Abstract

In the realm of digital payment systems, the adoption of Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) represents a significant advancement, promising efficiency and convenience in the digital economy. This study investigates the impact of QRIS on customer satisfaction within Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Riau Province. Through a quantitative approach and purposive sampling of 400 respondents, the research employs multiple linear regression analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, T-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) using IBM SPSS version 25. The findings indicate a statistically significant positive relationship between QRIS usage and customer satisfaction among MSMEs in Riau Province. The study contributes valuable insights into the digital payment ecosystem's role in enhancing customer satisfaction, offering strategic guidance for businesses and policymakers. The R² value of 0.759 underscores QRIS variables' substantial explanatory power (75.9%) in influencing customer satisfaction within MSMEs, illuminating avenues for further exploration and application in digital payment innovations.

Abstract

Pineapple Fruit Chips is one of the creations of processed pineapple fruit into snacks. This study aims to determine the potential of the pineapple chips business, determine the results of the analysis of the potential of pineapple chips with SWOT analysis and how the strategy optimises the potential to develop the pineapple chips business run by Bumdes Kuala Alam. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by conducting interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses SWOT analysis, IFAS and EFAS matrix. The results of this study show an IFAS score value of 3.67 which identifies a strong internal position, while the EFAS score value is 3.2 which indicates that pineapple chips respond to existing opportunities and avoid threats in the market. Analysis of the potential of pineapple chips products developed at BUMDes Kuala Alam shows that this product is in a favourable condition, located in quadrant I which indicates growth. Strength factors are more dominant than weaknesses, while the influence of opportunity factors is greater than threats. This conclusion provides a strategic foundation for BUMDes Kuala Alam in developing and marketing pineapple chips products effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation and exchange rates on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency. This study uses a Quantitative method, and the type of data used is secondary data, which means that the data that has been finished or published is taken from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Indonesia data and also Bengkalis in numbers with period 19 years (2003-2021). Data processing used the IBM SPSS version 25 application with multiple linier regression analysis testing which included T-test, F-test, and the Coefficient Determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: 1) Exchange Rate has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, 2) Inflation has a negative and significant effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency. Therefore, if the Exchange Rate increases, it will have a positive impact on economic growth, as well as inflation, if it increases, it will have a negative effect on economic growth in Bengkalis Regency, 3) the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.931. This means that exchange rate and inflation affect economic growth in Bengkalis regency by 93.1% while the remaining 6.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The main goal of the project to be achieved in this final project is to create or organize a seminar is to provide an understanding of the legality literacy of a product in can carry out the process of making product legality to MSMEs business owners so that it thereby increasing human insight by following applicable regulations, with the background of problem namely in BUMDesa Kuala Alam which still does not have legal product legality as a whole. as for the participants who attended this activity amounted to 100 people consisting of 13 business people and 87 people from Students of State Polytechnic Bengkalis the process involved finding and determining the criteria for sponsors and speakers, knowing the planning and realization of the promotion budget, knowing the obstacles that occur, looking for solutions to the obstacles ancountered and evaluating seminar activities through feedback from participants. This final project uses 4 (four) methods consisting of project preparation plans, project implementation plans, accomplishment plans and project reporting plans. The results of the initial for this project seminar are the implementation product Legalization Literacy in MSMEs BUMDesa Kuala Alam in increase sales. awareness of business actors arises because they know the important role of halal legality in a product. then it can be seen that several MSMEs products have successfully carried out the legality process which has been assisted by students of the bengkalis state polytechnic as a contact person between business actors and the Bengkalis Chamber of Commerce and Industry institution, namely candied marmalade products, nipah sugar and nira nipah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence purchases decisions at UMKM BUMDesa Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya, focusing on product innovation, product quality, and brand awareness. The population in this study were people in the Bengkalis City area. The sampling technique uses the accidental sampling method with the expected research sample being around 80 to 100 respondents. From the survey results, the research sample obtained was 85 respondents. The data source used is primary data, namely the researcher distributed questionnaires to the community in Bengkalis City. The data analysis method for this research uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The measurement indicators for this research use a Likert Scale and the data is processed using SPSS version 25. Based on the research results, it shows that the factors that influence purchases decisions in UMKM BUMDesa Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya are product innovation, product quality, and brand awareness. