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pasien, Dimensi Mutu Pelayanan. Background : BPJS service quality is identified by dimensions of Service Quality, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence as the basis for quality services. Patient satisfaction is a patient's feeling that arises as a result of the performance of health services he gets after the patient compares it with what is expected with reality. Purposes : Knowing the relationship between the quality of BPJS Health services and patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of the Di Pekalongan Regional General Hospital. Methods : Analytic observational method with Cross Sectional design. Sixty seven respondents were selected using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. Data collection was done by filling out a questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Chi Square correlation test and Logistics Regression. Result : The results of the Bivariate analysis all obtained p-value = 0.000 (<0.05) in a five-dimensional relationship (Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Attention, Physical Evidence) Quality of Service and Patient Satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of the Di Pekalongan General Hospital. Multivariate analysis results obtained attention with an Exp (B) value of 45.966, physical evidence with an Exp (B) value of 36.521, reliability with an Exp (B) value of 31.594, responsiveness with an Exp (B) value of 17.540, and assurance with a value of Exp(B) is 6,382. Discussion : There is a relationship between BPJS Health Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of the Pekalongan Regional General Hospital. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kematian akibat kecelakaan di jalan merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular dengan jumlahkematian tertinggi. Jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas terus meningkat di tiap tahunnya. Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang palingfatal adalah penggunaan sepeda motor, kendaraan ini merupakan kendaraan paling tidak aman namun paling banyakdigunakan oleh masyarakat terutama kaum muda.Tujuan: Mengetahui Karakteristik pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas di RSUD Arjawinangun tahun 2020.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yaitu deskriptif retrospektif dari data rekam medis pasienkecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor tahun 2020 pada rawat jalan dan rawat inap di RSUD Arjawinangun KabupatenCirebon. Menggunakan analisis statistik univariat.Hasil: Dari 135 sampel didapatkan pasien kecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor pada kelompok usia 25-45 tahun(34,8%) dan paling banyak pada laki-laki (77,8%). Berdarkan jenis traumanya paling banyak dari trauma primer(96,3%) dan menyebabkan korban kecelakaan luka ringan (56,3%). Lokasi luka paling banyak yang ditemukan padakepala serta pada kepala dan ekstremitas inferior (21,5%).Kesimpulan: korban kecelakaan lalu lintas sepeda motor ditemukan paling banyak pada laki-laki pada usia 25-45tahun, dengan jenis trauma primer serta paling banyak berdampak luka ringan. Untuk lokasi perlukaan di dominasipada bagian kepala serta luka multiple pada bagian kepala dan kaki.Kata Kunci: karakteristik, pasien, kecelakaan lalu lintas, sepeda motor.ABSTRACTBackgrounds: Road accident deaths are one of the non-communicable diseases with the highest number of deaths.The number of traffic accident continues to increase every year. The most fatal traffic accident is the use ofmotorcycles, motorcycle the most unsafe vehicle but is most widely used by the public, especially young people.Objectives: To know the characteristics on motorcycle of road accident patients in RSUD Arjawinangun 2020.Methods: This study is an observational research, which is descriptive retrospective from medical record data formotorcycle road accident patients on outpatient and inpatient treatment at Arjawinangun Hospital, Cirebon Regencyin 2020. Statistical analysis was performed univariate analysis.Result: the study showed that 135 sample obtained motorcycle road accident patients in the age group of 25-45 years(34.8%) and the most in men (77.8%). The type of trauma was the most of the primary trauma (96.3%) and causedminor injuries (56.3%). The most injury locations were found on the head as well as on the head and inferiorextremities (21.5%).Conclusion: Most of the victims of motorcycle traffic accidents are found most in men at the age of 25-45 years, withthe type of primary trauma and the most minor injuries. The location of the injury is dominated on head and multipleinjuries on the head and feet.
