AbstrakPada madzhab Syafi’i suami merupakan kepala keluarga yang berkewajiban dalam hal menafkahi keluarga. Suami juga berkewajiban mengetahui kebutuhan apa saja yang wajib dipenuhi di dalam keluarga. Upah minimum kerja (UMK) yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah daerah menjadi acuan dasar bagi perusahaan atau pemberi kerja sebagai nilai dasar dalam memberikan upah kerja. Pada artikel ini, akan diulas apakah UMK sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan kepala keluarga untuk menafkahi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah civitas STDI Imam Syafii yang telah berkeluarga dengan jumlah anggota keluarga 2 orang hingga 5 orang dengan teknik sampling random, dan diolah dengan menggunakan libreOffice calc Version: 6.4.7.2. Telah didapatkan bahwa besarnya persentase dari kebutuhan pokok selama satu bulan untuk keluarga dengan jumlah keluarga 2 orang adalah lebih besar atau sama dengan 94.21% dari UMR. Sedangkan untuk anggota keluarga lebih dari sama dengan 4 orang, kepala keluarga harus mempersiapkan pengeluaran lebih dari sama dengan 146.73% dari UMR. Kata Kunci: menafkahi, kepala keluarga, upah minimum kerja.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation, motivation and work environment on the performance of Santana Bakery Purwodadi employees. The population and sample in this study were all employees at Santana Bakery Purwodadi with 47 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study were through the dissemination of questionnaires. The data analysis methods used include the analysis of research instruments consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that partial compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, the results of compensation, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Santana Bakery Purwodadi employees. The results of this study also show that the work environment variable is the most dominant variable in influencing the Performance of Santana Bakery Purwodadi Employees.

This study discusses the empowerment of the Community's economy carried out by BankZiska Lazismu Ngrayun with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises partners in Selur Village using the Qardhul Hasan program. The background of this study is that many small and medium enterprises in Selur Village are trapped in bank loans, making it difficult for them to develop their businesses. The income they earn is used to pay off the debts of loan sharks who ensnare them every day. Therefore, company management is only static and difficult to develop. The presence of BankZiska Lazismu helps small and medium enterprises escape the trap of usury and usury loans. Those who may be trapped and affected by usury can be helped by the Qardhul Hasan loan. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from the director of BankZiska Lazismu Ngrayun and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises partners of BankZiska. The results of the study show that BankZiska Lazismu Ngrayun is very helpful for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to develop their businesses and provide financial assistance with the Qardhul Hasan system. Partners funded by BankZiska There are approximately 50 BankZiska partners in Ngrayun, the products produced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises partners of BankZiska there include: instant tiwul, instant Gatot, instant turmeric, instant ginger, palm sugar, gadung chips, taro chips, tempeh chips, these products are typical food souvenirs from Ngrayun sub-district.

The study aims to empirically investigate the UTAUT model, which encompasses performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, interest in using a system, and its impact on the use of information systems. All food sector SMEs in Solo Raya are the population in this study. The sampling method used in this study is convenience sampling, a non-random sampling technique. Primary data was used and collected through distributing questionnaires to 120 SMEs. The findings of this study are that the UTAUT Model, namely performance expectations, effort expectations, and social influences, has an influence on interest in using an information system. The facilitating conditions and SMEs' interest in using information systems will ultimately influence them to accept and use information systems to support their business activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan atau pengaruh antara audit fee, investment opportunity set dan corporate governance terhadap integritas laporan keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan trasnportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2018 - 2022. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria, yaitu 35 perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas dan transportasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini, yaitu analisis regresi data panel dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder. Data - data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan E-views 12 dan software Microsoft Excel 2016. Dari hasil pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa variabel audit fee berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan, investment opportunity set tidak berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan, serta komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap integritas laporan keuangan.

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of audit tenure, company size and audit quality on audit report lag in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling, so that 12 companies were used as research samples for 5 (five) years of observation, with a total sample of 60 samples obtained. Data analysis techniques using eviews version 9. The results obtained show that (1), audit tenure, firm size and audit quality simultaneously have a significant effect on audit report lag, (2) audit tenure have a significant effect on audit report lag,( 3) company size has no effect on audit report lag, and (4) audit quality has a significant effect on audit report lag.

Marriage in Indonesia is regulated in Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage, and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 9 of 1975 on the Implementation of Act No.1 of 1974. then for the people of Islam also apply Presidential Instruction No.1 Year 1991 on Compilation of Islamic Law as a complement of the Law No. 1 Year 1974. In the case of the position of this research object, that the applicant as a woman (wife) feels never divorced with her husband. However, her husband believes that she has divorced her, so the husband marries another woman. So the wife declared the marriage illegitimate, because it violates the provisions, namely when the husband is married to the second wife, the husband did not ask permission to the first wife, in addition to no permission of polygamy from the Religious Courts. So the first wife applied for a cancellation of marriage to the Religious Court in order for the second marriage to be canceled. The type of research used is qualitative research, which referred to qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of words or verbal from the people and behavior observed. Based on the formulation of the problem and research objectives, the approach method used is the juridical approach. Juridically this research may include research on legal principles, legal system, legal synchronization, legal history, and comparative law. Research location at Lebong Religious Court. The data used in this study consist of primary data and secondary data. The data obtained from both the literature and the interview will be analyzed by using qualitative analysis method, a research procedure that produces analytical descriptive data. The result of the research found that the judges of Lebong Religious Court on Marriage Cancellation with decision number 0059 / Pdt.G / 2015 / PA Lbg was rejected by the panel of judges so that the marriage of the Plaintiff’s husband with the Defendant was still legally valid and the Defendant still got his wife rights. In the contents of the decision filed a petition for the cancellation at the Lebong Religious Court, which was then registered in the case Number 0059 / Pdt.G / 2015 / PA.Lbg. which consists of three judges did not all agree with the decision. One judge argued differently from the majority of judges. Opinions differ from minority judges included in the content of the verdict called dissenting opinion.
