Abstract

The development of information systems and technology, which is currently increasing rapidly, is urgently needed by an organization, company or individual to process and obtain data or information more easily, quickly and accurately. "X" Hospital has many problems related to patient data and information, staff, schedules, medical records, queues, medicines, treatments, finances, number and effectiveness of employees and rooms, and so on. These problems include the process of entering data and searching, especially if the system does not use a computer, it will be difficult and take a long time. This type of research is quantitative where there are 3 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The researcher conducted multiple linear regression tests to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable and found that system quality had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the "X" Hospital Management Information System. This is evidenced by T count > T table. Information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of hospital management information systems. This is evidenced by T count > T table. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of the "X" Hospital management information system. This is evidenced by T count > T table. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that system quality, information quality, and service quality greatly influence the satisfaction of users of the hospital management information system (SIMRS).

Abstract

Indonesian society still uses plants for traditional medicine, and durian fruit is one example that is used as a traditional remedy (Durio zibethinus M.). The skin of durian fruit (Durio zibethinus M.) contains compounds such as alkaloids, tannins, saponins, and steroids. The results of antioxidant activity tests show that at a concentration of 1%, the skin of durian fruit has a strong antioxidant effect. This research was conducted to test the effectiveness of antioxidants in Peel-Off masks using durian fruit skin extract, as well as to find new innovations in the use of natural ingredients in skin care products. The innovation of Peel-Off masks made from durian fruit skin (Durio zibethinus M.) containing antioxidants can inhibit free radicals and also serve as an anti-aging agent, moisturizing and smoothing the skin. The technique used to determine the level of antioxidant effectiveness is UV Vis spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 516.2 nm with Vitamin C as the positive control, thus obtaining results to calculate the IC50 and AAI values of a sample. The results of this study obtained an IC50 value of 6.912 ppm and an AAI value of 23.148 for the durian fruit skin sample. For the Vitamin C sample, an IC50 value of 2.620 ppm and an AAI value of 61.071 were obtained. These results indicate that the durian fruit skin (Durio zibethinus M.) is a very strong antioxidant because the IC50 value is less than 50 (IC50 <50).

Abstract

Background: Burns are frequent injuries and can cause serious health problems. Turi leaf extract (Sesbania Grandiflora) has been used as a traditional medicine to treat burns. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of ointment from turi leaf extract in healing burns in rabbits. Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of turi leaf extract cream in rabbits' recovery burnsMethods: The study uses experimental research methods with a single factor design. (single factor design). As for the location of this research, it was carried out in the Pharmaceutical Technology Laboratory of semi-solid preparation, Pharmacy Studies Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The study was conducted in the period January-February 2023.  The sample used is fresh turia leaves (Sesbania Grandiflora) that are green and cleaned or disorted, then washed with running water until clean. Samples of turi leaves are dried with winding for 3-5 days. The sample is then sprayed with a blender. The data to be analyzed is the percentage of burn healing obtained by measuring the average diameter of the burn. Measurement is done once a day. Results: The results of the study showed that rabbits who were given turia leaf extract ointment had a faster burn healing process compared to the rabbit who was given regular ointments. The area of burns in rabbits given turia leaf extract ointment is also smaller than the rabbit given regular ointments. The ointment from the turia leaf extract is effective in healing burns in rabbits. The results of this study showed that on the 14th day, burns in mice given the FIII dose group (concentration of 7,5%) had the greatest effect on wound healing, followed by the FII dose group (5%) which had a 99,70% healing percentage. The FI dose group had a healing percentage of 85,69%, a positive control of 90,15%, and a negative control of 63,29%.Conclusion: it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of senggani leaves has the potential to heal burns in rats. The FIII dose group that had the highest concentration showed the greatest effect on wound healing. However, the FII dose group with lower concentrations also showed a significant effect in healing burns in rats.
