Abstract

Pemerintah mendorong pendidikan unggul melalui sertifikasi guru. Sertifikasi guru menilai apakah guru dapat melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional, meningkatkan hasil belajar, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru. Banyak variabel yang memengaruhi tingkat kelulusan sertifikasi guru. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana pelatihan dan kompetensi guru secara parsial dan bersamaan berdampak pada sertifikasi guru. SMPN 02 Teluk Nilap, Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir menjadi tuan rumah penelitian tersebut. Survei ini mengambil sampel 52 instruktur. Kuesioner dan file penelitian menyediakan data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data model regresi linier berganda, dan uji t dan uji F pada alpha 5% menguji hipotesis. Nilai signifikansi uji-t dan uji-F lebih rendah dari alpha 5%, menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan kompetensi guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kelulusan sertifikasi guru SMP Negeri 2 Teluk Nilap. Hipotesis penelitian ini diterima dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin sering intensitas pelatihan guru diikuti dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, maka pengaruh kerjasama terhadap peningkatan tingkat kelulusan guru bersertifikat semakin tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of skill, training and competence on the performance of employees in the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo kampar Regency. The population in this study were 94 employees and the entire population was sampled so that the technique in this study used cencus techniques. As for data analysis carried out by multiple linear regression models. Based on the simulthan test of the study it can be concluded that skill, training and competence affect the performance of employees in the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo kampar Regency. Based on partial results it is know that the skill variable is more dominantly influencing on the performance of employees in the PKS PTPN V Sei Garo Kampar Regency. While the contribution of skill, training and competence variables to the performance of emplooyes variables is strong with equal to 61,9% while the remaining 38,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ASN yang bertugas pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau yang diketahui berjumlah 178 orang pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 178 orang responden, teknik pengambilan sampel tersebut dinamakan dengan teknik sensus jenuh. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket (koesioner), file research dan wawancara dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji kelayakan angket dan analisis persamaan struktural dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau, budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau serta tingkat kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the role of teachers in developing students' emotional intelligence in Al-Kautsar Kindergarten, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by collecting observation, interview and documentation data. The results of the research show that the role of teachers in building children's emotional intelligence at Al Kautsar Kindergarten can be concluded that the role of teachers in building children's emotional intelligence has been implemented well by teachers at school. This can be seen from children's play activities at school, children's behavior, and children's communication with other people, both teachers and friends. The teacher's role in building children's ability to recognize their own emotions is carried out through telling stories, role playing, guessing expressions, and approaching children by speaking directly. The teacher's role in building the ability to manage children's emotions is carried out through storytelling, habituation, role models and approaches to children. The teacher's role in building children's self-motivating abilities is carried out through providing encouragement/motivation, rewards, watching and training to children. The teacher's role in building children's empathetic abilities is carried out through habituation, direct practice, exemplary stories, and role playing. The teacher's role in building children's ability to build relationships with other people is carried out through group learning, project play, and direct practice. Factors that influence child development are parents, environmental factors, peers, school environment, physical changes, changes in interaction patterns with parents, changes in interactions with peers, changes in external views, and changes in interactions with school.
