Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Bagaimana Studi Hukum Islam Terhadap Kontrak Perjanjian Banking card (Kasua Hasanah card Bank BNI Syariah) dengan mengetahui pelaksanaan akad sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, bagimana bentuk/mekanisme kontrak perjanjian, bagaimana persepsi nasabah terhadap hasanah card.Jenis Penelitian Yang Digunakan Penulis Adalah Kualitatif. Kualitatif yaitu menjelaskan dan menguraikan data-data yang telah dikumpulkan, Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara di lakukan pada marketing banking card khusus hasanah card, coustumer sevics, dan nasabah bank BNI Syariah cabang Makassar. Untuk menguji Keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik uji trianggulasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kartu kredit hasanah card BNI syariah hukumnya boleh, karena dalam akad hasanah card sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat terjadinya akad dalam Islam serta sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Kontrak perjanjian hasanah card ada beberapa tahapan antara lain Al-Ariyah (perjanjian kredit), Al-Wakalah (perjanjian pemberian kuasa), dan Al-Kafalah (perjanjian penanggungan).  Persepsi nasabah terhadapa banking card dilihat dari berbagai sisi dari pengetahuan nasabah kurang mengetahui akad-akad yang di gunakan dalam hasanah card, dari sisi Diskon dan promo kurang hal ini mengakibatkan minat nasabah terhadap produk ini tidak mengalami kenaikan signifikan, akan tetapi tidak mengurangi kenyamanan dan tingkat harga pricing yang di miliki bank BNI Syariah masih tetap kompetitif sekalipun diskon ada atau kurang, kemudian untuk pelayanan terhadap nasabah sangat baik dan tidak ada komplain nasabah terhadap fasilitas yang ada di bank BNI syariah.Kata kunci: hukum islam, kotrak perjanjian(akad), hasanah card.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the madrasah exam questions based on the level of thinking of students. The discussion in this study includes the level of effectiveness of the sentences in the questions, the validity of the questions, the reliability and level of difficulty, the discriminating power index, the effectiveness of deceptive items and grouping questions based on the thinking levels of Order Thinking Skills (LOTS), Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS), and Higher Order. Thinking Skills (HOTS). The research conducted included descriptive research types of document analysis. The documents analyzed were grid documents, Indonesian language madrasa exam questions at MTsN 1 Garut which consisted of 35 multiple choice questions and 5 descriptions and answer sheets for examinees. The results obtained based on the research that has been done are as follows. First, the sentences used in the Indonesian language madrasa exam questions at MTsN 1 Garut already use effective sentences. Second, the validity of the questions shows that there are 23 valid questions and 17 invalid questions. Third, the reliability level of multiple choice questions is high, while the description questions are in the moderate category. Fourth, the difficulty level of the questions is 14 questions in the easy category, 4 questions in the medium category, and 14 questions in the high category. Fifth, the level of discrimination is 8 low categories, 18 medium categories, and 14 high categories. Sixth, the effectiveness of the distractor, as many as 15 questions function properly and 20 questions do not function properly. It contains 1 question in the Level Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) category, 19 questions in the Middle Order Thinking Skills (MOTS) category, and 20 questions in the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) category.

Abstract

This research is a review study with the aim of describing the role of the Contextual Teaching and Learning model in learning and describing the design of the CTLS model assisted by the MCP application. Research sources are taken from articles that have been published in accredited and reputable journals. The research techniques used are, (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the study of the analysis process results, the findings of this research are; 1) The CTL model is still widely used in learning both in the fields of science and social humanities; 2) The application of the CTL model is effectively used in learning both in the science and social fields; 3) The application of the CTL model has been developed through the integration of other components, including contextual learning FRAME (Formulate, Observe, State, Combine, Communicate and Practice); contextualized learning with linked open data; Contextual Cb-model; (E-LKPD) Contextual Teaching and Learning; E-Module Based on Contextual Teaching and Learning; Blended Learning with Flipped Classroom Through a Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach; Learning Tool For Robotics Basic Programming Based on Contextual Teaching And Learning Contextual Teaching Learning (Ctl) Based on Information and Communication of Technology (ICT); Adaptive Contextual Learning Model of Integrated Science by Integrating Digital Age Literacy; ICT-Based Contextual Mathematics Learning. 4) Based on the results of the review study, the innovation findings from this research are the design of developing an innovative CTL model which is paired with the Stratta strategy with the help of technology in the form of the Mobile Cipta Poetry application. The CTLS model assisted by the MCP application in poetry writing activities was developed with the following syntax; exposition, interpretation, creation, inclusion, and review. Based on research findings, it can be concluded that the CTL model is still suitable for use in learning. In this regard, as a basis for further research, the CTLS model assisted by the MCP application developed can be followed up and its effectiveness tested.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the tendency of online media to represent female public figures in ways that often contain gender bias and specific moral constructions. News coverage of Nikita Mirzani serves as a relevant case for examining how women are positioned within legal and social discourse through media framing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the representation of women by exploring the construction of subject, object, writer, and reader positions in news texts using Sara Mills' critical discourse analysis approach. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through documentary study of news articles published by Detik.com, Mind of the People, Kompas.com, and CNN Indonesia. The analysis was conducted by identifying patterns in the placement of female actors within the texts and comparing the narrative strategies used by each media outlet. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and repeated readings to maintain consistency in interpretation. The findings reveal significant differences in representational construction. Detik.com and CNN Indonesia tend to portray Nikita Mirzani as an active, assertive, and rational subject in responding to legal issues, while Pikiran Rakyat and Kompas.com emphasize her emotional dimension and moral positioning as a public woman. These findings indicate that women's representation in the media remains influenced by patriarchal values that shape power relations within news narratives. This study highlights the importance of critical media awareness in fostering fairer and more gender-sensitive representations, while also contributing to the development of critical discourse analysis in the context of Indonesian digital media.