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the MSME BUMDES Kuala Alam Bandar Jaya by revealing the importance of recognizing the role of product innovation, product quality, and brand awareness in managing MSME business operations. This is a form of helping MSMEs to maintain the continuity and growth of their business, while achieving optimal income.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze a model to create young entrepreneurs in Bengkalis. This study analyzed the roleof business incubator and the potential of local businesses in Bengkalis to develop a model for creating young entrepreneurs.The analysis method used a mix method, which combines descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Descriptive qualitative analysis is used to explain the perceptions of respondents through questionnaires. Quantitativeanalysis uses Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to identify the roles of Industrial IncubatorBased Learning and Local Business Potentials to Create Young Entrepreneurs. The research results suggest that there ispotential for further development of prospective local businesses, even though the number of young entrepreneurs relativelysmall. The development of local businesses with greater support and resources potentially foster greater entrepreneurialinterest among young people. This research also found that The efforts by local governments and higher educationinstitutions to advance MSMEs have yet to reach their full potential. In addition, collaborative industrial incubator basedlearning has been introduced as an integrated learning framework to create young entrepreneurs in Bengkalis.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan Pendampingan Pembuatan dan Implementasi  Media Campaign  melalui  Utilization  Marketplace  untuk Meningkatkan Brand Awareness Produk – produk UMKM BUMDesa Kuala Alam. Kegiatan ini diusulkan atas permintaan Direktur Bumdes Kuala Alam yang disampaikan pada Focus Group Discussion  (FGD) Bersama Kepala Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) dan Ketua Jurusan Administrasi Niaga di Politeknik Negeri bengkalis. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu kelompok mitra yaitu Bumdes Kuala Alam dalam meningkatkan nilai jual produk dan kesadaran merek masyarakat akan produk – produk UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop dan pelatihan. Luaran yang diharapkan yaitu terselenggaranya kegiatan  workshop  dan pelatihan Pembuatan dan Implementasi  Media Campaign  melalui  Utilization Marketplace  untuk Meningkatkan Brand Awareness Produk – produk UMKM sehingga mitra dapat mempraktekkan langsung proses pembuatan media campaign melalui utilization marketplace seperti website, media sosial (Instagram,  facebook, tik  -tok) untuk meningkatkan kesadaran merk masyarakat. Dampak kegiatan ini diharapkan kedepannya produk  –  produk UMKM Bumdesa Kuala Alam ini dapat dikenal masyarakat Bengkalis maupun Luar Bengkalis sebagai produk oleh- oleh, reseller maupun distributor dalam jumlah besar serta menjalin Kerjasama yang berkesinambungan antara Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dan Bumdes Kuala Alam.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan Pendampingan dan Implementasi Digitalpreneurship Melalui Inkubator Bisnis Kepemudaan Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Kegiatan ini diusulkan atas hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama Dinas Pariwisata, Kebudayaan, Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Bengkalis dan Ketua Inkubator Bisnis Kepemudaan Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mitra yaitu Dinas Pariwisata, Kebudayaan, Pemuda Dan Olahraga Kabupaten Bengkalis terkhusus pada bidang Pemuda dan Pariwisata yang dalam beberepa tahun terakhir ini mempercayakan Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis dalam beberepa program pengembangan pemuda dan pariwisata Bengkalis termasuk membentuk Inkubator Bisnis Kepemudaan di Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis untuk dapat mengoptimalkan pengembangan hardskill dan softskill pemuda di Kabupaten Bengkalis khususnya dalam usaha menjadikan Inkubator Bisnis Kepemudaan sebagai Digitalpreneurship Hub. Metode yang digunakan adalah workshop dan pelatihan. Luaran yang diharapkan yaitu terselenggaranya kegiatan Pendampingan dan Implementasi Digitalpreneurship Melalui Inkubator Bisnis Kepemudaan Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis sehingga mitra dapat mengoptimalkan keterlibatan wirausaha pemuda mempraktekkan langsung Digitalpreneurship skills dalam untuk terlibat dalam ekonomi kreatif dan start up serta memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan penjualan. Dampak kegiatan ini diharapkan kedepannya semakin banyak wirausaha pemuda di Kabupaten bengkalis mendirikan startup yang memiliki digitalpreneurship skills dan mampu bersaing dalam menjual produk dan jasa secara offline dan atau melalui media platform online
