Abstract

The primary goal of this community engagement project was to distribute knowledge concerning soft skills in the field of computer science, with a specific focus on the practical implementation of Microsoft Office. The intention was to enhance students' abilities and equip them for proficient performance in professional settings. This endeavor was executed through a sequence of phases, which included the collection of student data, examination of educators' and classroom prerequisites, conceptualization, composition, and implementation of training sessions, all of which were complemented by comprehensive documentation. Throughout the training sessions, students received initial guidance before embarking on practical exercises that utilized Microsoft Office tools, encompassing Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. During the training process, students actively participated in hands-on exercises to directly apply the skills they had acquired. The desired outcomes of this initiative were aimed at enhancing students' competence in effectively using and advancing their proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. As a result, this process optimized tasks such as document drafting, thesis presentations, data manipulation, and the creation of various documents like correspondence reports, resulting in heightened precision and workflow efficiency

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pemilihan ketua remaja masjid di Gampong Lambhuk Banda Aceh. Perancangan dan pembuatan sistem ini mengimplementasikan model software development life cycle (SDLC). Model ini merupakan model pengembangan sistem yang paling sederhana. Salah satu model SDLC yang paling banyak diterapkan dan dapat dipahami dengan mudah adalah model waterfall. Metode pengembangan sistem ini mampu menyusun sistem dari bagian-bagian kecil. Model ini diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan dari sistem yang akan dirancang, desain sistem dan software, penerapan dan pengujian, serta evaluasi dan perbaikan sistem. Hasil testing melalui black-box test adalah tidak ditemukan adanya eror ketika aplikasi berbasis web ini dijalankan dan aplikasi ini berjalan dengan lancar. Pemungutan suara menggunakan e-voting ini dapat membantu menjangkau semua pemilih dan pemilih bisa menyampaikan suaranya tanpa harus hadir ke lokasi pemilihan. Implementasi sistem informasi pemilihan (e-voting) Remaja Mesjid ini juga dapat membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan pemilihan ketua remaja masjid berjalan efisien, cepat dan transparan. Kata kunci: e-voting, sistem informasi, Metode SSDLC (System Development Life Cycle), waterfall [English]: This study aims to design an information system to elect mosque youth leaders in Gampong Lambhuk Banda Aceh. The design and manufacture of this system implement the software development life cycle (SDLC) model. This model is the most straightforward system development model. The waterfall model is one of the most widely applied SDLC models and can be easily understood. This system development method can compile a system from small parts. This model begins with analyzing the system's needs, system and software design, implementation and testing, and system evaluation and improvement. The results of testing through black-box tests are that no errors are found when this web-based application is run, and this application runs smoothly. Voting using e-voting can help reach all voters, and voters can cast their votes without having to be present at the election location. Implementing e-voting can also help elect the mosque's youth chairperson. Furthermore, these activities run efficiently, quickly, and transparently. Abstract

School Operational Assistance funds are one form of education financing from the government. School Operational Assistance funds require transparent and accountable management. This study seeks to analysis the application of the school activity and budget plan to the accountability and transparency of school operational assistance funds management at SMA N 4 Lhokseumawe. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive survey design. Using the ARKAS application, it is intended to evaluate the effectiveness, accountability, and transparency of school operational assistance fund administration at SMA N 4 Lhokseumawe. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of school accountability is achieved through a series of stages, including strategic planning through the results of deliberations; implementation refers to priority programs based on the school vision; monitoring and reporting openly to the program coordinator. In addition, school operational assistance financial accountability was achieved through the synergy of information disclosure and community cooperation. The effectiveness of the distribution funds was also achieved by referring to the needs of students and guided by the national education standards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi pengaruh e-commerce terhadap minat mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, IAIN Lhokseumawe dalam memulai bisnis online. Dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, data diperoleh dari 254 mahasiswa melalui kuesioner yang menilai persepsi mereka terhadap aspek-aspek e-commerce. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa dalam bisnis online, dengan faktor keamanan transaksi dan kemudahan akses teknologi sebagai determinan utama. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi praktis bagi pengelola e-commerce dan pendidik dalam mendukung kewirausahaan digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan berkontribusi pada perkembangan e-commerce dan keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan digital di Indonesia.
