Abstract

Sejak diterbitkannya Undang-Undang Desa yang memberikan kesempatan desa untuk mengelola desa itu sendiri secara mandiri dan professional, maka dibentuklah usaha bisnis desa atau biasa disebut Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes/BUMDesa) yang diharapkan menjadi cikal bakal penggerak perekonomian desa dan meningkatkan usaha masyarakat dengan cara memaksimalkan pengembangan potensi desa yang ada. Desa Loa Duri Ulu merupakan desa yang berada di kecamatan Loa Janan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara Provinsi Kalimantan Timur memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar, akan tetapi pengelolaan keuangan dan penyajian laporan keuangan belum dilaksanakan dengan baik. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki BUMDes terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan akuntansi BUMDes belum memadai. Selain itu pandemic covid 19 menjadikan setiap kegiatan tatap muka dikurangi dan kegiatan dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi. Untuk itu dosen melakukan kewajiban tridharma perguruan tinggi, melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mencari solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan membuat program sederhana berbasis IT, memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang laporan keuangan berbasis IT yang awalnya dilakukan manual kepada pengelola BUMDes Permata Desa Loa Duri Ulu sebagai mitra binaan, sampai mereka benar benar memahami cara menjalankan program menyajikan laporan keuangan. Output kegiatan ini diharapkan pengelola BUMDes mumpuni dalam mengelola dan menyajikan laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan, sehingga akan berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan menejerial yang tepat.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the effect of work communication on employee productivity. 2) Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee work productivity. 3) Knowing the effect of compensation on employee productivity. 4) Knowing the effect of the work environment on employee work productivity. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire to 50 employees of PT Sanggar Sarana Baja in the city of Samarinda. The data were analysed using the SPSS version 24 application program. The results found that 1) Indicating that the influence of work communication variables on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 2) Shows that the effect of the work discipline variable on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 3) Shows that the effect of compensation variable on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 4) Shows that the effect of work environment variables on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

Sektor pertanian memiliki peran krusial dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Namun, bidang ini juga dihadapkan pada tantangan signifikan, terutama dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi. Peningkatan kompetensi petani menjadi hal yang mendesak agar mereka dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dalam praktik pertanian secara efektif. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah dan petani perlu beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini mengusulkan konsep pemetaan area tanam yang terintegrasi dengan Rencana Definitif Kebutuhan Kelompok (RDKK), melibatkan Penyuluh Pertanian Lapangan (PPL) dan Dinas Pertanian. Aplikasi yang diusulkan dirancang untuk menyediakan pencarian informasi dan jadwal pelatihan yang dapat disesuaikan dengan preferensi petani. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode prototipe evolusioner, yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pembangunan aplikasi, penyesuaian aplikasi dengan kebutuhan pengguna, dan implementasi prototipe. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur, termasuk kelas pelatihan, konsultasi dengan pakar, program sertifikasi, dan peta area tanam, yang semuanya dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Antarmuka yang intuitif dirancang untuk memudahkan penggunaan oleh petani yang mungkin kurang akrab dengan teknologi. Selain itu, aplikasi ini berfungsi sebagai platform kolaboratif yang menghubungkan petani, pakar, dan pemerintah melalui integrasi data untuk perencanaan kebijakan pertanian yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi “Petani Cerdas” memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung transformasi digital di sektor pertanian, meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani, serta memperkuat ketahanan pangan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Data held by the Secretariat of the Samarinda City Regional People's Representative Council shows that employee placement is inconsistent with educational level, workload analysis and position analysis, as well as standard operating procedures. Several changes to the organizational structure will of course also have an impact on changes to standard operating procedures. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of placement, standard operating procedures. The research method used was field research using a quantitative approach with 41 respondents, then data analysis using the SPSS 25 application. The results of the research on the placement variable obtained a ttable value of 2.023, tcount > ttable (6.112 > 2.023), meaning that the placement variable had a significant positive influence on employee performance. The test results for the standard operational procedure variable obtained a ttable value of 2.023, tcount > ttable (5.940 > 2.023), meaning that the standard operational procedure variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Then, simultaneous placement and standard operating procedures do not have a significant effect on employee performance. From the partial test results, the placement variable is the dominant variable compared to the standard operational procedure variable on employee performance. Furthermore, the R2 coefficient of determination value of 97.1% means that employee performance is influenced by placement and standard operating procedures, while the remaining 2.9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Placement and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on employee performance in the Kota Samarinda government agency. Using a quantitative approach, the research analyzed data from 59 respondents through questionnaires to evaluate the significance of these variables. The findings reveal that both Placement and SOPs significantly influence employee performance. Specifically, Placement has a positive effect, as indicated by a significant t-test result (t = 2.800), while SOPs also show a strong positive impact (t = 3.944). The overall F-test (F = 178.681) further confirms that the combined effect of Placement and SOPs significantly affects employee performance. Based on these results, the study recommends enhancing performance evaluations, aligning employee placements with job requirements, and continuously updating SOPs. Additionally, digitalizing SOPs is suggested to ensure transparency and accessibility within the agency.

 The group dynamic is crucial for organizations in a highly competitive business environment. It signifies that each member successfully contributes to the shared goal. But, explaining in a group requires a separate point of view in order to comprehend what is going on and to focus on many people, each with their own unique perspective and response to the activity that was taking place.
