Abstract

Mobile Maslahah Mobile maslahah merupakan layanan dari Bank Bjb Syariah memberikan suatu pelayanan e-banking maupun delivery channel berdasarkan prinsip syariah yang bisa di unduh oleh nasabah melalui AppsStore ataupun GooglePlaystore yang ada pada smartphone nasabah. Yang memudahkan nasabah dalam bertransaksi dimana saja selama 24 jam dengan jaringkan komunikasi data 3G/GPRS/EVDO/WiFi. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis yaitu Untuk mengetahui layanan system mobile banking maslahah pada Bank BJB Syariah, Untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan dalam layanan Mobile banking maslahah pada Bank BJB Syariah, Untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya menangani hambatan dalam layanan Mobile banking maslahah pada Bank BJB Syariah. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis mendapatkan hasil bahwa untuk mengukur bagaimana layanan mobile banking maslahah ini dengan menggunakan 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan yaitu Reability, Assurance, Tangible, Empathy, Responsive dan layanan Mobile banking maslahah ini telah mencakup ke 5 dimensi kualitas pelayanan tersebut. Kata kunci : Kualitas pelayanan

Abstract

Dimasa sekarang ini perkembangan industri  berkembang sangat pesat, dengan berkembangnya industry ini membuat bisnis bisnis ikut berkembang, salah satunya dibidang pengiriman, dengan berkembangnya industri pengiriman tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya kompetitor  maka dari itu setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi perusahaan yang baik salah satunya dengan menerapkan kualitas pelayanan sebaik mungkin Tujuan tugas akhir ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui upaya penerapan pelayanan pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia, 2) Kendala dalam penerapan pelayanan pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia, 3) Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala penerapan pelayanan pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia. Hasil pembahasan Tugas Akhir ini yaitu : 1) PT Pos Indonesia telah menerapkan seluruh pelayanan sesuai dengan dimensi kualitas pelayanan, 2) Kendala yang terjadi yaitu dalam distribusi barang terkadang terhambat  dan Pengiriman barang yang tidak tepat waktu, 3) Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala yaitu dengan menerapkan informasi menyesuaikan dengan jadwal Pick-up active listening.

Abstract

Vitamin products have become a necessity for society, because people gain many benefits by consuming vitamin products according to their individual needs. PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk is a company that operates in the distribution and logistics sector through the provision of health products. The aim of the research is to find out; 1. To find out what variations of Blackmores products are available at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading; 2. To find out what the obstacles are to blackmores product variations at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading; 3. to find out how to deal with obstacles to Balckmores product variations at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. The Research result; 1. PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading applies product variation measures, namely width, length, depth, consistency; 2. several obstacles; when there is a resizing of product variations from the initial product to smaller contents, customers prefer the more economical ones so that the initial product becomes slow moving; 3. Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 mempercepat pertumbuhan dunia pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk menjalankan proses belajar mengajar. Pertumbuhan ini juga diiringi dengan semakin banyaknya bermunculan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang education technology (EduTech), menawarkan solusi bagi siswa, mahasiswa, maupun institusi pendidikan untuk melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar secara online. Untuk dapat tampil dan mudah di identifikasi oleh konsumen salah satu caranya adalah dengan memaksimalkan penerapan brand identity. brand identity atau elemen merek adalah perangkat merek dagang yang berfungsi sebagai pembeda dari perusahaan lain, sehingga memudahkan konsumen untuk mengidentifikasi merek. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui : 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan brand identity PT. Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and information requires banks to further develop the quality of services in Digital Banking in their operational activities. The development of technology and information in the world makes the banking business very competitive, which has an impact on global economic growth. Therefore, the banking industry utilizes Digital banking which consists of Internet Banking and SMS Banking. both facilities include Self Service Technology (SST) services. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Self Service Technology (SST) facility consisting of Internet Banking and SMS Banking affects customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative research. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, t-test, f test and coefficient of determination (r2) analysis as well as spss 16.0 application assistance. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Internet Banking variable with a calculated value of 2,642 is greater than the t-table value of 1.984 and the significance value of 0.010 is smaller than 0.05. then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that SMS Banking has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Internet Banking variable with a calculated value of 5,010 is greater than the t-table value of 1,984 and its significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05. This means that SMS Banking has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, the results of the f-test showed an f-count value of 5,010 greater than the f-table of 1.984 and a significant value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the influence of Internet Banking and SMS Banking has a joint effect on Customer Satisfaction of Bank BCA KCP Depok Asri. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemauan, pemahaman dan kemampuan para guru dalam berwirausaha. Pelatihan Kewirausahaan bagi Murid-Murid SMA PGRI 3 Bogor dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman dan juga kemampuan murid dalam berwirausaha yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan mutu lulusan di SMA PGRI 3 Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi (a) ceramah atau penyuluhan yang berisi penyampaian atau pemaparan informasi untuk materi yang bersifat umum dan teoritis, dalam hal ini adalah materi untuk memotivasi murid-murid agar mau berwirausaha, cara menanamkan pemahaman murid-murid tentang teknis berwirausaha dan hal-hal lain yang sangat penting untuk dikuasai oleh peserta pelatihan, (b) tanya jawab yang memungkinkan murid-murid menggali pengetahuan sebanyak-banyaknya tentang kewirausahaan, dan (c) simulasi untuk memberikan kesempatan mempraktekkan materi pelatihan yang diperoleh. Kegiatan PPM yang telah dilaksanakan ini berjalan dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari program ini, dan mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Murid-murid SMA PGRI 3 Bogor memperoleh sharing pengetahuan dan pengalaman tentang kewirausahaan. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Does mudharabah savings have a significant effect on bank profits? (2) Does musyarakah financing have a significant effect on bank profit? (3) Do mudharabah savings and musyarakah financing together have a significant effect on bank profits? The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression with the total profit being the dependent variable and two independent variables, namely Mudharabah Savings and Musharaka Financing. The results of data processing have obtained a regression model Y = 36964 + 0.021X1 + -0.002X2. The regression coefficient shows that if each mudharabah savings is 0.021 one unit, it is predicted that it will increase the amount of savings by 36964 units and vice versa. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.564, this indicates that the mudharabah savings and musharaka financing variables contribute or influence 56% on the variable amount of profit. Partially, the t test results indicate that each variable the amount of mudharabah savings has a significant effect on the amount of profit so that the hypothesis is accepted and the musyarakah financing has a significant negative effect on the amount of profit. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that together mudharabah savings and musyarakah financing have a significant effect on total profit so that the hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

This research aims to determine whether Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Capital Adequacy Ratio have a partial and simultaneous effect on Return On Assets. The population in this research is banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2022, totaling 45 banks, then the sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method so that a sample of 7 banks was obtained. The analytical methods used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. Data testing was carried out using IBM SPSS Statistics 27 Software. The results of this research show that: 1) Third Party Funds partially have a significant effect on Return on Assets. If Third Party Funds experience an increase, this will be followed by an increase in Return On Assets. 2) Loan to Deposit Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return on Assets. A high LDR ratio can cause banks to earn greater profits as loans increase. 3) Capital Adequacy Ratio partially has a significant effect on Return on Assets. A high CAR indicates that the bank has sufficient capital to cover risks that may arise from its operational activities. 4) Third Party Funds, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Return On Assets with a coefficient of determination of 52.2%.
