Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Work Life Balance (X1) dan Beban Kerja (X2) terhadap terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo sebanyak 58 orang, Pengumpulan data pokok melalui daftar pertanyaan yang diuji melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance (X1) dan Beban Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo. Work Life Balance (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo dan Beban Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Gorontalo.Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Beban Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to find the effect of skills (X1) and capabilities (X2) on the work effectiveness of the employees at PT. Amarta Motor Honda in the City of Gorontalo. The research uses 45 employees as samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, which will then be examined through two stages of test: the validity and reliability test. Then, the result will be continued by conducting the hypnothesis test using the Path Analysis as the analyzing tool. The research applies the Quantitative and the Qualitative method of research.Keywords: skills, capability, work effectiveness.

Abstract

Dual role conflict becomes a threat to household life if working women prioritize work outside the home compared to taking care of the household. It is also important to pay attention to the work life balance in the household as a concern for working women. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of dual role conflict and work life balance on the work motivation of working women with student status in Gorontalo Province. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis. The population in the study was not yet known so that the sampling technique used nonprobability sampling type of purposive sampling where samples were taken based on certain criteria so that the number of samples was 97 respondents. The results of the study showed that partially there was a positive and significant impact of dual role conflict and work life balance on work motivation and simultaneously there was also a positive and significant impact of dual role conflict and work life balance on the work motivation of working women with student status in Gorontalo Province.
