Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable (X), namely work stress on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. Data collection techniques in this study is to use a questionnaire distributed to all employees of CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. With a total population of 40 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample formula. For the analysis tool in this study using a simple linear regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are the t test value (3.605) which shows a value greater than the t table value so that partially or t test the work stress variable (X) affects employee performance (Y) at CV. Berta Lestari Aggana.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, all countries in the world were hit by the Covid-19 Virus pandemic. This pandemic has prompted the government and numerous business sectors to adjust in carrying out their business activities. One sector that has experienced massive changes in this adjustment is the education sector in Indonesia. This research was conducted to find out how the impact of distance learning policies carried out by the government on student interest in continuing their education. The model used in this study is a confirmation expectation model. There are 240 respondents obtained in this study who are students of the Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan who actively use the Open Learning platform. The results of this study indicate that there are some variables that significantly affect student interest in continuing distance learning (PJJ) through the Open Learning platform.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Non-Financial Motivation on Employee Performance at CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling using the Saturated Sampling (census) technique. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested with data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. All these tests were carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 26 for Windows program. The results showed that non-financial motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Berta Lestari Anggana.

Abstract

This research aims to see how the work environment and motivation affect the performance of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a Likert scale instrument through a questionnaire distributed via a google form. Correspondents in this study were Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative employees, as many as 100 people. This study uses SPSS 25.0, and the calculation uses the solving formula. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative employees, meaning that based on the existing indicators, lighting and air circulation have not provided a comfortable and conducive feeling. In contrast, the influence of work motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Telkom Samarinda Employee Cooperative.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the effect of work communication on employee productivity. 2) Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee work productivity. 3) Knowing the effect of compensation on employee productivity. 4) Knowing the effect of the work environment on employee work productivity. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire to 50 employees of PT Sanggar Sarana Baja in the city of Samarinda. The data were analysed using the SPSS version 24 application program. The results found that 1) Indicating that the influence of work communication variables on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 2) Shows that the effect of the work discipline variable on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 3) Shows that the effect of compensation variable on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 4) Shows that the effect of work environment variables on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

The presence and progress in the fields of technology, information, and communication due to the influence of globalization make it easy for professional workers to do various jobs, especially to achieve work effectiveness, time efficiency and interact with a wider network. Co-Working Space is present as a forum that facilitates the needs of professional workers as well as new innovations in the contemporary work world. This study aims to analyze the role of local Co- Working Space in supporting the growth of creative industries in Samarinda. While the long- term goal of this research was to find out the strategies carried out by Co-Working Space in accommodating professional workers in Samarinda to be able to compete and to contribute to the growth of industry 4.0, both locally and internationally. This research used qualitative research methods that combined literature review and interviews with Co-Working Space industry. This research was targeted to have output in the form of references and collaborative programs related to the application of the Co-Working Space system at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kalimantan Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of job promotions and position mutations that occur at Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center, and how much influence the position promotion and position mutations have on the work performance of Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center employees. The method used is descriptive method. The reason for using this method is to describe or describe the condition of the company systematically, factually, accurately and credibly regarding the object of research. To measure and analyze the influence between variables the authors spread to 85 respondents to employees of Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center.
